紅燒牛四寶 (牛助條/牛尾/牛根/牛腸) Assorted Beef (ribs/ oxtail/ tendon/ intestine): There is a selection of dry noodles or soup noodles. As the weather is a bit cold, we chose the soup noodle. We are surprised by the large portion of soup noodles and the meat. The beef is tasty and i like the intestine the most. My family likes the ribs. 擔擔麵 Dan Dan noodles:As we cannot eat spicy food, we ordered the Dan Dan noodles with no spicy. We like their Chinese style noodles (刀削麵) which is very chewy. The Dan Dan noodles are nice.韭菜豬肉鍋貼:The fried dumpling is juicy but the skin wrapping breaks easily. Their home-made dumpling source is very special. Rember to dip the dumplings with the source before you eat it.Environment: The shop is spacious and comfortable. It is a good place for chatting. It is also a good place for family with kids. The waiters are friendly. The shop manager will walk around and chit chat with the customers.Overall:we recommend this restaurant to you all. We will definitely come over again.
