用心制造的燒味

今天幫襯大龍，他都幾好傾，他說所有燒味都是自己入材料，自己制造，看起來很認真。其實他的燒味確實不錯，我試了好幾次，最愛是他制的脆皮燒肉肥瘦適中，他的燒腓骨很香很正，白切雞也很滑，還有他的例湯也很足料，價錢算合理，另外他的店也比較清潔，我也試過在這店坐下來吃，真是有驚喜，他預備了例湯，一煲湯竟然有半煲是料，還放了乳鴿做湯料，真是甜到不得了，不過位置有限，只可兩三人坐下食下傾下，整體值得向大家推荐一下！…Read More
