前一陣子, Gr-up-n團購promote此品牌. 可惜miss-out, 剛巧我的 Best Friendly Friends 就把握到這個良機.讓筆者可以踏入初秋, 大閘蚧三蛇肥的嘅日子,品嚐到這個 (100gm)杯庒 Vanilla Cream 口味.正如推介標題: 食不知價 之 一試傾心, 果真一試傾心. 入口甜度正合我意 (對於身體有糖反應的我, 就怕糖份過高而出現過敏).正如我最欣賞的調味方法: 最喟能凸顯食材芳香者為勝. "Just enough to taste"正在回家途中的車廂內, 偷偷用小匙輕輕掏一勺進嘴. (按: 任何公共車廂內一律嚴禁吸煙及飲食, 勿以身試法)OMG, 少有的在口中不捨得下嚥: 先是濃烈的奶脂香氣, 升上鼻樑, 再來就是讓舌頭感覺到重量的質感. 這感覺尤好洪水湧至, 不勝負荷, 筆者眼珠不禁往上翻, 脈象紛亂, 一双面珠墩泛着紅彩. 險些尖叫(好味呀!!!)起來登時知到/也不能待慢這小小杯, 馬上抖擻精神, 以品嘗高級甜品碟一般的姿態看待.驚艷不斷, 隨之而來的Vanilla香氣是來得非常天然, 佮到好處仿彿就由 新鮮採摘的 "云尼拿豆莢" 所釋放出來的原味, 舌根受了這個essense並沒有帶來負擔(用云尼拿香油就會嗆喉, 帶來咽喉敏感)出來要評價分數嗎? 中國人優良傳统: 「讚得含羞罵得兇 」 不是值1000分, 嘴總不願吐出 "100分" 的. 一些事不太緊要, 但總是不能釋懷:外賣包庒方法確實不敢供維. 動用雞皮紙盒又欠奉餐具, 乾冰照頭淋, 不消一會兒, 膠袋旁都沁出水來.相比Ha-g--D-z, 這包庒就是欠了Grand的感覺.朋友題點: 「大鄉里呵大鄉里, 小匙不就是藏在杯蓋的上方嗎? 只需動動手, 把杯蓋頂部的貼紙撕掉就能吃!」…Read More

餐牌內食物唔算豐富, 店員似背書一樣的推介 => 我地主打農場走地的泰式海南雞, 嚕水豬手, 食飯埋便! 云云小食亦有: 香矛雞亦 or 豬扒.(想必又是急凍食品, 不題也吧.)其實最近筆者飲食態度正在轉變, 常以尋找專門店美食為樂.比如: 順道經過麥奀記-就嘗一碗雲吞麵, 途經元朗天鴻嘛, 來一碗燒鵝脾飯, 今次就考考自已的 "飲食緣", 往屋企附近一嘗這家 "海南雞專門店" .泰式海南雞 - 驚喜嘛? 沒有! 其實中国人對桌上雞早已沒驚喜. 什麼鳳吞趐, 雞吞乳鴿吞飽魚之考立名目餐類. 只當雞是一個載體, 這雞殼早已跟鞋盒無異. 廚師壓根兒沒有專重這食材.其賞: 只要雞有雞味, 肥瘦適中, 皮肉之間帶Jelly層, 雞肉間中含有甘甜雞汁, 鮮滑不帶渣, 骨香根柔 就算是好.可是: 坊間可以做到以上幾點而質量能恆常保持的, 又有幾人? 食材嘛: 只能住在雞舍內生病老死的幽屈小雞, 擠迫得連毛皮也不能光滑, 想要轉身嘛, 直立嘛已沒可能. 腳丫也不能幸免被同舍的雞便便腐蝕至.........唉!!!走地雞: 能在有生之年, 能走地乏食, 舒展筋絡, 隨意走動的, 身心都會更健康(FreeRangeChicken)筆者希望這店能恆常堅持食物質素就好.題外話: 今天喝到的冬瓜雞腳湯(HK$5/Bowl):湯色金黃, 清澈晶瑩 而不帶浮油, 雞味濃洌香醇, 且備輕微膠質. 時令冬瓜也軟熟甘香溶和了少量白胡椒香氣. 不禁Encore一碗以作正面支持.…Read More
