唉,見中環新開間雲南菜,環境確實幾舒服,坐得幾好。服務員後生仔女都幾有禮貌,落單、加水都算勤力,呢點要讚嘅。 講到食物,真係大失所望,伏味濃郁!首先,個「古法銅鍋油燜雞」真心唔掂。啲薯仔煮到一pat pat咁都算,最離譜係加熱極唔均勻。有啲位硬掘掘,明顯唔熟,咬落去生澀;但有啲位又燶燶哋,顏色發黑,望落去仲有啲似就嚟爛嘅感覺,搞到成碟嘢都唔敢食多幾啖,怕肚痛!完全冇晒油燜嘅香濃,得陣燶味同生薯仔味,$198蚊碟真係食到一肚氣。點咗個「過橋米線」,賣相普通都預咗,但湯底怪怪哋,完全冇鮮味,配料又少又普通,索價成百幾蚊碗,真係離晒大譜!仲試咗個炒飯,乾爭爭,冇鑊氣,味道仲好寡,同茶餐廳碟頭飯比都嫌輸蝕,但價錢就貴幾倍。仲有其他小菜,味道都係平平無奇。 呢餐真係食到好唔開心。環境同服務係好,但食物質素同價錢完全唔成正比,性價比極低
