套餐,一半好一半勁普通

試佢啲好多嘢都試到嘅套餐,嗰日係情人節好似比平時貴少少薄脆,好食既,成餐飯喺度等嘅時候都忍唔住係咁搣佢嘅招牌都係好食嘅,好驚喜。係貴價印度菜/貴啲既酒店餐廳食到嘅味道食到呢度都算開心覺得冇白黎呢個蝦就真係唔係好掂,大舊就大舊啦……有雪味同埋墊底嗰塊薄餅似普通超市買返嚟煎返熱嗰啲,個汁都唔好食。 呢個牛又扯返高分,又係呢度嘅水平,外面焦香又濃肉味又軟。呢種水準係高質嘅中餐或者係西餐都整到嘅,但係個醬我覺得唔夾個牛,個牛就咁食已經係100分每食一啖,感覺都係「嘩!好掂」呢一份嘢一次過上分量上非常驚嚇。圖片上嘅份量,其實根本夠兩個女性飽🙃 好癲但食物質素非常普通,似平價嘅印度餐。個蒜蓉薄餅當然收貨,唔算係普通算係好食。但係牛油雞好普通,雞鞋個汁又好普通。中間嗰劈醬又普通最扣分係嗰個蝦飯。 又撞見之前上過嘅蝦。又大隻又有雪味😂個飯都有幾多蝦大大隻有四五隻,但係飯嘅整體:又濕又鹹,一啲都唔好食個濕嘅感覺係有人已經幫你撈咗四五羹咖喱汁落去。最重要係啲蝦係有雪味,可能咁啱呢一碟或者個日嘅蝦都儲存得唔好同埋解凍得唔好。另外仲有一個紅菜頭乳酪就正常囉食印度菜嘅機會唔多,係試過重慶大廈一間、屯門咖喱屋同埋中環一間食lunch印度菜自助餐(但係侍應打扮同埋環境都比較Grand但係唔記得叫咩名) 嗰吓心入邊收到呢一幅圖片所有嘢,覺得全部都唔及我食過嘅呢三間另外如果係去食酒店自助餐都會一定會夾印度嘅食物,圖片上嘅咁多樣嘢既水準真係比較普通覺得連自助餐都不如(只係講緊佢牛油雞、中間嗰pat咖喱同埋蝦飯)食埋甜品係嬲嬲地走,差唔多千三蚊。前一日去Robuchon都係千零蚊嘅lunch,咁樣一比,覺得呢間性價比超低。我當日係唔難book嘅,前一日抽起條筋想食已經可以book到情人節嘅正日lunch🙃服務非常好,侍應非常關顧同埋唔係單純問你一句好唔好好食,而係詳細問你意見。同佢講蝦飯嘅問題,佢仲想再重新上一份俾我,但係我已經非常飽所以婉拒🙏🏼…Read More

午市套餐,質素一般

食呢個餐,我諗做會員真係有啲慣性嘅消費,食完呢餐我諗會比較耐先再返嚟。之前都有同人再嚟,有叫點心同埋一個套餐。啲點心嘩嘩嘩就上晒嚟,但係嗰個套餐逐個餸都等好耐,但係有時諗吓耐冇嚟又再嚟番,今次印象加深,下次耐啲先黎😂次次一個人都會俾人安排喺呢個位,走廊位旁邊嘅侍應成日行嚟行去嘈到死。黑椒同埋鹽嘅腰果,好味係好味,但係唔敢食太多。啲點心好一般,記得開頭幫襯嘅時候覺得佢點心高質,所以之後先有濾鏡成日間唔中返嚟。佢嘅質素就係存在於套餐嘅點心,如果你散叫嘅話質素會好好多同埋大粒啲呢個先過分,好似罐頭撈咗少少蟹肉,勁漿口,完全冇鮮味。真係好似直接倒罐忌廉粟米罐頭出嚟咁,所以呢個淨係食一半。呢個就好似平價酒樓婚宴食到嘅菜式食完個蝦等咗差唔多四個字我出聲追,佢1分鐘就上(吹唔吹到好,佢需要成20分鐘先上另一樣🙃)。咁樣我覺得幾back feeling。呢樣質素好返,但係個心都已經唔開心普通一碟菜呢個甜品高質,冇我唔鍾意食甜嘢都忍唔住食多幾啖。但係整體食完呢一餐係唔飽嘅,返去再買個鳳爪蒸排骨飯🙃可能食晒佢成個粟米蟹肉羹同埋個甜品會飽,但係真係冇乜興趣。同埋呢一餐都冇咩主食。佢設計菜單嘅時候唔會有人整體感受一次嘅咩?…Read More

午市套餐,係高質嘅,但係份量對我嚟講太多😂

食佢呢個餐,開始仲貪心,想叫多兩件素餃。琥珀合桃,好食係好食,次次都唔記得叫少啲,淨係食一兩粒。跟住又出於感動自己打包剩低嘅返去,返去又唔係食多幾粒,仲浪費咗佢嘅袋同盒。下次提自己坐低之後就同佢講啲合桃麻煩拎三粒就可以😂叉燒超級好味,燶邊位都唔會好硬,仲要夠晒熱,通常呢啲套餐拎到出嚟都爭少少,就算差唔多價位嘅酒店中菜。旁邊個海蜇好夠酸,好厚肉,蘿蔔都正正常常。但係一放低你話燒味拼盤只有一樣係燒味覺得有啲唔…….😂當然佢嘅叉燒份量好足夠,但係我寧願有一片叉燒,跟住旁邊有一片另外屬於燒味嘅嘢。超級足料勁多蟹肉同埋花膠條。一入口湯底好濃厚嘅金華火腿味。好大碗我食完個燒味拼盤同埋呢一碗嘢已經飽咗咁滯因為飽飽地佢上菜前都覺得有壓力,但係我都食到八成。一上到嚟望,咦~立鱗燒😂份量都幾大,嗰下心諗如果呢一碟嘢再加碗白飯差唔多係午市套餐咁樣牛肉都淋滑正常,但係嗰個米通就少少油益,冇食到。又未去到最頂,食咗三份二,費事打包正常,濕咗少少。紅豆沙冇食到,飽到好辛苦服務係正常咁好,始終半島酒店有佢嘅「風骨」…Read More

午市套餐;暫時係我食過最好嘅貴價中菜餐

呢一間一直想試,但係印象中好似成日都兩位起,我係一定係食lunch嘅,夜晚六點後唔想食澱粉質嗰啲再睇返見到佢一人餐,唔記得定係點樣啦,對順德菜好似無感,但都有少少想試佢嘅炒魚麵。嗰時睇嘅一人餐都無呢樣,一定係卡拉卡拉咁出。但係都決定去試一次侍應帶位叫我坐呢個位我都有啲奇怪,點解唔係坐梳化,一坐低原來係俾你睇海景😂 三個點心都非常飽滿好食,有啲貴嘅中菜套餐。套餐入邊嘅點心好似非常Hea,係完全存在於套餐咁。你散叫返佢同一樣嘢又表現好好。呢度唔會,出嚟嘅質素係你散叫都食到咁樣。 燉湯,粒瑤柱超級大粒,食落仲唔會好嚡口攝牙,處理得非常好。我原本都冇諗住食,但係咬咗少少之後質感真係好好,我係有食晒。 記得之前食新同樂又係有瑤柱燉湯,我係啲唔食湯渣嘅人,我將瑤柱同埋啲花膠、瘦肉粒包起拎返比狗狗食。(唔好鬧我,佢哋食少量嘅鹽係可以嘅,我最少睇四五本狗狗鮮食既書)好有鑊氣好鮮甜,係彈牙嘅。但係鹹咗啲。如果有白飯送吓就好。呢個就好普通,唔記得係咪魚湯,但係啖湯唔算好飲,嗰粒魚腐都好普通呢個鹹咗啲,同埋烏冬嘅話上枱時間都係緊張啲,漲漲地….如果烏冬轉咗做炒飯,或者係佢嘅招牌炒魚麵,我會覺得呢餐係完美嘅。雖然我唔鍾意食甜嘢,但係楊枝甘露應該大部份人都幾鍾意鍾,我都有食晒。如果係紅豆沙芝麻糊之類,我一定係食一兩啖呢間整體都唔錯,怪自己冇一早嚟。服務都好好,最緊要係整體嘅禮儀、身體動作非常好,其他貴酒店中係會扮禮貌,但係都比較風風火火又chur又嘈,呢度會俾多少少時間展示對你嘅善意,真係有介紹返…Read More

預約困難店,等左成個月,食落真心一般般(呢餐,種感覺係食鮨食齋藤咁既失望咁既水準不穩。成餐無伏,係仲等緊件令我驚艷嘅時候,但係真係成餐都冇……好老實地呢個係我嘅感覺。甚至呢餐係似鮨齋藤,我係中咗佢水準唔穩定個種,總之成餐算係一般般同浪費時間😥)但鐘意佢可每個月網上預約,個下真心好似返返U時搶reg科既feel;同埋咁樣公平啲。 同埋「reg」完後睇關注組,大家好似同學咁分享reg成點好得意😂(因為搶唔到,無門路而唔鍾意啲預約滿左成年以上既……🥲)成餐最好食我覺得係佢;因為我鍾意三文魚子😂。仲覺得佢俾嘅份量好generous,入面有舊細年糕,第一次食到有年糕,好得意我大約有既壽司,全部有種等緊一件令我嘩一聲既,但都係無……同埋飯今次太濕今次我都係話無野唔食,出小肌同秋刀。小肌似剛食完既志魂一樣無令我偷吐😂正正路路忍到。但秋刀好腥,趙到魚入面近內臟既肉差啲想吐返出黎(不過呢兩件都係我個人口味嘅,好似有人唔食苦瓜青椒。但食omakase,我就想試下,俾到咁既價錢,可唔可以令我改觀。食到質素好嘅,夾硬食都算得落個種😂;但如果你要我食啲心理上仲未接受到既野?我真係食唔落,好似是但up既話……白子?鯨魚肉、牛鞭之類)頭兩件白身都係正正路路同偏薄,佢又唔係近來食完雲隱咁俾我同舊飯一齊趙完既感覺,呢度食落只係偏薄身咁。意思係舊飯比例我覺得過大而舊魚好薄😂 但呢度我食落,我瘦&細食都係覺得細飯同另一半去,又係我叫一個680,佢叫1280既,問左佢叫唔叫酒,佢話唔洗(今餐佢都覺得好一般,仲話好彩無叫酒送壽司;笑死😅)同貴餐一樣有既八爪魚,好味但唔夠志魂個種好味 佢個份餐嘅刺身,無試無興趣,侍應仲要介紹錯魚😂。(師傅當日好低氣壓,副手上慢左薑、侍應介紹錯魚、上錯豉油碟:男女唔同色個種。都當下&負負地面&低氣壓&嚴肅但又當住客面唔想直罵又要表達好嬲既情緒……。咁令我有啲尷尬⋯⋯甩碌冇辦法,如果有下次都係之後同下面嘅人講返好啲,當住客唔洗太「chur」)我都係好求其,是但食唔去認(要認既話食個下係電話mark低咩魚、熟成、產地、點特別處理,師傅講一粒字mark一粒字😂。我鍾意睇關注組既長文但又無個人輸出因為我hea😂。同埋個人都唔算多食omakase,一星期?至兩星期內一次個種……如果來回唔使兩個鐘左右會多啲🥲。 食自己最愛既手拉麵同水煮魚要搭車係慣晒同值得😂😂😂😂😂😂)但侍應係返緊工既話,刺身壽司來來去去都係個啲,我有啲唔係好理解去到咁樣嘅價位,啲侍應仲係唔記得😂我既蝦,係鎬蝦定咩唔記得另一半有我最愛既甜蝦,我仲想追加,但今餐愈食愈怪&同覺得普通&師傅同侍應無問追唔追加、飽唔飽之類緊咁就算鬢辮仔嘅燒太刀魚,太濕唔算香唔算好食另一半既大拖就有整靚啲,係鮨慎食到既樣,我680既就一片過😅呢間暫時應該唔想去住……,既然師傅出自鮨慎……終於想回味下鮨慎,已book,睇下點😂😂😂…Read More

真係掂;唔怪得預約困難[Lunch]

呢一間睇關注組嘅post,有人話九月仲見到有幾日lunch,即刻上佢個網去book。中途係咁揀日子時間,又有人WhatsApp我,不斷出出入入又睇日期咁,真係緊張到手都震埋。book完即刻鬧阻住我嗰個人😂真係每件都好味,似剛食完今村咁,每一件嘅完成度好高?點講呢,樣樣都配合得好,就連一啲我一般般鍾意食嘅材料入口都係:真係估你唔到個種😯12:06分上蒸蛋12:30先第一件;等好耐,少少等到嬲😵。但呢件同之後既好味到令我下晒火😂壽司飯真係好認真握得好好,望住佢每件、俾每個客既都係。可能個位健師傅?唔sure,睇關注組嘅post應該係佢。同另一半講起可能佢到五、六十歲都會似志魂、今村師傅咁樣慣晒性?未必須要全神貫注又整到一定水平但應該唔係最用心同埋巔峰嘅?我覺得佢嘅呢下握功係chur到到盡又認真既。食omakase,我九成時間都係用筷子嚟食,呢一間我全程第一次都偏向用手嚟拎,想用手掂舊壽司。真係鬆緊有緻,暫我我唔識食、認識唔夠多,感覺上佢真係握得好好(我係好論盡既人,同埋唔慣用手食;同埋望到有啲握都好鬆嘅:都係用慣用既筷子好啲😂)但我個下,佢對住我只係講兩三粒字嗰件係咩😂,無所謂睇關注組既嘅健談,佢比完情侶嘅兩件之後係輪到我,好似對住人哋講係熟成幾多日嘅咩咩咩;到我只係有兩粒字講係咩魚或者完全唔講,可能覺得我聽左。雖然我唔算想知😬😂,但我覺得扮晒嘢都要……情侶格我兩個位,另外拎大頭機映照有一位,格我三個位,我就係中間既,佢都係聽到詳盡嘅版本…..😬(我估我是但set部go pro,唔要求唔問都會聽到詳盡版😂😂😂😂😂😂😂⋯⋯ 諗起有呢部機,玩兩次已封塵🥲 唉)當時12:00,黎左包括我四位,我仲以為呢度要等齊十幾位,所以我跑上黎11點58、59到。喘晒氣……呢度而家下午只做一轉,我見有人12:30到,等朋友等到1:00先開始都得我食完蒸蛋等好耐,等到嬲嬲地,但食完第一件同之後既係忘記晒嬲同唔開心因為質素太好,仲想求佢俾我黎。(同埋係預約困難,人地大把客,你等啦,撞手神、成日上網撳下啦⋯⋯但咁既預約制度已經相對黎講比較公平,間唔中放下位俾人網上約;有啲等一兩年同埋點都預約唔到嘅我真係覺得:🥲)同埋呢間既前身,我應該成世都唔會食到😂拎入去既炭燒;唔係港式火影(火槍😂😂😂😂😂)真係每件都好好味煮帶子,好甜好軟。呢一間要我揀一件食過既再食,真係最每一件都想食返平時食開嘅平嘢,層衣會厚身同入面既液體會比較傑身。佢嘅三文魚子層衣好薄,入面既液體好水好清好鮮甜。所以我左諗右諗都係佢啦。平時超市買一盒仔唔夠食,買兩盒又太多太咸中拖,正唔唔算嘩一聲好味,又係淋甜化嬲🥲師傅話今日冇海膽,可以揀返之前食過嘅,或者係其他,我左諗右諗都係要左三文魚子就算,因為佢真係件件都好食唔知點揀。我見有人要新子,聽到佢同師傅傾兩句都係啲講水尾啦已經……之類之類,係關注組都係咁講呢樣野。同埋前一兩日都見關注組講起,海膽貴咗好多,有啲舖頭甚至唔用日本海膽轉用加拿大之類之類。唉……收咁既價錢無海膽,過左🥲Luch當日880未加一(老實咁既質素,我想食而可即日食係願意比1600😂🙏🏼。甚至係呢啲預約困難嘅舖頭,可以比某啲價錢打尖,我諗好多人都肯|我已經係好計較價錢嘅人,如果食點心仲喺度睇孖寶幾錢、散叫幾錢,孖寶其中一樣野又唔係鍾意,左諗右諗點叫野既人。定係平野左計右計,貴野當睇唔到?😂)手捲普通,間間都係咁上下個種。但剛食完無幾耐今村既紫菜用之前會炭烤返我覺得非常好,呢間就咁係盒拎出嚟既同埋呢度我個人唔係講究環境嘅,但呢一間係我去過咁多間坐得最舒服既同最鍾意佢個格局。(重複好多次都係果句:我鍾意快食快走,唔鍾意喺度坐)呢餐睇返單,1:36埋單,我連佢雪糕都唔要就走,討厭甜野😵。如果係雪葩(唔太甜)都會留低食埋佢既……服務方面,我覺得佢嘅出品好頂級,但啲侍應妹妹、姐姐,手勢有啲急躁。手勢真係應該柔和一啲扮晒嘢(貴餐廳嗰種呢……),但呢度太心急幫緊你幫緊你咁😂整體係好但唔夠「扮野」only唔整理返個人排名,呢間對我黎講係志魂鮨慎以下其他以上😂。…Read More

同另一半慶祝生日,佢lur我好耐同佢一齊去食omakase 既晚市。其實我哋平時咩節日、所謂既特別日子都唔太理/慶祝,是但當生日做個理由(同埋果然生日只會喺餐牌上面寫一句Happy birthday😂😂😂)我係唔肯出去食野食晚市既😂,但係呢間會令我破例,同埋試一次。心入面念念不忘上一次黎食午餐嘅經驗(早上11:30食咗雲川嘅冬菇魚湯米線,同埋呢餐,第二日無重太多,調整返一日應該會去返平時嘅磅數)前菜全部都好好,係三星、係志魂咁(個人唔鍾意個素麵,只食四分一就俾另一半食;鮑魚雖然好好食,但驚過飽,都只食一舊。如果八爪魚再切開一半,我都會只食半件😂)海膽布甸,都係食一半……佢咁樣嘅材料層層疊疊,其實喺西餐都係食到差唔多嘅感覺,好係好,將好嘅材料搭埋一齊咁樣。赤鯥層皮燒到完美,crazy咁好。 好「輕」、好「透」。燒鰻魚二食都好好,雖然怕太飽,但太好味。所以兩件鰻魚一件都唔想俾另一半😂😂😂酒餚好好,但壽司方面令我有啲失望。我期待食返上次午市嘅質素?感覺?雖然第一次好驚艷,之後食過好多餐其他舖頭;但我肯定唔係因為食得多而忘記個次樣樣完美既感覺。我睇返舊相,每一間,每一餐,每一件,我都記得大約係點樣。好似去某一間,10件壽司入面,比較出彩或者有記憶點嘅係一兩件。我真係會記得就算醬油漬赤身,有時有啲鋪頭你以為佢出嚟嘅食味一般般,但放入口係估唔到咁驚喜。魚味好柔潤,飯同魚既比例好好;上顎壓落去,再趙……油、滑既魚壓落飯度正到不得了。 咁既情況我會鍾意呢種魚🥲但今餐唔係咁😵,價錢同質素唔成正比🥲有啲omakase既大拖中拖我淨係想偷偷地lur左佢,好怕油。(通常一人鮨境;同另一半去一定俾佢食)如果唔難食,忍住照食落肚😬(我唔係好鍾意食呢種魚嘅人,the arki 想去,但係見到唔少評論都話幾拘謹,出出入入都鞠躬,佢仲鮪連發😂😂😂)其實志魂時間上幾好,對我個人黎講鍾意快食快走。每個人有自己嘅喜好,我就唔鍾意喺出邊坐咁耐正常地好有筋😬 中間白色個條……兩件都普通地好。我覺得係我去得較多既鮨野都serve到既質素(另外,愈試愈認同要mark師傅😅😅😅,認同還認同,我鍾意快啲食到多過等🥲。跟住食完又覺得不滿質素唔係間鋪既水平。哈,玩野)小肌(貴啲既餐廳先敢試,喺上之前掙扎緊俾唔俾另一半食好;再傾開佢係幾鍾意呢啲亮皮魚,濃魚味既。佢仲講起好掛住奈良食過既柿葉包住既壽司&大阪既鯖魚押壽司;我就食唔落個種😂)好彩,貴嘅舖頭果然處理得好😂😂😂食得落(好似有一半嘅壽司都有一粒米夾唔起,呢件小肌睇相都睇到,無可能夾得起嗰粒米😅。開頭我都用手食,但好似太鬆太散,都係用返筷子適合自己一啲)正路又係一次過整八件,再派。鮮甜但紫菜淋晒上次lunch應該無加蝦醬定膏係中間?唔記得今次埋完單,講話比較失望;佢都話師傅好似無咁精神咁,切魚生都好拖刀但我同另一半講:「唔緊要我自己俾多次機會佢😂😂😂。」另一半:「妖😒」太貴,個心唔服,應該自己會去多次午市(佢會叫酒,唔想俾佢食或者同佢去食;食完無幾耐既鮨野,我叫$450壽司餐,佢叫$1080既影;跟住叫$420既清酒😑。個下個心:450我個餐,你既酒420?|我係會飲酒,但完全唔係出面飲。我係飲完訓個種😂。唔識欣賞;我估威士忌?酒量係350ml~4百幾就訓……)今次既蝦食味完全唔夠第一次咁驚艷地鮮同脆;今次嘅水平係之前試過sushi zo同tokami一樣。好係好,但未到叮一聲地覺得驚艷。不過都明嘅,sushi saito再睇返人嘅評論,都係唔穩定🥲之前有日成功預約到sushi shion ,好開心。我想順便「俾機會」saito,但佢唔俾機會我😂。我打左千幾次都約唔到。中途有四五次通咗電話但係冇人聽,諗返原來我果次打50幾個電話就通咗仲book到真係好好彩。今次嘅壽司飯都握得唔係咁好,有一半壽司都有一粒米留係碟度;同埋抹碟唔夠,影相都影到唔靚🥲好味既句號&污糟嘅碟🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲好貴好貴好貴(人一世物一世🥲,係咁同自己講呢句😂)無得去旅行,開始試fine dining🥲總之今餐失望,師傅晚市好落手做,又nice 啲啲。但呢間我仲想試一次lunch…….😬如果都差我就死心唔再諗住去(意思係咁貴、或者我唔係熟客唔會想得到我覺得值既體驗)…Read More

早茶算好食;但服務差仲想收tips(埋單方式想收)😅

呢間終於鼓起勇氣去試吓,第一次自己去。安排坐房入面,難叫服務員。Ok,我唔識野、個下記唔起,搵著上菜員落單,佢即話:我唔係做呢啲。我即唔應佢就行出去。(咁劣,我講唔落:唔該/好呀/哦…..)第一次自己叫嘅,係午市,即要一位即有位。明知食唔落但叫四樣,想試下呢間好耐,起碼試左斷左個念想😂。難食就唔打包竟然幾好食,之後都陸續食咗六七次(呢篇食評以前;如果遇着一次服務太差可能以後唔再去)脆口乾身已經算唔油,但個人仲會印油。同埋之後同另一半食叫叫左一次,佢唔係太食得炸野。係我口味上我鍾意韭菜多啲,佢勁多肉。算多材料,打開睇有咩野,未食。同埋第一次食呢度嘅蝦餃,呢一次係最有鮮味既,但蒸到過晒火開晒口,仲要勁厚皮。一上枱我勁唔開心,開晒口🥲但一食落去竟然有汁同埋鮮味,呆左。之後既係正路,八成無穿皮,但正常咁。都薄返皮,無咁鮮;但屯門食過真係算高分既蝦餃。名點屋38蚊既仲難食;稻香、海港、悅明苑、東哥、唔記得仲食過邊間都唔及佢既味道。(功夫既難食到嬲到癲)我真係好鍾意食蝦餃,想食第日就決定飲茶(突然要我講我食過最好嘅蝦餃係香宮同埋富臨飯店;三星個間。另外其實利苑都好穩定,最衰v city既南小館無左,攪到一定要出屯門先可食到質素穩定嘅蝦餃)呢一餐同另一半黎,蝦餃每人一隻唔夠食、炒麵好香好好味(佢係炒到唔少位有微焦,散叫係出面都未必食到嘅高質素,但佢個名叫南瓜七彩炒麵?唔見佢有南瓜元素,只係隻色似,定佢係南瓜造既麵😂?)、鳳爪排骨飯係我超級鍾意嘅點心項目,名點屋新裝修後取消咗盅頭飯好唔開心,佢算穩定同好食,之後食煲仔飯貴啲都係同樣質素。但唔知早市11點前仲有無,睇食評未睇到,暫時唔想再去,服務差,同埋咁嘅食物質素、咁嘅價錢寧願出去食啲米芝蓮😑。雖然冇得食呢樣盅頭飯😭。但呢間蒸飯好難食,好似叫咗三四次都好難食。質素穩定地難食:飯濕、漿、粘。排骨唔好食又少、又多肥膏、鳳爪又咸又難食。雖然鳳爪排骨飯係我必叫既點心,但係度以後都唔敢叫呢一餐午市既,雞翼第一時間上,算好食。嗰個炒腸粉係常溫微暖,好嬲。應該係放埋一邊一直都未派呢一類食物,呢度嘅服務差,都冇諗住投訴或者換🥲⋯⋯點心係正路既好似係15分鐘之後上,有啲唔夠食(兩個人),但係費事再等另一節。呢次兩個人叫太多😂😂😂炒麵好似叫咗兩個,因為係叫孖寶。好似兩個炒麵配牛肉球再加炸両?唔係好記得。但係盅頭飯一樣好難食因為記得炒麵好好食所以先夾硬叫兩個,但係今次嘅算係普通嘅好食。我第一次叫真係驚艷,之後再食都無一樣嘅質素鹹水角幾好食,材料嘅肉粒算大粒。燒賣都係我鍾意比較乾身冇咁多肥豬肉粒嘅。呢張照係食最近既一次叉燒包好味、失望嘅係轉左孖寶餐牌冇咗炒麵😂😂😂鳳爪好鹹好難食。蘿蔔糕煎得幾香幾厚算有料幾好味(大家樂早餐必轉蘿蔔糕,但成日太晏去到已經賣晒😭,但平時唔會整或買,只想食一片個種,飲茶都少叫,難得想叫下。其實去食大家樂早餐都少,可能兩三個月先一次,仲要成日遲去食唔到蘿蔔糕😂,遺憾。)牛肉腸蝦餃都正正常常,呢間嘅出品真係好過我喺屯門食過嘅酒樓,雖然間唔中都有伏。但整體食落同埋同區既比較,依家算高分。(淨係食過一次晚市黃金海岸嘅中菜廳,算普通,同埋交通方面,左轉右轉先去到:我不如出尖沙咀或者港島😂)服務方面算係差,佢人手太少,門口屏風後面嘅大片位置,只有一兩個阿姐。叫人落單同埋加茶都算難,中短頭髮嘅算上心,最近一次扎住個髻嘅阿姐叫完茶完全無左件事(係中短頭髮嘅阿姐見到我哋枱面冇茶,再問我哋叫咩茶),叫佢落單都好一般。佢埋單收銀嗰個位寫明由服務員埋單,大部份都係後生仔過嚟,有一次係經理(講明要返收據,是但應,仲要再等張單;搞到之後都唔想要張單🥲費事等同我唔俾tips)俾黑色夾既單簿同埋唔俾客去收銀度自己埋單,應該想R tips,但服務咁劣……..其實邊個比得落😬連稻香我好少去都feel到佢地既wording 定係禮儀有整體再教過,比起幾年前?4、5、6、7、8?😂😂😂超市黎講屯門既百佳惠康都有改善,一田既呀姐仲好差咁既感覺……早市兩位要等半個鐘至四十五分鐘,有一次差唔多成粒鐘;但問題係我都同自己講:唔想等,搭車出去新同樂呀嘛🤪如果點心黎講;同埋通常得自己得閒,一個人淨係食得最多八粒點心,值唔值得搭兩粒鐘來回出去,仲要受塞車嘅風險😵見佢早市都會轉餐牌,但我估我暫時最新🥲(係度)。我真係睇好耐,仲要左計右計價錢先幫襯嘅人😂最想呢度成日有最新嘅餐牌睇…Read More

見關注組有好評,睇照都ok,睇埋話吧枱就無伏咁就去試下;同埋佢玩埋天婦羅配omakase 式即握壽司都算吸引但整體,雖然係主廚個位ricky握壽司俾我,飯握得係可以既(我唔係太要求或者太識食嘅人,總之正正路路同食過算好既壽司飯握功差唔多。但魚料好普通。而家開始睇得多,記得師傅名😅。開頭仲開心無mark都係佢整俾我。)但整體節奏太快,佢又掛住傾計比較多,伏伏地。同埋成餐飯,無論係侍應定係廚師,當係自己屋企咁係度傾,各自傾、一齊傾;食咁多次第一次見到返緊工都咁「輕鬆」咁chill😂廚師之間會講起上次熟客點點點、同當日黎既熟客(坐table行過嚟,又隔住兩三米傾,熟客話:下星期我都book咗兩次,其中一次我會帶我屋企人黎之類)傾左陣;侍應又喺度傾更表點點點…….總之成個氣氛係好輕鬆既。但……如果你係想係度食omakase會滴汗😅仲怪過去食連鎖咁既價錢既當日食既壽司。我開頭係落八件壽司、八件天婦羅十秒八秒後:諗諗下,好唔好意思地要轉十件壽司、六件天婦羅;怕油怕太多炸野。有件醋昆布鯖魚無映到,我準備左紙巾俾佢🥲呢間無問我有咩唔食,但件鯖魚竟然唔腥,甚至落口係幾好食嘅;一趙落係每下佢想腥或者表現佢獨有嘅味道(又唔係腥既可能,只係自己怕佢獨特既味道),件白昆布就幫佢擋住咁😂 完全食得落但師傅節奏太快,我已經係鍾意食完即刻走嘅人。(點講呢,普通一餐飯既話:我坐低有人啱啱開始食,我叫野食同埋到餐。我會食完埋單走,個個人仲食緊,食到尾聲個種。我咁樣叫唔叫快食快走……😅)上壽司既時間睇返照顯示,有一件無影:12:17、17、19、21、23、25、26、27、28完左壽司環節,32分上個湯話係蝦既湯但無蝦味😂我準時12點到,12:05分上沙律、蒸蛋、前菜呢件話係有做熟成。如果我係第一次食omakase,可能我會忍,照食😂 熟成可能就係咁樣嘅味道呢……但大拖我都幫佢準備左紙巾(意思係唔好食嘅話我會吐返出嚟,唔好食就唔好浪費我嘅卡路里)大佬,好腥,好唔掂睇到第位師傅準備既魚料,咁暗既赤身😬同佢拖羅都好暗但影唔到。 呢件腥,超市質素,吐得切會想吐仲要解說方面:拿,呢件係海膽。另一位坐我旁邊既女士聽到既係:拿,呢件係紫海膽師傅有一半只講係咩野,兩三粒字;有一半會加少少描述俾我😂😂😂呢件一入口係霉肉既都吐左,只係趙左兩下。佢其實壽司都算正正路路似omakase 但佢係要整我個件,先拎啲魚料黎切一刀,唔係排好我個份咁。(食開之前既……師傅為工作方便同調整魚料入口溫度都會準備好?😂;而唔係上件壽司前係櫃度拎成舊魚界一刀?我個下覺得有啲怪😅😅😅)遲我少少黎旁邊個位女士(佢揀咗八件壽司八件天婦羅,上既次序係:鱸魚、拖羅、赤身、鯖…..之後無留意)都係要上件野先界一刀😂同埋個位女士近佢企個位,佢上兩件就幫佢抹碟,我成程都係抹一次🥲但天婦羅係算好,完全係天婦羅既omakase,個位師傅會逐件解說、認真為你整個件咁。但呢個餐有啲怪,如果叫16件都係炸物唔知內容係咩啦😂,會唔會飽。叫16件既話會唔會送個飯?無問唔知……師傅炸完勁大力fing油🤪👍🏻;但我都會用紙巾印下(果下諗起點解而家一係文青風或者差唔多一定係短既上身衫要露腰……🥲)同埋收藏咗啲天婦羅嘅舖頭,但因為好怕油、炸野:諗黎諗去都係唔想去……熟度好好,中間留返一條米線咁未熟,但外面脆口,蝦肉彈牙服務有一個後生女幾好,似似地omakase😂😂😂啲呀姐似慘仔,但好努力既;走個時仲講日文多謝幫襯嗰啲😅 但都係個句,傾計傾到屋企咁,真係連鎖:平價、中價都覺得奇怪嘅程度…Read More

百彈寨主 關注組好多槍手,同餐廳有利益輸送, 有冇發現成日重覆介紹某幾間? 全部伏店嚟, 見到得啖笑... 但好多6uo因此而中伏,餐廳賺到笑...🤭下次睇路啦,唔係俾得起錢就=識食,有好多味蕾壞死又未見過世面的人扮食家。😆😂

一般….比起同樣價錢既餐廳一樣既麵包。佢好唔係唔好;但人地八九十分,你七十分咁😂比起街邊賣(無試過;幻想,因為平時唔食麵包😬。只係食過po過食評食過既一樣樣既麵包)我覺得佢係六七十分之類咁一上只係俾牛油。好彩睇過食評,可以要求橄欖油同醋,佢仲會俾埋鹽同黑胡椒俾你。其實食呢啲麵包點解要求先俾呢…… 我個人覺得配油醋好啲🤪 餐前小食兩樣都好食,反而諗返呢兩樣小食夠同其他星級餐廳一戰,但前、主菜呢度覺得反而唔太得呢個其實唔特別,魚子份量係大過robuchon既。但味道、present 上差唔多既菜式(魚子盒),個人鍾意robuchon既多啲勁普通既菜、菜、菜同酸酸地。唔好食。Amber我一直無諗住冇去,因為有一兩句評論令我卻步。好似係食物或者服務之類…….同埋佢嘅選擇比較少….咩experience 其實都係個啲,冇得揀既feel西餐robuchon 係我心中第一鍾意,petrus係我第二鍾意嘅;無論點keep住試新既西式,可能一個月都食一次呢兩間個種。但近來petrus 佢嘅餐牌係我唔鍾意嘅食物;鯖、煙三文魚同埋水煮蛋(近來食完robuchon既水煮蛋都超普通……)、八爪魚、鷹嘴豆、羊肉、(剛食完一次petrus佢既雞胸。而家唔肯聽介紹,話自己睇🥲😂😂😂,原來係雞胸。滑係滑,都算好。但我食雞只鍾意食髀😭。減肥時間除外)我都只會去一次:等到佢轉餐牌。鱸魚。唔好食,個汁酸酸地唔夾。魚肉係咁既價錢既正常表現(又滑又好個種)另一半幫我食左一半;我個份飽飽地同覺得唔好食,只食左一半既一半,佢覺得唔好食唔肯幫我食緊埋剩低嘅。收碟時鬼佬侍應仲問我係咪道菜有問題,我話我已經飽飽地 (事實,其實食咗一片包、餐前小食同前菜經唔餓🥲。如果唔好食嘅話我唔想再食。同埋我會食另一半嘅鵪鶉菜式試味;之後又有咖啡甜品生果一大堆野)我一直無興趣黎係因為呢度個菜式吸引唔到我,同埋隱約中記得有人話服務唔係咁好,啲評論係指向差唔多既野,怕怕地當日主要既serve東南亞藉既,佢既解說同行為都表現到禮儀,但係放低講完即走。係怪怪地,即係有禮貌地急急腳咁走。上每道菜都係。(但呢啲我諗係個人行為,唔可以話間野整體就係咁,同埋佢唔算好劣,)但有個鬼佬既侍應,佢又好過晒所有咁嘅價錢餐廳嘅😅 (唔係做吉祥物、真係落手做嘢,同埋係努力同你講多幾句嘢嘅)同埋埋單個位南美藉女侍應又係好禮儀好熱情既。 另一半都講,介紹酒既本地男士侍應(肥肥地🤭)態度都好好,好nice。鵪鶉好食。係咁樣嘅價錢咁樣嘅質素原本想另一半叫full amber experience ,我就叫最平既。但我迫佢去陪我試呢啲餐廳;佢都開始食唔郁😂最初佢食到餐前小食、包、前菜、湯、白肉、紅肉、甜品、咖啡同啲送咖啡既Pete four 。我愈食愈食我食一個前菜同main已頂唔順因為雖然啲嘢好似好精美好細份;但係有麵包有餐前小食有前菜有咖啡又跟住咖啡嘅甜品😵好老實,呢種類既餐廳唔係我由細食到大既;而家比較密去食,食到個咀同胃口食到werwer 地同埋我本來就唔係太鍾意西餐😂😂😂。(月頭食完心中第一既robuchon,每一次都係走個時book下個月既。好食係好食既,但每次一樣既麵包、野食一樣個浸除🥲 對上一次係最後埋完單走去廁所嗰時,我決定唔再book下一次住。真係想再打電話)佢同我一樣叫兩個平既。我以為最平既唔可以叫佢哋既signature,佢話照加錢就可以但整體700尾,三道菜我覺得同robuchon 、petrus 比真係唔抵😅 同環境(裝修同扮野)唔太好。我地不嬲無要求座位點樣既客之類。今次坐窗邊,一坐低覺得呢個位唔好,但我哋完全唔係為咗環境個種人,是是但但唔要求轉。臨走個時好既位都一直冇人。(窗邊嘅位好頹,應該要揀圓形同埋沙發之類嘅位;因為我哋唔會食到好慢,睇張單既時間都知係食餐飯only😂;唔係慶祝咩嘢、冇要求。)但講就算坐好啲既位比起robuchon table同petrus都差當日既環境食物同服務我都想返返去我最鍾意個兩間。我個日啦⋯⋯準時12點入座,食到四十幾分,全場只坐咗五分二定係一半既人。當然佢12:45後都有人繼續入嚟,慢慢差唔多坐到八九成滿既。都係個句:間野點樣,睇book位易難啦🤪…Read More

真係幾好既外賣壽司;同價位黎講

第一次買係突然想食海膽;係aeon行緊,無啦啦望到海膽想食。見到啲做左特晒既價化晒水,但超想食海膽😵😵😵。即搵最近呢度有,第一次買好企身,係食過好過晒之前超市買過既,唔記得第一次仲買左咩。(我仲諗住一個人食到五格,想豪一豪放縱食海膽個種。點知食左兩格就滯左,好彩另一半肯食,唔係就益垃圾桶😵)但整體印象好好,之後都keep住有買呢間野。Aeon化水特價海膽仲貴過佢;我仲返aeon望多次個價錢同確定無記錯😂(外賣黎講,唯一唔敢叫壽司外賣,怕黎到常溫就死梗😂😂😂。自己買完快趕返屋企起碼自己控制到時間。同埋外賣一定係咁搖,原本三文魚壽司會變甜蝦壽司🤗;之後有次party 食到元朗酒泉既外賣,黎到凍嘅嘢係凍既,熱既野仲熱緊。唔想自己買既話會叫呢間,買盒海膽再叫啲野都夠最低外賣消費。宵夜,夜晚黑九點仲可以落單個種仲想點)有時想整冷麵套餐俾另一半係屋企食,冷麵配個湯、沙律;唔想炸野(冷麵通常配天婦羅、炸雞個種普通配搭)先食到蛋白質咁去配就會買佢。但拎返屋企都有啲時間。會係aeon買個沙律拎多啲冰🤭。落完單就去買沙律🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭呢間帶子刺身好唔抵,好似45蚊好薄五片。我都只買一次only,同埋無買呢樣野既第二次;打開一睇超唔開心,咁薄咁好刀功呀🥲呢次甜蝦都差,放得差同細隻,一打開係唔開心既…….(酒泉既帶子刺身係成粒,同埋有唔同價錢同規格,但我最主要都係想食甜蝦😂😂😂。酒泉既甜蝦同呢間質素差唔多,問題係有最低消費,通常只係我一個人食,同埋只係想食甜蝦🤣)甜蝦同炸蝦卷係我一個人食宵夜既常叫配搭。好鍾意佢既炸蝦卷,通常成日只食左一碗澱粉質,就俾自己叫佢好鍾意食甜蝦,但另一半唔鍾意去食放題(係無得去旅行,叮一聲開始試omakase。佢食咩都想叫最貴個個餐😑。佢仲點肯同我去食放題…… 我就完全無問題,我鍾意普通野多啲個種)我會自己一個人(唔鍾意約人食,食咩起身係床碌電話先諗當日想點,或者前一晚好想食某類,第二日就衝過去。所以啲貴餐廳book 定左,有時個朝起身係好唔想去既😂)去食放題個種,但一年一兩次超想食甜蝦先去;左計右計點樣食「回本」因為我最少都食到20隻甜蝦,出面食都差唔多50蚊四隻。再計我食到一件芝麻雞翼同埋炸年糕、兩片三文魚、四片帶子、六七件壽司、少少熟食之類😂😂😂係度「計數」呢兩張餐牌暫時係度見唔到,我專登影一影。好唔鍾意餐廳本身自己都唔放上黎😵。但係好多餐廳都係咁,唔上餐牌同食物點既樣,無論係咩嘅渠道(餐廳自己既page都唔放🥲👍🏻);甚至係新開嗰啲餐廳,完全冇人寫食評或者放照去做參考:咁樣點敢食😑。但又好辛苦同埋努力咁派傳單,我收左,上網想睇下實物照都無……其實睇相就知成件咩事,好似點心嘅蝦餃燒賣之類。爆曬皮、厚搭搭咁你仲話好食?我覺得字可以一粒都唔信,照係無得呃人既點解唔po下實物同放餐牌上網?…Read More
