星期日去銅鑼灣行街,雖然天氣有d熱,想食靚肉,見 Paul con附近有間靚肉邊邊。咪入去試下。 睇下餐牌,fit晒時間尚早,可以一set set咁叫,有A4既赤身,A4既霜降,A5既西冷,仲有分大細,啱晒女性。豬有豚肩同豚五花。每個set,跟餐,有份蔬菜,同埋飯,拉麵,烏冬。都幾ok。我鬼咁大食,緊係要加啦,可以add on,可其他肉呀蔬菜咁。照顧周到。 咁我同朋友最後揀左一份大霜降同豚五花,再加d肉同野飲。湯底都有好幾個選擇,有壽喜燒,昆布魚湯,咖哩,蠔,海胆,牛乳。我見到用蠔做湯底啱晒我,友人必選海膽。 蠔湯底:又真係有蠔响度,都有蠔味,不過唔好既人應該會麻麻,好蠔既人應該要試 海膽湯底:撈上黎又真係有海胆响底,足料架,唔係講笑。我見食到最後個湯都好杰身,用黎撈飯應該好好食。 A5霜降:睇落油脂都幾豐富,快手撈起,乜都唔好點,豉油麻醬乜都唔落,油香牛味,原汁原味,正。 豚五花:食五花就係要有肥肉,睇到肥瘦相間,相當靚仔,無浸豬羶,見到舊肥肉,食慾大振。 唔夠喉加多份西冷同豬肩,都非常唔錯,同價錢相宜。仲有飯後甜品,蛋糕一件。都係個句,香港人對甜品既最高評價,唔係太甜。…Read More

同老婆四人行去搵食太古工廈有西餐咪試下。一入去就有侍應招待,可能時間尚早,餐廳唔係太多人。餐廳環境乾淨企理,坐位都寛闊唔窄,坐得舒服。無耐侍應就比水我地同餐牌。有得散叫同dinner set,set跟餐包湯同甜品。最後叫左3個主菜同小食,再加甜品。香草牛油慢浸銀鱈魚柳配青口醬及魚子醬:銀鱈魚柳都幾大舊下,夠厚身又夠肥美,好香牛油味。燒美國Prime級牛扒8oz伴雜菜及薯條:叫左五成熟,有兩件牛扒,用碟上,牛味濃,薯條新鮮炸起,份量十足。燒美國穀飼豬鞍架伴香草薯角及香梨柚子沙律:豬鞍有肉汁又夠淋,無個種豬既臭味,沙律菜新鮮,酸酸甜甜,幾開胃。小食:芝士肉醬焗薯條~新鮮炸起,份量十足,表面有肉醬加極度邪惡既芝士,無得輸。珍寶蟹脆蟹餅伴粟米莎莎:蟹餅用料扎實,食落幾好口感,唔會鬆散既感覺,蟹肉都叫做多。甜品:傳統意大利芝士蘋果撻:開四大家此牙黎食,重蘋果味同芝士味,唔太甜,熱辣辣,幾好食。朱古力班尼斯伴朱古力雪糕:兩樣都好重朱古力味。班尼斯脆脆地,入面有朱古力醬。外層少少脆口中間有軟心朱古力。跟餐有甜品:朱古力班尼斯同Tiramisu,Tiramisu 雖然細細件,但都好香咖啡味,唔錯。飲品叫左3杯檸檬茶,味道正常不過不失。另外叫左一杯鹹檸雪碧,鹹檸好夠味。…Read More

早排食完lunch既呀媽家姐,老婆又想食。今次搵到間尖沙咀食夜晚既呀媽家姐。有唔會既價錢,我地揀左個平平地試下。前菜:高湯冬瓜:食落好似jelly咁,一d都唔似食冬瓜,重魚湯味,都幾特別。蟹肉:雖然細細份,一口份量,加埋佢底既配菜一齊食,小小酸,夠開胃。磯煮黑梅貝:師傅話慢煮兩三個鐘~。大粒得黎又彈牙,帶小小辣味。刺身:池魚:首先食池魚,師傅話當做又淡口d,所以食先,配柚子醋,好夾,酸酸甜甜咁。日本象拔蚌:師傅話家下當造,夠晒爽口,我就乜都無點,食原味。石垣鯛刺身:第一次食,油脂都ok,鮮甜鯖魚刺身:魚皮用火灸過,表面好香,又帶魚油,加上厚切,真心唔錯。表面有三升漬,好香口,微辣。長崎縣華漣生蠔:用柚子醋調味,酸甜,唔覺有腥味,creamy,隻蠔都算肥美。唔錯。一品料理日本虎蝦:同早幾日食過一餐燒海鮮既蝦,呢間贏晒。首先隻蝦夠晒大隻,仲要幫你起好晒肉,一夾就食得,燒到一d都唔乾身,仲好有彈性,爽口,彈牙。蝦表面鋪浦晒蝦膏,未上枱已聞到勁香。漬物柚子醃蘿蔔、日本麵豉蕎頭、紅酒蒜頭,真心d三樣,平時惦都唔惦,真係好怕食,但我有食得晒,因為唔重口味。壽司伊佐木:肉質夠哂白,都算肥美,新鮮貨。北海道帆立貝帶子:夠大粒,厚身但唔膩,鮮甜,師傅強調唔係急凍貨。新鮮赤牡丹蝦:師傅都係強調唔係急凍貨,都幾大隻,夠甜。大拖羅~魚油豐富,最緊要無乜筋位,最怕食到成口渣咁。鰈魚醬油漬:鰈魚夠晒大舊厚切,好香魚油又豐富,入口即溶。海膽手卷:師傅強調係皇室御用金盒海苔,主廚話不外銷~食落有陣檀香味,配埋北海道海膽,幾好食。江戶前玉子係日本傳統壽司:真心似食蛋糕。蛋味濃。主廚話只有4種成份~分別係蝦肉,魚肉,蛋,糖,唔係用麵粉做。吸物:大蜆清湯:有兩隻大蜆,湯色好清,飲落都重蜆味,夠晒熱,暖暖胃。甜品:赤肉蜜瓜:又甜又爽口。另白向夏:聽都未聽過,第一次食,師傅話果肉帶酸~甜度係來自白色部份所以要連埋一齊食,食落似橘味。店員們有禮貌,又幫手,其實香港餐廳服務都仲有好好架。 …Read More
