老少咸宜的好選擇

本身都喜歡食上海菜,因為佢比較清淡,無論係老人家同小朋友都食得。適逢家人食生日飯,因為有病人要戒口嘅關係,上海菜絕對係一個好選擇,於是就選擇左鼎泰豐。想當年鼎泰豐只有在台灣先可以食到,而我只會外賣小蘢包响附近食完,免去排隊堂食嘅時間,印象只停留响小蘢包。時至今日,已經可以不用去到台灣就可以品嘗佢地嘅風味,今次係我第二次去食,因為平時見到實在太多人而卻步,但為左食生日飯就等啦,好彩嘅係雖然係食飯時間,但只係等左大約35分鐘左右就入到去,因為多人等候嘅關係,用餐時間限1.5小時,但其實時間係有多。入坐後雖然看到全場滿座,但係當你需要時侍應都會樂意幫助,見到我地有啲袋放左响櫈上都會自動比布我地遮住,非常細心。到餐牌方面,不得不讚真係好貼心,對於要戒口嘅人黎講其實好多野都未必食得,而貼心係張餐牌竟然係有圖標籤住一啲主要成份(如:蝦、豬肉、牛肉、菜)可以比我地比我地知道邊啲係岩食。☺️👍🏻講返菜式方面,因為當人有人係第一次食,所以我地都會揀返一啲推介菜式:四喜烤夫呢個係開胃菜,我睇相時仲諗唔知係咪醉呢,所以好奇下叫左黎試。首先謎底解開,呢碟係咸嘅,有啲微熱啦。而烤夫食落去嘅質感有啲似豆腐水泡,但係呢個烤夫佢嘅密度更高,口質更硬啲更實在,配上醬汁冬菇絲、金針菜、木耳同筍片,味道是可以但感覺有點普通,雖然如此,但沒有死咸,一點點就會慢慢吃完。紹興醉雞😋👍🏻幾乎每次食上海野,醉雞係我地必叫之選,來到呢度點會唔叫!雖然說而家醉雞嘅家中其實可以做到,但都需要時間及心機,而呢個醉雞絕對係值得一試。醉雞有酒味,但酒味不難入口,不會有酒嘅苦味,色香味俱全。就算是雞胸肉也不算鞋口,非常入味。排骨蛋炒飯老人家無論去到邊都要食飯嘅,當然晚餐唔少得係要叫個炒飯啦。呢個炒飯絕對唔係交行貨,首先成塊排骨係蓋住左個炒飯,而炒飯嘅份量都非常足夠,四個人每人可有一碗,而排骨是意想不到的好吃,出外吃排骨之類大至上不會吃到實的的嘅質地,反而鬆軟得令大家都知道下了鬆肉粉,怎至有時會吃到那種味。但這塊排骨意想不到是,首先它不是外面餐廳只有鬆軟,它本身有吃排骨那份質感,那種質感是不會硬也不會太軟,而吃下去會吃到有淡淡的胡椒味,也不會太咸,連老人家也讚。而飯依然是蛋炒飯,也不會太油。菜肉餛飩湯麵麵條又是必吃之選,因為通常做上海菜的地方都會有手打麵條,當然我是看不到師傅拿著拉麵發發發的表演。正題麵條有彈性,不會糊糊,而且軟硬適中,相信都要看煮麵者嘅功力。而菜肉餛飩,皮夠薄不會令人厚皮到唔想食,至於餡料,不會太多很複雜的味道(即餣味方面)吃到有菜的味道,而且菜可以看到切到非常細。本身我好怕外面吃餃子之類,因為餣的味道中我定必吃到濃濃的醬汁味,所以通常都比較少食,這個我buy。湯底方面,佢都比較清淡,唔會好咸好咸,令人愈飲愈口渴。另外要讚侍應嘅貼心,叫嘅時候主動問我地係咪需要剪麵條。建議請侍應剪一剪,因為手拉嘅麵都係一條非常長嘅麵,中間係無間斷。小籠包去到鼎泰豐無理由唔叫小籠包呀!!首先小籠包皮薄,包住湯汁。皮薄嘅小籠包吃多一粒都唔會濟住,另外欣賞佢地舖籠嘅係布,通常出面係紙,因為布都有啲濕,所以將小籠包夾起時都唔會痴住個小籠包令佢穿,令啲湯汁穿曬出黎。👍🏻菜肉蒸餃蒸餃非常之皮薄,完全唔會令人唔食啲餃子皮齋食餃子餡,通常外面食嘅蒸餃皮厚得很,完全只想食餡唔想皮,而且皮都唔會乾爭爭。(平時好少食上海嘅蒸餃)杏仁豆腐、鮮果西米露、荔芋西米露食完正餐當然黎個甜品作為一個完美嘅結尾啦,兩個西米露其實無嘜特別,如果以$40嘅價錢,可以出去食到更傑出。重點落响杏仁豆腐,杏仁係非常主觀嘅味道,如果本身鍾意杏仁味嘅人,咁呢碗杏仁豆腐一定要試,佢嘅杏仁味非常重,因為本身我都鍾意杏仁味,所以覺得好味,而且唔會太甜。👍🏻最後叫左一個豆沙小籠包,因為見到外面都無,見到幅圖好吸引就叫左個外賣返屋企試,侍應依然發揮貼心嘅精神,當我地話要帶走時,佢地問我地係需唔需要凍攞走,因為都諗住第二日先食,所以凍都OK,結果個侍應同我講因為師傅要做蒸左先,所以要時間幫我地攞去吹返凍先,大約我地等左30分鐘左右啦。雖然要等,但佢地嘅服務令我地覺得佢細心,因為通常都唔會問你。第二日回蒸再食時都覺得好好味,而且一樣都係皮薄,而豆沙餡又唔太甜,值得去試一試試,好可惜無影相。總結:座位上,因為太多人嘅關係,所以如果多人未必坐得咁舒服。另外普遍餸菜都比較細碟,但覺得份量上係完全係夠嘅。另外4個人大約每人160多元右左,價格可以接受。服務貼心,所以感覺係物有所值。雖然餐廳非常出名,但希望可繼續保持服務及食物質素。😊…Read More

難得一條友行街正心想去食碗拉麵作為一個完美嘅結尾,原本係諗住去心目中嗰間拉麵店,路過見到咁多人排隊,就心想應該好野啦,於是就決定停步嘗鮮,因為一個人嘅關係,所以好快就入到去啦。入到去店中有濃濃嘅日本味佈置,入到去睇下其他食評先知原來呢間店好多人都讚,但食落發覺唔係想像中好食。入到去點左個雞叉燒辛辣雞白湯拉麵,點左麵嘅硬度係適中嘅。首先麵比想像中細,我相信如果大食啲都應該要加多個替玉先夠;湯底方面,唔覺得有特別的濃郁,相反隱隱食到一點味精嘅味道(有啲似某即食麵牌子嘅味)(食完係仲有啲口喝);麵底方面,點的係適中,但唔知點解個麵感覺仲有啲硬,唔知如果點麵嘅口感係硬嘅時候有幾硬呢?成碗麵中最特別應該係雞肉叉燒,首先响出面未見有雞肉叉燒,味道都入味,而且唔會鞋口,唔會覺得好油。食到最後,見到個餐牌個抹茶雪糕幾靚,好奇下決定點黎試下先,為呢餐作為一個尾聲,雪糕係即叫即做嘅,所以要等一等先到嘅,感覺反而雪糕有驚喜。樣子都精緻,雪糕有抹茶味。總結:對拉麵嘅味道可能有啲期望過高,還是之前睇到嘅評價太高,食落去去感覺有失望,拉麵不似預期,若以同樣價錢,我相信會食到一間更好。…Read More

一肚火的飯局

一家人難得人齊外出享用生日飯,每次都食自助餐,就諗不如今次去食扒啦,於是屋企人就提議Ruby Tuesday啦,拿拿聲book左位,因為之前都未試過真心有啲期待。首先講入坐,外面都見到有好多人等緊,咁行埋去同帶位嗰位姐姐講:@之前我地book左7位,請問而家情況點」;而嗰位帶位姐姐就話啦:「而家未得,你等等啦。」其實心裡真係有啲有無搞錯,我知我地未齊人同埋當時多人等位,但可唔可以客氣啲呢?入到去我地齊人啦,連理都無人理我地,連想要杯水,都要等成3至4分鐘先有人理我地,仲要其他實中途有人經過我地張枱,而嗰位侍應好似當我地透明咁低頭行過⋯之後到點餐啦,我地一共點左7個餐及一個小食,以為咁就完,原來係未完待續⋯到上餐,我嚴重懷疑上餐嗰位侍應係咪對雙眼可以評斷到塊扒有幾多成熟,因為成張枱得我一個人係食半生熟,上我嗰塊話半生熟,以為無事啦,點知佢上比我屋企人嗰啲都係話半生熟,於是我地嗰個都O左佢,因為我啲屋企人個個都食好熟,點知我即刻話係咪錯左,因為其實得一塊係叫半生熟,佢先即刻轉左上無問題嗰啲先,到最後佢攞住嗰兩塊扒話呢個係半生,呢個係全熟。我懷疑佢把口好似知自己上咩,其實係完全咩都唔知。好啦,到我屋企人鋸開嗰塊所謂8成熟嘅扒,完全係血,相反我嗰塊熟啲,其實如果我地叫嘅野咁似唔係可以用肉眼分到,Mark左記號係咪咁難呢?低處未低,原來最後先發原嗰塊6成熟牛扒係比左我另一個屋企人,佢叫嗰塊係最貴嘅西冷和牛扒,我嗰塊係西冷牛扒。發現原來落單嗰位落到亂左。😡講返食物質素,完全唔覺得佢嘅質素同價錢成正比,服務質素更不用說,成群侍應一班人圍响前面,完全無人會去理你,而嗰個小食都無黎過。😡正想取消時又要舉左3至4分鐘手先有人理我地啦。賣單因為有信用卡嘅關係,折左共食左2300幾蚊,而有位侍應仲好似好好人咁叫我地入會話半價,我地當然無入會啦。呢個質素呢個服務直情係貼錢買難受,佢地完全唔憂做咁。😡😡唔會再有下次😡😡…Read More
