自古以來，民以食為先。從小到大我最鐘意周圍食食食，朋友們成日問我有邊間好介紹，所以激發我食完野後，想用寫open rice同大家講出我的評價。雖然我沒有金舌頭，但我個人獨特嘅味蕾，希望能帶大家走進色香味、甜酸苦辣的食物世界！

朋友請食生日飯，又想冇限時間，坐得舒服，所以就上open rice搵下食邊間，結果選擇了小鍋霸，服務態度和環境都幾好，比左個卡位我同朋友坐，都幾舒服，不過就細間左少少。我哋叫了最平嗰餐，，但見有無限凍檸茶就心心眼，第一around叫的食物尚算可以，但豬肉就麻麻，好韌，完全咬唔到，所以冇再叫過，牛肉唔錯，但這個價錢可能有更好的選擇，不過湯底唔錯，而且加湯有紅棗，枸杞，都係其他地方冇。但嘢飲佢係有得揀少甜少冰，但出完第一around之後，全部都變得好甜，就算我選冇甜都加左甜，可能多人廚房就開始亂。如果想人再次幫襯，希望能夠做好啲。…Read More

又到了食蛇宴的季節，即時想起灣仔粵珍，因為上年一試難忘，而且服務態度更是超班，所以今年再同屋企人再次去到粵珍回味一番花膠蛇羹真材實料，口感一個字「絕」，絕級好味羊腩煲皮肉分配剛剛好，啖啖肉！另外我平時唔太食魚，估唔到山瑞咁好食，炒同炆兩種食法，令我有兩種唔同層次的口感，但這些都是時令季節才有，如果想食記得打電話留食材。食完又暖胃又補身因為食得太爽，所以冇影到糯米飯，但糯米飯炒得恰到好處，唔油膩，糯米飯粒粒分明。食完已經非常滿足，但最後都食咗一碗杏仁茶做結尾…Read More
