The restaurant was busy but we were seated right away. They had an English menu which was great! We tried bbq pork buns (not that great since they weren't that flavorful), sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaves (this was okay. I expected more flavor to it. My boyfriend doesn't like mushrooms and this have mushrooms in it. He liked it though and didn't think that it had a big mushroom flavor to it), Shanghai dumplings (this was delicious but it didn't have any broth inside of it. So how is this Shanghai dumplings?), green tea and seaweed dumpling with red bean paste inside (delicious!), and spring rolls (these were good. There was no wait when we walked in. We told the waitress that my boyfriend is a vegetarian. We were wondering what dishes he would be able to eat here. We asked if the scallion pancake had meat in it and she said no. When we received it, it had seafood in it. I guess it was our fault for not making sure that it didn't have seafood in it. The taste of the pancake was very bland. It just tasted like flour batter with seafood in it. It was nothing special so we wouldn't order it again.The other dishes that we got were spicy noodles and traditional kimbap. The spicy noodles were good and reminded me of Korea but the kimbap was just okay. There was nothing special about it and the roll itself was a bit small.I felt like the dishes were overpriced for what we got and the overal taste of this restaurant was nothing special. We went here for dinner tonight and the food was just OK. The samosas are OK but don't be fooled that you will get a lot since it says 4 pieces; it is actually really small and can fit into one regular sized samosa. We ordered the vegetable biryani and it's more like curry vegetable fried rice and not the typical spices you would think. The mango lassi was more like a mango smoothie and was pretty big too! The prices were pretty good. $55- veg. biryani, $25-mango lassi, and $28- samosas. I wouldn't come here again.…Read More
