DBrasserie has a mix of BBQ and Asian Fusion Kitchen - probably the only place in DB that serves authentic Laksa around. The spice level is just right, with a hint of curry and it's freshly made in the Open Kitchen where you can observe the cooks preparing the food .Paired it with a local Young Master Pilsner, which is s HK craft brewery,and my son had the DBrasserie beef burger ...that is huge : very nice juicy patty and a good amount of fries. Overall very good value for money !!
