我預早1個月時間book 7月23日的自助餐。當天是3號風球,幸好是3號風球,可以安全地到達hotel icon。12:00mm 準時入座,環境優雅,裝修的色調以啡和黑色做主調,播著柔和音樂,令人很舒服。首先,喝一壺蟲草水鴨湯,暖暖我的胃先。由於是燉湯關係,湯很甜。由於比阿媽d湯更好喝,所以先後喝了2壺。喝完湯,我去了頭盤。拿了煙三文魚啫喱、蕃茄芝士、雜菇沙津及西班牙火腿。我覺得煙三文魚啫喱是多此一舉的食品,啫喱沒有味,只不過在啫喱上加d香草。我寧願比正常的煙三文魚。蕃茄芝士是很清新,兩者一定要一起放在口裏,如果分開吃,芝士會很難吃。至雜菇沙津,不愛菇的人會覺得好腥。這個沙津加了醋,所以雜菇沙津有酸酸地既味。我覺得幾特別。今次要破禁食豬,突然想吃西班牙火腿。味道不會過鹹。到了海鮮環節,先吃韓式青瓜墨魚。用了青瓜,味道爽甜。墨魚不會過un。用了公雞碗盛載。海蝦很甜,沒有蝦腸。青口沒有甚麼特別。不過蟹腳可否酒店卜碎定先呢﹖很不方便客人。枝豆、蕃薯、茄子天婦羅炸得脆及香口。不過德國燒牛肉好un。最後到甜品時間,甜品櫃是吸引,排列很整齊。先說三個布甸,包括:甜酒、綠茶及芒果。我最喜歡是綠茶布甸,用了上等的綠茶,不會帶苦味,布甸也很細滑。中間是荔枝啫喱,果粒荔枝很清甜,啫喱有荔枝味。檸檬撻好酸呀!相反榴槤撻勁好食,我總共吃了4小粒。榴槤味好濃郁。芝士巧克力蛋糕,太甜。相反綠茶朱古力蛋糕,不會太甜。一餐的總結,士多啤梨乳酪。自由酙乳酪再加上自由加toppping,令人有想起童年的童真。服務方面,加水及收碟都很快,人手是充足。店員亦有禮貌和笑容。雖然$320的自助午餐是很貴,但環境是有為客人著想的。食物都顯得花盡心機。…Read More
