新的一年試下最近好旺場的cafe,位於議事亭前地,人流奇多,今天是蒙口碑而來。等了大約20分鐘,內里裝修幾靚,好歐風,但人太多好嘈吵...在樓下點餐后侍應會送到你跟前,我們點了四道食物。第一道是法式三文治,點知...好失望,首先買相非常不討好,好似凍冰冰擺左好耐硬柴柴的麵包,不新鮮的感覺,味道不好,真的不推介:(。第二道是紅酒燴牛尾飯,$88,白米摻雜了紅糙米,感覺健康d,口感本人尚可接受,先生覺得好生硬,而且唔熱又唔香,牛尾方面就好冧,但無牛鮮味無紅酒味,連個汁都無紅酒味...第三道是枱枱都點的法式燉蛋,非常甜,一般般,$46一啲都唔值。最後是牛奶啡,泡沫好稀,好普通的一杯咖啡。…Read More

準備迎接新的一年,但太遲訂位周圍的葡餐都無位,WALK IN只有熊貓有位,即時食得。尼到環境好舊,好似電視上八十年代的餐廳一樣,裝飾都好舊。首先上枱的是薯茸青菜湯和牛尾湯,稀稀的,不像平日葡餐湯的濃郁,牛尾湯完全無牛鮮味,很一般。第二個是忌廉馬介休,里面有好多蘑菇片,但感覺不停出水,令這道餸口感很怪,無芝士味,馬介休就食到一大舊一大舊,不太均勻。第三道是很多人推介的燒乳豬,隻豬仔好肥下,有少許豬腥味,口感燒得岩岩好,皮薄脆,味道偏咸,算是今晚最好食的一道餸。最後一道是葡式焗海鮮飯,不推介不推介,飯濕冧冧且無味,海鮮又好唔新鮮咁,尼餐令人頗為失望!…Read More

適逢Boxing day及結婚周年紀念,在openrice看了數篇食評後決定選擇尼間餐廳,係上環食完就方便我們搭船返澳。提前一天才訂座,幸好7:00有位,位置比較偏僻,時間尚早,店內只有兩位人客,侍應不斷問我們有咩需要,味道如何,非常親切,感覺他們對自己餐廳亦相當自信。前菜點了"Pig's trotter & oyster toast with green salad",感受到蠔是微暖的,新鮮飽滿,加上偏咸的幼滑的豬肉醬和脆卜卜的多士,配搭一流。第二道係63 degree egg...,低溫烹調的食物第一次嘗試,好新鮮嫩滑連比較咸香咬口的火腿和雜菜菇菌,口感好特別,不過真係咸左啲,食完即刻飲完一杯水。接著係蘑菇湯,他們先把cream放在碗內,再在你面前倒入蘑菇湯,好creamy好好飲,底部有啲"臭臭"的芝士,本人不太喜歡,丈夫就非常欣賞,感覺不飽膩。主菜是"Char grilled 40 days aged grass US beef striploin"五成熟,wonderful是形容這道菜的,雖然40天牛仔俾人劏好可憐,但真的實在太好食啦!嬌嫩的紅肉肉質很嫩滑,少許肥肉使口感更佳,我覺得選五成熟真的很明智,非常juicy,三百多元能吃到這道菜真的值了!口感不膩但食完真係有點飽。滿心期待的甜品到了,"Lemon Pannacotta"這道甜品包含幾款奶凍,口感都很幼滑很清新,柚子、檸檬的味道酸酸的,口適合當飯後甜品,幾片薄脆片則帶來另類的口感。另一道upper chocolate,是一碗非常濃郁的朱古力醬,配上雪糕,口感軟滑中帶少少脆脆,好hevay好罪惡,好似食左一大盒麥提莎和瑞士連朱古力般,最後以一杯hot latte完滿劃上句號。最後離開時廚師叫我行埋聖誕樹,我以為他叫我拍照留念,原來是取薑餅人,可愛極了!還問了我們對食物的意見,其實每道菜食完侍應都會來問,服務周到,當然是非常滿意!…Read More

今個禮拜突登約埋班朋友黎,多啲人可以試多啲麻,飲品叫了兩款茶,歌劇及黃金山脈,聞落去真係好多果味,歌劇充滿莓同車厘子的香味,但飲落好淡口,後來吃了意粉後再飲就感覺中和的味道清新減膩,黃金山岸就濃少少,更適合我們的口味。另外叫了cappuccino,熱朱古力和焦糖味的飲品,沒有太特別,不多作介紹。重頭戲來了一卡邦拿意粉,芝士味濃而完全不飽膩,意粉唔會冧,做到尼種程度真係無法唔讚佢,個個都讚不絕口:),另一個葡汁雞肉意粉就普普通通,葡汁偏濃而雞肉無咩味。再來甜品朱古力香蕉窩夫,焦糖窩夫,抹茶紅豆吐司,朱古力窩夫的朱古力醬幾好味但有少少膩,而焦糖哥個味道就比較好,窩夫亦較之前個鬆,口感較佳。吐司感覺有啲似隔夜麵包叮暖左,個心比較好食,外面哥層真係好大陣隔夜味,而且抹茶紅豆比較少,份量不足以沾成個包,都係試一次啦。…Read More

今次是家庭聚會,每人準備一樣食品,老公帶來了火熱的卡夫卡甜品。黃昏時間好好彩仲買到四件,平日一早就買晒啦,每件$38,小貴。首先試了最sharp鮮綠色的都路里,和風抹茶口味,慕斯味道甘帶微苦,內裡的忌廉紅豆,味道不是很甜,餅底有點膩。甜蜜約會,粉粉的賣相好吸引人,但草莓慕斯酸酸的,中心的草莓果醬更加酸,底層的軟心朱古力就好好味,可惜甜度仍中和不了那種酸度。泰姬陵是印度紅茶,配以香甜的焦糖,甜度好高但又好夾好軟滑的口感,有啲似拖肥味,外層的朱古力碎令口感更豐富。四件法式甜品中本人最欣賞的是覆盆子那個,忘記了名字,酸味味好開胃,有啲啫喱般的外層,慕斯和內裡口感好夾,軟滑到入口即溶。其實真係有啲貴,細細件,偶爾食下,值得一試。…Read More
