近期香港美食執下一間又一間,難得有一店Made in HKer嘅牛丼舖出現我哋當然一定要第一時間試吓啦😆😆今日係佢哋第二日試業,所以有d位置依然未裝修好,不過環境舒服。餐牌選擇以一間試業餐廳嚟講算幾齊全,價錢同對手差唔多 合理👌俾錢流程都大致順暢,信用卡八達通現金都有齊👍我哋今次就試咗佢哋兩款飯+配菜飲品。先講佢哋既“雙重芝士牛肉飯🧀🐂”L size $55,因為我哋無叫Msize,所以唔知L size係唔係真係多咗180%牛肉🤣,不過牛味幾濃,口感爽口,對比XX家牛飯係好味,而且加埋佢哋獨家牛肉汁好惹味,不過就若然芝士🧀有熱溶🔥過會更好。第二款係佢哋既皇牌“牛魔王飯🐮😈"M size $42,外表平平但食落肉汁豐盛,係勝價比非常高嘅和牛漢堡扒,加埋佢哋由和牛脂肪提🥩煉加上柚子醬🍊調配而成嘅開胃牛魔王汁😈,味道立即提升多一個層次😋,非常邪惡🤤。最後係跟餐加埋“冰紅茶🫖 青菜🥬”$10,冰紅茶清清地無特別,不過用嚟中和返和牛嘅油膩感又的確係唔錯。😝…Read More

非常失望 食物質素差劣

作為我哋首間要寫劣評嘅餐廳,難食嘅程度當然非一般👎😊。今日中午我哋就嚟到位於油麻地嘅Plato Cafe & Bistro意大利(自稱?)餐廳食午飯,我哋今次叫咗兩個$102 Lunch set,有餐包餐湯+兩款主菜& 兩杯飲品,另加openrice訂坐附送嘅蜜糖雞翼(本身叫水牛城雞翼,但上菜時店員先聲稱贈送無得選擇🙂)。首先嚟到嘅係「餐包&餐湯」餐包搽上牛油但比較乾硬(只適宜點湯食)。餐湯質感非常清淡😛(但餐湯係羅宋湯),感覺就係金寶羅宋湯加太多水沖出嚟一樣,淡而無味。第二款嚟到嘅係贈送嘅「蜜糖雞翼」🍯🐥呢款算比較正常味道,雞翼煎得通透,搽上蜜糖醬後有啲似BBQ雞翼🔥。第三款嚟到嘅係主菜「香煎西冷牛扒」🐂 本身問過店員知道用碟上,所以就叫咗5成熟🖐,牛扒嚟到切開都見到適量紅色,筋唔多,但一啖食落去就發現奇「乾」無比🌬,而且完全無肉味😑。非常老實講,大快活早餐牛扒都比佢好食十倍,塊牛扒好似放咗係雪櫃太耐抽乾水份咁,食完一啖已經唔太想放入口。食到最後4分1真係食唔落🤢(非洲兒童我對你哋唔住😫)。第四係另一款主菜「天婦羅早餐」🍤唔好問點解意大利餐廳會有天婦羅😆,不過天婦羅就係呢碟主菜唯一好食嘅東東,炸得都香脆👌。但炒蛋炒得太熟太老又無加奶,所以完全唔滑👎。牛角包一樣做到乾而無味,食第一啖就即刻講咗句「未食過咁難食嘅牛角包🤦🤦‍♀️」。最後係跟餐兩杯飲品「檸檬生薑茶」🍋&「紅桑子草莓茶」🍓首先要講嘅都係一隻字,「淡」😪。生薑茶只有些微薑辣味,加埋檸檬都唔太覺有咩變化。 紅桑子草莓茶味道比較奇怪,飲落只係一杯好淡嘅莓味支裝飲品😅。…Read More

適逢追月夜🌝,開心渡過中秋佳節當然又要食返餐好🤤。今次我哋嚟到位於沙田新城市廣場嘅「亞蘇爾」澳門菜😝。澳門菜就係華人版葡國菜,算係香港比較少見嘅中西合壁菜式,係香港未開關之後就等我哋嚟尋找過大海食好“西”嘅感覺啦🤤🕍。餐廳設計以歐洲餐廳風格為主,用木制天花、木制桌椅和牆身掛畫裝飾帶出南歐風格🛶。我哋今次叫咗2款主菜、1款甜品&1杯cocktail 🍹😜。第一款主菜係「葡國腸松露芝士豬扒包伴薯角」🐷 $78即叫即焗脆口豬扒包👏,豬扒炸得鬆脆通透又入味,加埋松露嘅香味同芝士味道唔錯😝,再配合外表好似臘腸嘅葡國辣肉腸食落有d似風乾火腿又帶有少許煙燻味🐖,加埋新鮮炸起既薯角份量非常滿足😆。第二款主菜係「椰香葡國雞配脆豬包」🐣$138首先講個葡國雞椰香味非常濃郁🥥,食落更有淡淡椰絲,薑黃份量不多不少啱啱好💛,而且食得出加咗少許咖哩底,雞肉鮮嫩軟熟無煮過火,食起嚟嘢味又味道濃厚,再配埋烤焗得鬆脆嘅牛油脆豬包點埋葡汁一齊食,雖然價錢少偏貴,但絕對係我暫時食過最好食嘅葡國雞🤤👍🐣。第三款係甜品「蘋果金寶配雪糕」🍎🍦 $68金寶係一款英式甜品,有啲類似脆面蘋果派,係香脆嘅金寶面之下加咗好多蘋果做基底😋,再配合Movenpick雲尼那雪糕球,可以一啖蘋果金寶一啖雪糕😝(如果再配多杯英早茶就Perfect🥰🥧),不過今次缺點就係蘋果就唔夠熟有少少酸,令到金寶俾雪糕甜味搶曬,有少少可惜。😉最後再嚟多一杯葡式cocktail 「白教堂」🍹 $78以甜葡萄酒&homemade伏特加做底,再加入大量熱帶水果&7-up,一杯有夏日氣息嘅甜白'類'sangria雞尾酒🏖😎,不過我哋就覺得西袖味太特出就唔太配合甜酒味道,感覺飲落有少少奇怪🤭。…Read More

元朗名物豬骨湯沾麵🍜👍

元朗又係一個出名多好嘢食嘅地方,今日我哋就嚟到位置隱蔽嘅麵店「彩」,一試佢哋嘅沾麵🍜味道如何啦。😚舖仔細細門口位置掛住一個大紅燈籠🏮,係夜色襯托之下立即有滿滿日本深夜食堂感覺🗼🌃,因為坐位唔多嘅關係,我哋大約等咗半個鐘,店員係我哋就快入坐前先落定單,減省咗等食嘅時間😋。(特別提醒每碗麵都會配有叉燒/紫菜/荀/蔥 同埋糖心蛋,如果有朋友要走任何配菜記得要係門口落單時講定哦😜)。「彩」另一個特別之處在於佢哋不定時會更新沾麵嘅口味同埋配菜嘅款式,而且大多都唔會預先公布,令食客每次嚟到都會有新發現😝。第一款嚟到嘅係「原味豬骨湯 配黑胡椒麵」🤍。原味湯底豬骨味道非常明顯,試落會有少許昆布味,但又唔會過份油膩😝,濃郁程度剛好足夠掛麵,但直接飲都唔會覺得太咸,配合黑胡椒麵嘅小小辛辣調味🔥,非常不錯。👍第二款到嘅係「黑蒜油湯 配小麥麵」🖤。湯底黑蒜油蒜香味吸引,味道濃厚,但少許太咸,並且加埋蒜油令到湯底較油膩,不太適合直接飲(因為會肚仔受不了🤣)。不過小麥麵嘅軟硬度適中,麵身夠滑,而且食落會有些許小麥味,加分。😝配菜方面:叉燒咬落鬆化夠淋, 但肉味偏淡,如果輕輕煎香會更好,4⭐。 流心蛋嘅時間掌握得好好,做到只有蛋黃中間流心💛🥚,5⭐。今期因香港雙層電車得到世界最大車隊紀錄,紫菜上印有香港特色嘅電車圖案,幾驚喜😊。最後加返支靜岡抹茶可樂(不過無咩抹茶味),為今個周未嘅晚餐畫上句號。…Read More

深水涉因為憑住舖位多租金平(相比旺區🤭)嘅因素成為Café餐廳嘅集中地,今日我哋就嚟到深水埗嘅「Minimal 迷你毛」,試試佢有冇過人之處啦!😋我哋今次叫咗兩款甜品🍨+一杯飲品🥤第一款係最多人推薦嘅「薄脆拿破崙」😝,令到我哋喜出望外竟然係配菜雲呢拿焙茶味雪糕😜,首先焙茶味好特出又唔太甜,而且佢哋竟然係雪糕表樣加上💥爆炸糖粒粒💥🍦,令到口感非常奇妙,值得一讚👍。但就算配角咁出色都代替唔到主角🤗,食拿破崙第一個感覺就係新鮮出爐嘅薄脆口感非常鬆脆💫,之後就被濃濃嘅榛子味道充斥於口腔,因為重點在於加咗原粒新鮮榛子&吉士醬及榛子醬,吉士醬不只喺襯托,而且更帶動到榛子味道更加飽滿,每一啖都令到人食到停唔到口🤤。(🧒🏻!!必食!!👧🏻)第二款上檯嘅係「Tiramisu意大利芝士蛋糕」☕, 忌廉表面灑滿朱古力粉,中間有一個咖啡味蛋糕底, 聞到嘅咖啡味明顯,味道香甜,不過食落咖啡味並不明顯,作為Tiramisu不太合格,但作為芝士蛋糕算唔錯😉。(建議大家上檯後要盡快食用,免得忌廉融化😝)最後我哋叫咗一杯「火龍果乳酪」🥤😊,紫紫💜紅紅❤嘅外觀本身就好吸引,加埋火龍果肉嘅鮮果甜香&輕微酸酸嘅乳酪,健康又開胃。😋…Read More
