米線紮根香港幾十年,由最初嘅過橋米線,酸辣米線,到而家嘅麻辣、酸菜魚、蕃茄湯、車仔麵都見到米線嘅足跡,而近年大熱就一定係養生藥膳雞湯米線。食過好多間雞湯米線都麻麻地,今次係同事極力推介,有驚喜喎!👍王子雞店位置隱蔽,靠近學校範圍,平日好易走漏眼。店內唔算大,20個座位左右,乾淨企理。如果平日午飯時間,就要提早啲嚟排隊喇。用QR code掃碼落單,可以慢慢睇清楚圖片,價錢,仲可以加配料,小食,飲品,非常方便。前後去咗兩次,分別試咗兩款招牌米線。姬松茸花膠雞湯米線($78)一嚟就叫全場最貴嘅試吓😁。 雞湯 好濃(淡黃色),有花膠,姬松茸,蟲草花,木耳,杞子,味道非常濃郁。雞件有6-7嚿,份量足。湯頭鹹淡適中,零味精,飲完唔會口渴。我第一次飲湯飲到見碗底。飲完覺得全身都好補咁。💪😁沙薑雞+雞湯米線($50)沙薑雞係同米線分開上嘅。一份沙薑雞(例)有1/4隻左右,份量好足,肉質嫰滑,但味道個人覺得偏鹹,如果配白飯就啱啱好。配米線嘅話,可以浸落啲湯度去減啲鹹,但就污染咗啖湯喇!米線方面 - 湯底都係雞湯底(奶黃色),但當然冇花膠湯底咁濃郁啦!口感比坊間嘅彈牙,唔鐘意食米線嘅話,可以改烏冬,菜底(啱健身人士)。服務方面,唔多但啱啱好,有自助飲水區,適合i人嘅我,安安靜靜。總結一下,為咗啖湯,我一定會再嚟,等我!👍[IMG:9]…Read More

成日返大陸食海底撈,今日第一次响香港食。試吓港版服務有幾貼心。😁星期日中午12點前基本上都係唔駛排隊,而家經 open rice 訂位,下午5點前結賬仲有8折。抵喎!一入座就有萍果+零食禮物包(有瓜子,飯焦,薄脆),好開心呀!自助醬料區,好乾淨企理,有粥有湯水,雖然冇我鍾意食嘅冰粉,但都OK 啦。涼拌菜只有海帶、蘿蔔、雞脾菇,冇涼拌魚皮有少少失望。湯底揀咗招牌蕃茄鍋,麻辣鍋,花膠雞鍋,清水鍋。蕃茄鍋同深圳一樣,服務員會幫客人調一碗牛肉蕃茄湯俾你,老實講,我好鍾意飲,酸酸甜甜,每次都飲3碗。花膠雞鍋就麻麻地,偏鹹,雞肉(1/4隻雞)另上,雞肉新鮮,唔錯。麻辣鍋中麻少辣,打邊爐剛好。基本上全部食材都落晒去麻辣鍋入面。😁火鍋料叫咗毛肚,牛栢葉,牛肉,豬肉,豆皮,食材新鮮,好嘛。金桔檸檬水$15 無限添飲,服務員不停加冰,添飲服務我覺得啱啱好,有需要時會主動幫忙,但又唔會打擾到客人傾計。仲會主動介紹優惠,折扣,贈送小禮物。今日食得好開心,下次仲會再嚟。…Read More

食即撈海鮮重緊要乾淨衛生,响香港食就比較有信心啲。聽聞千海水產都開咗一年,口碑唔錯,今日就去試吓。午餐時段有180分鐘,好似好耐,其實都要分秒必爭,同時間競賽。跟住 以下步驟就冇錯喇。今日啲攻略好成功。💪🏻攻略1:入會做會員,可以減$20+送超大環保袋攻略2:早到早排隊,入場第一時間,攞鮑魚,蟹,拎去俾人洗,因為要等,遲咗勁多人,有排等。攻略3:返埋位點湯底,點大鍋,唔點鴛鴦鍋。空間大啲,可以多放海鮮。最好揀啲同海鮮配搭到嘅湯底,例如,花膠雞,椰子雞,冬陰功之類。攻略4:出去攞啲熟食(有小龍蝦,點心,涼菜,烤榴槤),火鍋配料(花膠,螺片)用嚟熬湯,醬料,飲品。而呢個時候,湯底同海鮮都差唔多到,可以返埋位喇。攻略5:再次出動攞蝦類,蜆類,可以响自助沖洗區洗一下。唔駛排隊。攻略6 :有問題搵職員,萬事有商量👍🏻(隔離枱阿姐教嘅)食物方面海鮮新鮮就冇難食嘅可能,鮑魚彈牙,蝦肉爽口。用apps 可以order 牛肉,豬肉,雞肉,種類較少,始終海鮮先係主角嘛!熟食都可以用apps 落單,有鵝肝多士,乳鴿,紅糖糍粑,仲有木瓜糖水都唔錯。環境/服務方面坐位有少少迫,唔算闊落。但服務員收拾執枱都好勤快。有需求都好樂意幫忙。總結一下,海鮮種類唔算多,鮑魚一款,蟹兩款,蝦三款,蜆三款,螺一款。但款款都新鮮嘅。因為主打海鮮,apps 啲肉類同其他食品會比一般放題少。180分鐘要揀海鮮,要煮,要攤凍,要食,要來回攞幾轉,其他都幾花時間,最好多幾個朋友一齊去食,分工合作就最好喇。…Read More

朋友成日推介呢間米線,但係日日都排長龍。今日睇啱時間出擊喇!今日係星期五嘅下午5點左右嚟,唔駛排隊直入。一個人嚟就安排坐單邊吧位,ok嘅,都乾淨闊落。朋友推介話呢間湯雞好正,今日就試吓佢嘅招牌醉雞湯米線啦!菜單上寫明係即叫即整,所以要等耐啲,好期待呀!點知落單唔夠2分鐘就上枱,又話即做嘅?醉雞湯米線($62)一飲啖湯嘅時候就知道出事喇!啲湯唔夠熱,即係唔係即整啦!味道方面,啲酒係直接倒落去,冇煮過,所以酒味好濃,蓋過雞湯味(亦可能佢本身啲雞味唔出啦)!總之湯底除咗甜味同酒味就飲唔到雞味。至於雞肉就俾得好足(有6-7嚿 - 有翼有脾有胸),仲有豉油辣油俾你任點。但係啲雞肉好柴好老,又唔似煲完湯啲湯渣咁軟糯,而且仲幾油吓。總結一下,雞湯米線的確比平日食嗰啲米線健康啲。但如果係向住「飲靚湯」出發嘅就會有啲失望喇!…Read More

今年經歷咗一次重生!為隆重其事,要好好慶祝一下。阿妹話請我食好嘢,絕對唔會令我失望。嗯!雪舟果然好得。聽店員話店鋪轉咗手,所以菜單都轉埋。晚市有4個套餐$1588 / $1488 / $888 / $788,分別在於和牛質素同份量,海鮮種類。今次揀咗最貴嘅$1588 套餐,有龍蝦同埋厚切西冷和牛。另加一款小食,飲品,鵝肝多士。由日籍廚師親自操刀。前菜煙鴨胸 - 好嫰,肉味濃郁。醋漬八爪魚 - 微酸,八爪魚熟得啱啱好,仲有鮮味。炸芝士 - 外脆內暖,好開胃。烤焗三文魚用錫紙焗嘅三文魚,一打開個錫紙包,真係好香。三文魚好嫰好鮮味。刺身三文魚、油甘魚、牡丹蝦。新鮮嘅食材就乜都唔需要,刺身食出鮮味。鮮蝦蟹籽牛油果沙律牛油果好creamy,蝦肉爽口彈牙。鐵板龍蝦(配龍蝦汁)龍蝦爽口彈牙,肉質結實,鮮味濃郁,個人覺得鹹咗少少。鐵板鮑魚(配鮑魚肝醬)平日唔食鮑魚肝,估唔到咗鮮味,原汁化原食,配合鮑魚一齊食,好鮮味呀!鵝肝多士(套餐外)見隔離情侶食鵝肝多士,越望越想食。。。 果然好好味!鵝肝入口即溶,多士脆卜卜。必食推介。厚切西冷和牛和牛配柚子醬油、炸蒜片、岩鹽、特製醬汁(青色酸酸地唔知咩醬)。個人覺得配岩鹽最突出牛味,柚子醬油就解膩。和牛本身牛味好濃,油脂充足,厚切都好嫰,啖啖肉好滿足。龍蝦頭味噌湯(另+$30)用龍蝦頭煲嘅味噌湯,一字記之「鮮」,仲有啲甜味。食開龍蝦必加。和牛炒飯年紀大,總係要食啲碳水化合物。炒飯收尾最好。飯炒到粒粒分明,和牛粒同炒飯融合,飯有肉味(好味)。好完真心好飽。甜品:菠蘿雪葩+蕨餅菠蘿雪葩非常清爽,蕨餅微甜,好滿足。店員服務貼心,適當時候出現,唔會妨礙客人傾計,但又會照顧到你嘅需要,非常好…Read More

一次滿足火鍋、放題、串燒三個願望

慶祝生日,想食好啲,貪心啲。想打邊爐,又想食放題,又想食甜品。。。 思前想後,今次去牛之鍋。牛之鍋店舖空間唔算大,所以自選區唔多,只有火鍋配料,火鍋醬料,飲品,少量甜品+蛋糕。所以大部份都係坐定定,用apos落柯打就得喇!火鍋配料同醬料區,冇乜特別,都係啲菜、蕃茄、蘿蔔、丸類、菇菌類。醬料都係啲普通醬料。飲品區,相對就有誠意好多喇!有三款玻璃樽裝汽水(可樂、 雪碧 、忌廉),仲有自家製手打檸檬茶、羅漢果茶、地們果汁、罐裝汽水、台灣罐裝飲品,仲有幾款啤酒。套餐方面分A, B, C 餐。A餐最平,相對少啲嘢食,只有肉類。B餐有海鮮,有燒鮑魚,相對CP值高啲。C餐貴多少少,就有燒蠔,當然肉類質素再高啲啦!今次揀咗中價位嘅B餐。刺身泰式生,甜蝦,帶子,三文魚,油甘魚,赤貝,八爪魚,仲有其他幾款魚類都算新鮮。我哋叫咗兩轉。火鍋牛肉有安格斯,牛肩胛,羊肩肉,雞件,特選豚肉。牛肉,豚肉無限call 真係食肉獸天堂。海鮮有鮑魚,海蝦,青口,韓國肥蠔,大白蜆,魚片。鮑魚,肥蠔,大白蜆超正。炸物芝麻雞翼,每人至少2隻。串燒絕對唔可以錯過,店內有爐可以熱住啲串燒,保證串燒熱熱地。牛舌,菠蘿,雞脾肉,五花肉,肥牛,羊肉,台灣腸都好食。而且密密燒,效率高,又少漏單,抵讚。最後,真心推介佢啲甜品好少見放題有咁多甜品款式,而且仲要好食嘅!除咗自選甜品區有啲小蛋糕,布甸,雪糕,雪條外,仲有雪糕窩夫,幾款芭菲,糖水,燉蛋白,連芋圓,綿綿冰都有,真係頂呱呱。店員大多係年青人,手腳勤快,有活力有禮貌。唔怪得佢而家星期六都爆場啦!…Read More

食物普通,惡劣態度超水準

姪仔DSE 放榜,家人高興之餘,預早BOOK 定炙和味。話之前食過Lunch set 都唔錯,份量足,唔駛食放題。因為住附近,所以就專登走過嚟留枱,已當面講明book 7位食套餐,但店員話7位要落$500訂金。心諗,可能人多就要俾訂金啦!之後就安心等食。去到入座後,就俾QR code 落order, 但係放題menu,於是就叫店員俾過個套餐QR code 我哋。店員一聽到我哋食套餐就變臉,話要叫經理搞。個女經理一嚟就黑口黑面。訂座時有誤會大家都唔想,又唔係話你有錯又唔係拗著數,駛唔駛先下口為強,一直响度強調你哋規規矩咁咁咁…… 「要放題先可以book位,套餐定食冇得book 位,要响出面等位。」咁我問:而家點呢?我哋唔食放題,要食套餐。個女經理諗咗一陣,答:「你哋唔好坐呢度,坐另一張枱」,於是我哋就轉咗去隔離枱,其實真係唔知有咩分別。女經理強調:「你哋食套餐得60分鐘咋,話你知。」簡直係三等公民嘅感受 。食物質素 份量足,一個人食絕對夠飽。魚生都算新鮮。鍋物烏冬係普通嘅即食烏冬。牛柳粒就係平日常見嘅一口和牛。牛味一般。壽司飯鬆軟彈牙。套餐平均$100一個,格價同品質相乎,CP值一般。飲品方面 選擇幾多,有台式飲品(各款珍珠奶茶),又有港式檸茶,奶茶。味道都唔錯。最後,到食完埋單俾錢時,個女經理仲講:「下次食套餐冇得book位,要响出面等位。」放心!絕冇下次。🤬 而且食完呢餐,真心覺得食套餐定食就夠,食放題就去第二間好過。🙏🏻…Read More

今時今日點解仲要留港消費呢?🤔係愛❤️呀!為咗留港消費,今日嚟咗好耐都冇行嘅青衣城。好開心啲舊鋪仍然响度,但新鋪都有唔少。近期生煎包好hit,有幾間仲係長龍店。排隊就唔好喇!隨緣啦!行行吓就嚟咗堅信號,今日冇人排隊就一於試吓。眼見店內有幾張枱無人,加上門口冇人安排坐位,所以就直接行入去。點知俾個店員大大聲講:响出面撳飛仔呀!好啦!可能係規矩係咁,出去撳飛,唔駛半分鐘又入過去(我覺得多此一舉)。但行入去後,店員冇安排坐邊,我哋見有卡位就坐啦(因為買咗啲嘢,有一大袋)!點知店員又大大聲講:坐埋一邊。想轉去坐張細嘅二人枱,咁啱又俾人坐咗。算啦!算啦!唔知係咪錯覺,覺得啲店員個個都西口西臉,黑口黑面咁。Apps 落單,唔駛再面對啲店員,幾好!今日點咗幾款招牌。堅信號生煎包 包底煎得好脆,皮有啲厚,入面堅爆汁。又熱又爆,建議最好篤一個窿攤一攤,攤15分鐘左右先好食。肉餡結實,湯汁味濃,的確好食,難怪係招牌。灌湯小籠包皮薄爆汁,入口唔算好熱。一啖食滋味無窮, 個肉餡同生煎包一樣 ,所以味道,爆汁度同生煎包同樣出色。紅油韮菜餃子 紅油有少少麻辣,但配韭菜餃子,皮太厚個人覺得有啲怪。配返薄皮雲吞(抄手)會好啲。上海粗炒(套餐)麵條炒得乾身唔油膩,鹹味適中,一個人食絕對夠飽。套餐包一款小食(2個小籠包),凍飲 +$3。單戀豆乳仙草凍就係豆漿加仙草凍,兩者配搭冇驚喜,唔明點解叫「單戀豆乳」,好肉麻。😅總結食物質素係好嘅。但服務就強差人意喇!面對強大嘅競爭對手,除咗要食物質素外,仲要有服務態度。身為香港人固然對服務冇咩期待,但態度呢?可唔可以客氣少少,唔好將你啲壓力怨氣反映俾我哋「享受」得唔得呢?…Read More

想食平價上海菜,又唔想出九龍,通常都會諗起蒲東小館。 佢响葵興KCC,搭地鐵行過去,全程响商場入面,真係黑雨都唔駛怕。最難得嘅係,佢開足7日。今日係食套,套餐有前菜、主食、飲品, 價錢由60至到100蚊不等。今日一行六人食咗以下嘅菜式。涼拌茄子(套餐) 個人唔鍾意食茄子, 但同行人話味道唔錯, 食得出有醬油,醋,味道酸酸地,好開胃。蒜泥白肉(套餐) 醬汁同涼拌茄子一樣, 蒜泥唔夠多,就唔夠香。小籠包 小籠包皮薄爆汁, 肉質有啲鬆散,但係整體合格有餘。酸菜魚拉麵 湯底酸辣適中,麻味好重,加上魚片好滑,估唔到响呢度可以食到唔錯嘅酸菜魚。排骨擔擔麵 湯底花生味好濃,有辣味但唔會好嗆,比夏X館出色。排骨炸得酥脆,但就乾咗少少。雞肉燴麵 湯底係雲吞雞湯同款,鹹鮮口味, 菜比雞肉多,算係清淡口味。要注意佢嘅麵量係最多嘅,一個人應該食唔晒。蒲東小館炒飯 醬油炒飯,炒飯粒粒分明,味道鹹味適中。雞扒菜飯 無骨炸雞扒食落去好脆口, 菜飯一般般。 問題係成蝶菜冇汁,食過去好乾。雞絲涼拌麵 啲麵上枱已經結埋一沱,要花好多時間拆鬆佢。雖然叫「涼拌」,但啲麵係熱嘅(暖暖地),唔好以為係冷麵。 調味醬有好濃嘅花生味,食落都幾香口。環境方面去嘅時候客人唔多,唔知係咪想慳錢,好似冇冷氣咁, 越食越熱一路流汗。之後人多咗老細先肯開返大啲冷氣。希望下次可以改善吓啦!…Read More

今時今日想堂食漢堡包,真係好難。 牡丹樓長期冇位座,啲人坐响度過世咁。去餐廳食又貴又要加一俾小費。好彩仲有Shake Shack。佢响新都會廣場入面,店內寬敞。坐都幾舒服。可能大部份店員都係外國人嘅關係,店內唔係好多人,當日外國人,學生客多。價錢走中高價路線(個人覺得),比牡丹樓貴,比美國餐廳平。幫襯咗兩次,點個啲招牌美食。Shake Burger (單層 $58/雙層 $81)有芝士、牛肉、生菜、蕃茄、酸瓜、洋蔥。麵包係正常size (牡丹樓大),單層都飽飽地,雙層啱男士多啲。牛肉嘅牛味超濃,加埋半溶芝士,好Juicy。酸瓜酸味溫和,連平日唔食酸瓜嘅朋友都食到,洋蔥甜甜地唔辣。整體配搭剛好,兩次嚟都有點佢,唔怪得放响餐牌第一行啦!Hamburger (雙層 $71)牛肉、生菜、蕃茄、酸瓜、洋蔥。配料同Shake burger 差唔多,只係冇咗芝士。冇芝士感覺就冇咁膩,但就比較乾,要啜多幾啖汽水,或者加啲茄汁。芝士狼牙薯條大大條,脆卜卜,係好兒時最鍾意食嘅粗紋薯條。淋上鹹鹹地嘅車打芝士醬,唔駛點茄汁都夠味。士多啤梨奶昔味道唔太甜,有士多啤梨味,但個人鍾意牡丹樓多啲。服務方面我要強烈讚揚,我未試過响香港食肆,有咁好咁細心嘅服務。知道我同朋友傾計,竟然主動提出調低音樂聲量,怕嘈到我哋。又主動幫我哋refill 汽水(唔知原本可唔可以 refill ) 。好感動呀!多謝你Mandy。🙏🏻…Read More
