I have visited their happy valley branch previously so I know this cafe. Came here with a friend today, I’d arrived first, and I asked the female staff to borrow the bathroom key, to which she said “only paying customers can borrow the key”. I totally understand that, I explained, I’m just waiting for my friend, and I’ll order and spend money as soon as they arrived. But she insisted no. The bathroom key is right there, and she still pointed me to the concierge to get the key, since I haven’t bought anything yet. I found this behavior very inflexible and unnecessary. 香港素食餐廳相對唔多, 同埋我係港島人, 無咩事都唔會去九龍, 所以今次食到呢間素食餐廳, 我覺得幾有驚喜. 好耐都無試過喺香港食飯係咁愉快食物種類非常多, 而且樣樣野味道都唔錯. 今晚無影相, 但印象比較深刻嘅有薑醋蛋, 臘味飯, 湯係赤小豆老黃瓜, 我都飲左3碗… 其他嘅就大部分家常小炒咁, 但款式好多, 以香港食素黎講算好好另外收銀嘅我估係老闆, 態度好好, 好友善. 加分不過美中不足係始終小店, 放得多檯, 攞野食嘅地方比較窄. 我今晚係自己一個人所以無咩所謂. 如果想傾計慢慢食的話就唔好咁高期望不過我都會期待下次有野做再過九龍, 必定會再黎…Read More

I seldom write reviews, but I was really impressed by Sogno, so I wanted to leave an encouraging review  :)I actually came across them at Food Expo last year.  They had a booth, I went over to look at their tea leaves, and their staff suggested that I get an afternoon tea coupon to try their tea set.  At the time the price was discounted, so I thought, why not.So I went with a friend 3 weeks later to try, and we were both pleasantly surprised!  (Sorry it's been a few weeks now and I forgot to take pictures...).  Afternoon tea food kinda all looks the same -- scone, pastries, cakes, etc, but I would say Sogno differentiated in their quality and "heart".  After they brought the tea set over, the chef would come over to explain each item.  They also said they understand some customers don't have a sweet tooth, and they're perfectly OK to customize the set, and make all savory items -- it's the kind of customer service attitude I was most impressed by.All in all, nice environment, good food, friendly and attentive staff.. 同老公星期六o係 neighborhood 搵食，行過呢個 Kona Bay幾次，所以今日黎試下。話係夏威夷餐，其實係普通西餐，仲要係有小小港式。我地叫左 3 樣野，Blue mussels, Hawaiian style pan fried sole, Angus steak (special promotion).  最好味係個 mussels, 要左白酒汁，個汁小小辣，好好味。如果再濃o的會效果更佳。個牛扒同魚就好普通，唔係唔好味，但無特別，唔會令我特別想返黎。服務態度唔錯，尤其係個 host, 我估佢可能有份，因為佢會 upsell o的餐，同埋好積極叫客人再返黎，又送餐飲我地。Overall it is a pass, 6 / 10.  我地唔 sure 一定會返黎。…Read More
