去咗幾次,偶爾有個後生既女仔,態度良好有笑容,其他人包括黑衫男人(成個店長咁款)都係無服務態度,好似好唔鍾意係度撈咁,店內亦無其它客人,應該唔會話忙到出煙而心情唔好丫,點解都可以係咁唔happy既?我話要走甜or微甜,距話:唔好飲㗎!我心想,邊有店員/長會話自己d嘢唔好飲㗎,倒米咩?!最多你可以話:口感無咁好㗎!平時買嘢飲,多謝都無句,更唔洗奢望笑容了。而且價錢仲要比較貴,請參考下天仁茗茶。我真心唔想comebuy執笠,但d staff真係需要培訓,請參考下霸王茶姬。如果Comebuy tea真係做唔落去,我都唔surprise,其實仲有好多選擇。…查看更多

見到太古城新開麵店,公司樓下,試下啦,但原來咁伏。我叫咗個最貴既set:麻辣湯,有牛五花+牛筋+牛輾+豆皮+豆腐+鴨血,麵係撈麵,有溏心蛋一開二。無嘢飲,一set收$128+10%服務費。撈麵係ok既,合格!鴨血係ok,滑,但味道可以更好。之後無一樣野ok,湯係湯,料係料,唔入味,連溏心蛋都無味……牛輾一塊lum一塊硬,但都係唔入味,牛五月花更加係難食,d肉柴既,我食咗2塊就放棄,吐出黎,感覺超市既更好食……連我愛的豆腐同豆皮我都無食晒,因為唔入味,我自己屋企打邊爐更好味….無嘢飲,一set收$128+10%服務費。服務係可以既,有耐心有笑容,可能新開係好d。…查看更多

田灣新餐廳唔多,呢間開咗半年左右,但一直人氣好旺,長期熱鬧,想必有因由。搬到田灣已經2個月,每星期捧場幾次,而且介紹咗其它區既朋友黎食,都係覺得好食、抵食。小店裝修麻麻地,但勝在價錢公道,小炒、雞煲、羊腩煲樣樣有,也可自來海鮮加工,最重要出品好、有鑊氣,老闆、員工又友善,CP值又高,深得附近居民心,好多區內居民幫襯。我食咗好多次先黎寫食評,廚房出品都好穩定,我個人比較推薦既菜式(雖然有d我無影相):蒸鱔、煎肉餅、乜煲物煲都好食、涼瓜田雞、龍蝦汁海鮮帶子焗飯、焗豬扒飯、乳鴿、炸子雞、各式魚湯泡飯。…查看更多

帶星的日本拉麵,一開張已經吸引左人龍慕名而來。是夜一人前來,其實麵店還未正式開張,攞飛部機都未投入使用,但未到5:30已經開始排隊,入座過程尚算順利,服務生也算很有禮貌。一人獨食,食量有限,只點了獲獎拉麵,貝汁醬油拉麵。盛惠128+1, 上台的拉麵好香松露味,個一小撮菇菌加了松露油?由於不是豬骨湯拉麵,呢個醬油湯屬於清清地,但味道濃厚,其實即係比較鹹,海鮮既鹹味,我好鍾意食海鮮同本人非常重口味,所以呢碗麵符合我的要求,無毛病。但今時今日,呢碗麵性價比好低, 份量真係唔夠一個直男食,而我食唔出星級味道。個麵有兩種種叉燒,每樣得2塊薄薄的豬肉,有d失望,而且個慢煮叉燒好‘’鞋‘’,但個豬腩肉叉燒還可以。好在,門店已經有酒牌,清酒選擇非常好,幾個地酒都不是大路貨色,價錢公道,實屬難得!我覺得呢個地理位置,happy hour黎食個pre-dinner,飲返杯清酒都算係IFC高級白領的一個選擇!會唔會有下次,應該會,下次食埋個豬骨湯拉麵,加杯sake或啤酒!…查看更多

the third oyster restaurants in casa group - still made me confortable and full walking out! this restaurant locates at the back of lee garden II, a bit far from the tram road and noisy street. it is on the 3rd floor of a hotel, not excellent view, but quiet and nice enough! It was a 2 girls chit chat night. i picked this one because i am a seafood food lover. I have been to su casa and casa fina, excellent experience from both. This one is more like su casa, they have special buy-1-get-1-free deal for selected 6 varieties of oysters, but totally they have 18 varieties from 8 countries, very good coverage! this restaurant has got the licence to sell alcohol, so we have t BYO at free corkage, but it's definitely an advantage, because you can buy nice wine from the cellar in lee garden at much cheaper price than what you could have paid in a restaurant. they know how to serve you wine and they did a good job for us. they put my bottle of new zealand white wine which was at room temperature in freezer to make it cold, then they prepare ice bucket and stand. when my friend came and settled down, a waiter walked to us and introduced the oyster varieties, he told us which 6 varieties have special deal, and explained that these 6 varieties are the best in this season, and they keep changing the 6 varieties, so they will promote different varieties from time to time. We ordered the 6 varieties in promotion, and it came with a big steel bowl (see photo), in the middle there are lemon wedges and red source (i never dip my oyster with source other than lemon juicy). They have arranged the oysters in flavour from light to heavy, as usual! normally the lightest and smallest oysters are the first one to try which was the kumamoto oyster, it has a japanese name, but it's imported from the U.S. then we have the pacific rock (U.S.), irish premium, langebaan (south africa), scotland pearl and la boite a bijoux (fr). we both agree that langebaan was very creamy, scotland pearl was big, the fr. one is with full taste. After a round of 6 oysters for each, we also ordered 2 scampis. i was quite exciting to see scampi in their menu, i saw the other guests were having scampi, and i can see how huge they were. so even a piece HKD150, we still ordered it. I haven't had scampi for long time after i left Australia. Per the photo, they cut the scampi in half, it's sashimi style, easy to eat with a folk. the texture is like spot prawn, but this scampi is huge, can taste the sweetness.after cold dishes, it's time for warm soup and salad. the lobster soup, was served in 2 shares withhout asking. the lobster flavour is so intensive and the soup is thick. it comes with 2 pieces of garlic breads, warm and crispy. The salad is definitely over my expectation. i thought it's cold salad with crab meat. when the waiter served the salad to us, we could smell this warm salad. the bed was green salad, on top, we can see the big shell of razor clam, the chef stir fried the razor clam meat with crab meat and japanese mushroom, then placed them back on the shell. it's big portion and it tasted so great! we shared the sea urchin linguini, the portion for this pasta is relatively small, it has a big piece of sea urchin on top, the linguini was well cooked, al dente, every bit was covered by the flavourful pasta source.The last but not least surprise of the night was the dessert - pear tart. it is highly recommended! I normall don't eat dessert, but i can't help to finish half. it needs 20m preparation time, so please order in advance to avoid waiting. per photo, you can see fresh pear, stuffed in the caramelized crust. the waiter gave us some light cream to go with the dessert. you must eat the dessert when it's hot and soft. it's not too sweet, and it's something that i haven't had before, i can actually eat the whole one if i m hungry.Overall, no complaint, as usual, perfect! during our dinner, the manager walked pass and had a little chat with us, we talked about southern france, it was all nice and cosy.…查看更多

家裡對面新開的西餐廳,從ground floor直接搭電梯上1樓先係餐廳,格局好闊落,有d西式田園feel。個manager,好熱情,好好服侍。全晚得2張台,好清靜。warm bread served after drink,we ordered a glass of wine and a cocktail - mango white. the mango white is like a mango smoothie with alcohol. for the starter, we had parma ham with spicy watermelon, the watermelon was dipping into their special source/soup, so it tastes sweet and spicy, just mind level of spicy, not in an odd way. there were many slights of parma ham, i believe it's worth the dollars. for the mains, we ordered the new zealand lamb strips with risotto and grilled french chicken. judging by the look, the chicken looks simple and cosy, like a family and french style, the meat was tender, well marinated, the assorted grilled veggie were also playing a good supporting role. the lamb risotto was actually on the daily special menu, however it's disappointed. the mushroom risotto smells ok at the beginning, however, the rice was too soft, the taste was plain. the lamb strips were lean, but a little bit dry. overall, it's a pleasant restaurant given the environment and service, however, the foods need to be improved and they should make some unforgettable dishes to match up the nice atmosphere.    …查看更多

casual dinner既一日,行入呢間無咩人既越南餐廳,其實我一直覺得越南餐好難做得好難食,不過呢間餐廳又surprise我了,好彩價錢唔貴!椰青 - 正常通菜炒牛肉 - 其實幾有鑊氣,牛肉多而且滑,全晚最令我滿意既菜!香茅豬扒飯 - 賣相幾好,算係有presentation,雖然豬扒肉質一般,略有少少乾唔夠鬆軟,但味道唔差,對得住距既價錢了。法式牛油雞翼 - 最令我期待,但最令我失望,食物好失望,服務都失望。本來全晚都ok,服務同食物都正常,till呢個雞翼上台。一眼望落去,雞翼好細隻,表面油淋淋,油根本未夠熱就放落去炸,所以雞翼唔乾身。其次,炸雞翼最重要既係外層,層皮脆唔脆睇個炸粉漿調得如何。我望落去碟雞翼,油淋淋已經覺得無胃口,勉為其難試1隻,發覺個脆皮食落去粉粉的,根本唔熟。最後,我忍唔住同個女waitress反應話雞翼唔好食,油淋淋,點食啊?距敷衍左我兩句就行開左,咩都無做,我expect距唔幫我換左距或refund都應該同老闆/廚房反映下,點知距1樣都無做到。最後,我地埋單之後,老闆行過我地台,見我地碟雞翼剩翻大半,就主動問係咪唔0岩食,我再同距講一次個問題,但單已埋,老闆聽完都係敷衍2句話下次食其它,但我覺得唔會有下次了。…查看更多

一向鐘情harlan group既餐廳,mid-town頂樓既penthouse已經去過并點評過了,無敵靚view。呢間harlan既日式餐廳,正正在penthouse下一層,自然都系坐擁靚景。我訂枱既時候唔知,原來星期日晚有semi-buffet, main course系4選1,其他都系buffet,酒水另計,每人$580,形式同Zuma相似。Buffet既食物包括各色salad, 壽司, 手卷, 天婦羅, 煎鵝肝, 煎虎蝦,清酒煮蜆, 煮物等。壽司同手卷要同waitress落order, 有海膽,瀨尿蝦,玉子,火炎三文魚,等等。主菜有3-4款可選,我記得有銀鱈魚西京燒,燒鹿兒島豚肉,hanger steak。主菜既銀鱈魚好似好多人推薦,所以自然唔差,有3-4塊,miso味好濃;hanger steak就相對細份,無問過我要rare或medium etc,i guess it's set per their standard,無血水,so應該係medium。雖然steak幾細份,但其實大份都食唔落,前菜選擇太多 !餐廳設計到大部分枱都面對海景,窗口位都系卡座,景觀確實無敵,坐得舒服,食得開心d!…查看更多

2年前在英国伦敦食过呢间阿根廷steak house,印象深刻,而家hk终于开左第一间了,新年第一日,竟然輕易book到,真系好開始!入到餐廳,環境大概同英國的差唔多格調,high-tech銀色,有d昏暗,所以我的相都要打閃光燈先睇得清楚,但環境絕對係高尚and stylish,適合fine dining!作為一間食阿根廷牛排既餐廳,所有既牛肉同酒都係來自阿根廷。等我地坐低settle down左之後,有個waitress(可能係阿根廷人哈哈)攞左1 tray生牛扒過黎,逐件解釋,每塊牛扒係咩部位,口感同肉質係點:fillet,ribeye,sirloin同rump,可以order距地既combination,一次過試晒4種部位/cutting。先講麵包,個圓碌碌既cheese包,又warm又chewy,有咬感,唔錯啊,之前未試過。由於2個女仔都係為左塊扒而黎,so我地skip左頭盤,直接order主菜了!我叫既係spiral cut marinated rib eye,$498,好大一塊,其實可以2個人share了。朋友要做fillet,但都好大份,真係適合食肉獸!配菜要左菠菜同薯條,菠菜煮得剛剛好,唔係出面個d煮到巢晒皮個d咯,而且配菜份量都ok!甜品其實都有好多款,但最signature既係cheese cake,但是夜竟然賣晒......唯有下次再食。另外值得一提係距個tasting room,透明外牆,入面放慢各種來自阿根廷既酒,可以book黎搞小型wine tasting function,我好奇入去睇下,出来既时候撞到个manager (应该都系南美人), 吹左1阵水,feel welcome!(最后发现对面台坐住蒋怡一家大细)…查看更多

For my friend's Dr. Oddie, thanks to him, I got the shoot haha, I enjoyed the 10s excitement like a kiddo!Night wolf: on top the most eye catching part - freshly made hk style egg pancake mixed with chocolate chips which is warm and crispy, then the milky ice cream with melting chocolate source, honey crumbs in the middle layer, banana (i could taste banana but i didn't see it) and passionfruit pudding underneath which the sour flavour balances out the sweetness of the chocolate topping.Dr. Oddie: can taste 3 different flavour of ice cream (milk, ginger and pear) with raspberry flakes and honey jelly on top, honey crumbs, most interesting part is the caramel source in the injection which is part of the fun, haha!They have another one called "Gummm" which shows in the background.
