同朋友途經觀塘新商場,見到新嘅韓國餐廳就試下,叫咗幾款經典韓菜。先講個韓式蒸蛋,上枱仲冒緊煙,質感超級嫩滑,好似布甸咁,入口有蛋香,加埋少少蔥花,簡單但好正。跟住係泡菜豆腐鍋,湯底酸辣惹味,熱辣辣好開胃,入面有豆腐、蛋同海鮮,飲一啖即刻醒神晒。另外仲叫咗五花肉鐵板燒,煎得金黃香脆,肥瘦比例啱啱好,唔會太膩,加埋洋蔥一齊食,更加香口。泡菜煎餅就外脆內軟,泡菜酸香同麵糊融合得幾好,啖啖都夠味。重頭戲一定係泡菜豬肋煲,大大條泡菜舖喺面,配埋炆到腍滑嘅豬肋骨,湯底濃郁又帶微辣,幾個人share一煲真係滿足。當然唔少得韓式炸雞,我哋叫咗兩款,一款係黃金炸雞,外皮香脆,肉質多汁;另一款淋上青綠色醬汁(應該係山葵或芥末味),味道特別得嚟又帶啲刺激感,幾有驚喜。整體嚟講,呢度環境企理,食物選擇多,味道正宗,價錢人均百幾蚊,算係抵食之選。下次再嚟,可能會試埋海鮮鍋或者辣炒年糕。…Read More
