有幸參與最後一場''麵局'',之前無諗到食麵都可以咁優雅雖然今次Tasting Menu係特別為''麵局''而設,但如果能將Tasting Menu恆常化唔只食客得益,仲可以係一眾麵店中別樹一格到時仲有邊個話食麵唔可以優雅精緻?先嚟四道前菜(定應該叫主菜?)由淡至濃開始聖子凍:切成幼條配上柚子汁,清新開胃自家製有機豆腐:精緻得有D唔捨得食,濃郁''海之三寶''海膽、魚子醬、三文魚子,配上店方自家製豆腐,濃淡之間平衡恰到好處海膽燉蛋:另一道精緻菜式,燉蛋配上海膽及其他材料,味道立體而富有層次卜葉和牛壽喜燒:壽喜燒靈魂在於醬汁,它將一眾時令伴菜升華,而配上和牛更有畫龍點睛之效,和牛肉味入口濃郁味美另一道菜式係赤麵豉鵝肝煮,鵝肝香囗不在話下,但其配襯牛肉清湯伴以各式蔬菜,不會比鵝肝遜色享用完精緻帶點懷石料理感覺前菜後,輪到主角出場店方先以一碗正常份量供各食友拍照,同一時間廚房為食友分好各小碗,店方細心值得欣賞凱撒沙律拉麵:該店得意之作,湯底以其招牌雞湯底中加入日本菠菜及羅馬生菜蓉制成,清新甜美,,味道好以似食意粉感覺,另外配上小塊脆烤雞皮,令整碗麵質感豐富A5級和牛拉麵:湯底以本地牛骨熬制(和牛牛骨因當地法例無出囗),湯底不油不膩,和牛故然美味,但''伴麵''裝飾炸麵條有畫龍點睛之效,伴以近麵湯食有另一種奇妙效果阿拉斯加帝皇蟹腳拉麵:作為壓軸出場,湯底以其招牌雞湯及蟹焦煮成,配以牛油去烤日本甜粟,以及主角味道鮮甜阿拉斯加帝皇蟹腳,味道鮮甜得無可挑剔!最後以甜品''甜清酒慕絲''同''雪糕棒棒糖''劃上完美句號好味美,但正如主持人話,甜品由女仕去品評我相信RaIronMen遲早會''摘星'',希望店方繼續創作驚喜之作!…Read More
