我住响附近幾十年,石塘咀一向係美食沙漠。今日冇咩做,又唔想去咁遠,咪睇下OpenRice 附近有咩新嘢未食過。不過石塘咀真係有好多所謂「隱世」拉麵店,就响條巷入面,嗰個範圍叫「火井」,今日就俾我响OpenRice 發現呢間。其實我一向唔係咁鍾意入呢條巷,但因為有幾間拉麵店,所以諗唔到食咩都會入一入去,因為條巷真係好臭,臭足幾十年,亦唔會因為多咗食店而有改善。我今日懷着勇氣去試下呢間店,總括而言有啲好基本嘅地方要改善:1. 樓面太生手,執張枱好耐,跟單又耐,又送錯枱。星期六1點都多人,差唔多坐滿8成,但得一個生手樓面。雖然有個着廚師服嘅女人(估計係老闆或揸fit人)幫手上菜,但冇咩禮貌。比起隔離舖樓面真係要大大改善。出去埋單又要報上枱號。搞到埋張單都好耐。2. 配菜太生。我叫咗豬叉燒雞拉麵,有隻溏心蛋。除咗麵係正常之外,其他都係好生。叉燒有啲出血,雞肉都好生(雖然我覺得佢慢煮想件肉嫩啲,但都係偏向生),溏心蛋連蛋白都未凝固,個蛋黃係液態,湯又不是太熱,但算厚身(唯一要讚嘅地方)。食完有啲擔憂腸胃炎。3. 冷氣機滴水。我個位對上嘅冷氣滴水,滴響我嘅背脊,我快快食完就走。所以總括而言,除咗食物,樓面同服務態度對一間新店嚟講真係好重要。…Read More
