聽講要試過好食嘅嘢先有個比較識得分好唔好食🧐(當然世間就總有啲唔洗比較都知佢整得好難食嘅嘢食存在🫣)今次專程去到炮台山一間榮獲日本唐揚協會金賞嘅小店嚟試吓認證級嘅炸雞,睇吓同平時貨色相比有咩唔同🍗小店由日本人主理,店面裝修用上傅統日式風格,光猛企理✨成間鋪座位唔算多不過就真係比較窄,枱同枱之間個距離只係隔一個身位都冇,孭住個袋想行入埋面坐真係要因住唔好掃咗人哋碟雞落街😂▸ 唐揚定食(韃靼沙律醬) | $127成個定食套餐包咗麵豉湯、白飯、沙律同一款前菜,唐揚足足畀咗四大舊,自問唔算好細食但要我一個人食晒我諗我應該都會飽到上頸🫠蛋控對所有蛋類嘅發明品都冇抵抗力,所以今次第三次回頭都係毫不猶豫揀返韃靼醬🍳韃靼醬用咗大量碎蛋撈埋沙律醬同洋蔥等等材料整成,檸檬汁同芥末味道唔會太搶🍋酸酸甜甜食落好開胃解膩,配炸雞呢啲咁邪惡嘅食物相當夾!有蛋又有雞,今次真係一家團聚🐣(喂炸雞本身炸得好香脆而且唔油膩,外皮炸得乾身但內裏就保留咗滿滿嘅肉汁,雞肉亦都好嫩滑有彈性得嚟仲要啖啖肉🍖正正係因為外皮炸得夠脆即使炸雞部分表面淋上韃靼醬亦都不至於浸到淋晒,咁遠水路都回頭三次咁多食爆爆真係有原因😎✨▸ 煎餃子 | $ Errr 唔記得咗見唔少人都有試佢哋嘅餃子,今次特意點咗嚟試試佢🧐個人就覺得冇咩特別,就只係普通日式煎餃外皮偏薄帶少少韌性,餃子冇穿冇爛亦冇煎到乾晒,但煎嘅位置只有丁點位置係脆嘅,肉餡都係同一般日式餃子一樣比較鬆散唔算留得住肉汁,個人就覺得普通,唔需要特別嗌🥟其實今次已經係第三次幫襯,事緣係食過一次之後真係周不時都會心掛掛想返嚟搵返呢種口感,雖然貴就係貴啲💸不過至少自己每次返嚟食都冇失望(不過唔知係咪心邪,最近一次去硬係覺得啲雞細舊咗🐥)✦ 食物 4.5 / 5 ✦✦ 環境 3.5 / 5 ✦✦ 服務 4 / 5 ✦…Read More

麵匠風龍嘅拉麵一向都好評如潮,憑住兩款湯底就已經做到大排長龍,試過就知真係堅!餐廳裝潢還原日本傳統拉麵店嘅吧枱格局,可以睇晒成個廚房嘅環境同運作,食物即叫即整,坐喺枱邊仲可以欣賞整個製作過程😋▸ 豚骨湯拉麵 | $80豚骨湯底呈奶白色,質地偏杰但唔算厚,不過味道就比起平時其他拉麵店食到嘅更為濃郁,湯頭飲埋都唔會話好漏👾麵底係幼麵底軟硬適中仲好彈牙,份量相當充足🍜配料仲有青蔥同木耳絲,木耳絲偏爽脆都係啲普通嘢啦,蔥花就夠青夠香,收貨👅每款拉麵仲跟咗兩塊叉燒,叉燒係半肥瘦、偏薄,經過炙燒之後油脂感滿滿,肉質偏實偏嚡唔算軟嫩,醃得剛好唔會太鹹,唔算好標青但都真係有進步空間呢🐷▸ 蝦味噌拉麵 | $90 (半熟玉子 + $10)今次一次過試勻晒兩款拉麵,味噌湯底比豚骨湯味道更濃更厚,但唔會過咸亦唔會好唔油膩之餘,仲食到好香嘅蝦味!蝦蝦蝦🦐因為湯底更稠嘅關係,令到麵底更易掛湯,加埋面頭堆到座山咁嘅櫻花蝦同極香嘅蔥花、粟米真係perfect池🍤每一啖麵配上酥脆嘅蝦乾都食到濃濃嘅蝦味,難怪個個都讚不絕口😛另外加多咗隻半熟溏心蛋,玉子滷得好入味好流心,蛋黃係半膏半流心而且有蛋香,大讚!🍳不過咁樣加埋個價錢再加多$15已經有得升做套餐,如果食得落又想食蛋直接跟餐會抵玩好多💸✦ 食物 4 / 5 ✦✦ 環境 3.5 / 5 ✦✦ 服務 4 / 5 ✦…Read More

住得喺香港想搵間地道啲嘅老字號真係買少見少,放假又突然好想食沙嗲牛🐂!店面裝修格局雖然好新淨,但聽聞呢間鋪頭前身係一間超過40年歷史嘅荔園人龍車仔麵檔,一於試試佢!👅▸ 阿荔特濃沙嗲車仔沾麵 | $68[ 玻璃魷魚 / 雪花肥牛 / 溏心蛋 配 出前一丁 ]呢款車仔麵可以自選三餸配手工拉麵/烏冬/出前一丁三款麵底,不過話明心絲絲想食沙嗲牛就一定係揀肥牛同一丁㗎喇!以日式沾麵嘅做法製作湯頭真係好杰身好香濃,將一丁浸入去極掛汁,味道比起平時食到嘅沙嗲牛更加辣同惹味,食得出落咗唔少花生碎、花生香味好出🥜湯汁份量仲多到可以食到你漏晒口嗌不要不要都仲得,嗚呀😫配料嚟講肥牛大大塊厚身又夠肥,食落唔怕韌亦冇雪味仲有好多片;溏心蛋好流心蛋黃亦好香,蛋控食得好開心🐣;玻璃魷魚食落就好韌唔爽口,冇乜味之餘份量都比較少只有三四條,個人就唔係好推薦🦑出前一丁 is 一丁,冇煮到爛晒糊晒但唔知係咪煮起有晾過吓,有少少偏乾身同埋有啲痴埋晒難夾起啫😗特別想講嘅係,好多時以沾麵嘅方式去做食落雖然可以將沙嗲湯汁一網打盡,但有個致命傷就係麵同餸都唔入味,呢個時候就好睇沾麵汁嘅功架💪🏻鍾唔鍾意呢種製法就見仁見智,但難得有個沾麵汁真材實料令麵條同啲餸都掛得住湯汁,食到濃濃嘅沙嗲湯都叫做交足功課,絕對值得一試😋▸ 秘制牛筋牛肋腩麻辣撈麵 | $68牛筋牛肋腩係分開另上嘅,畀足一碗咁多仲炆得好入味,牛肋腩肉質偏實唔算嫩,都有一定牛味而且大大舊滿足到食肉獸;相對之下牛筋就做得比較出色,食落好彈牙有嚼勁,滿滿嘅骨膠原食完喉嚨好舒服😭🐷麻辣撈麵係以乾麵底再喺上面附上麻辣醬料、花生、芫茜、青蔥嘅方式上起,即食即撈🍜今次嗌咗小辣,辣度比起沙嗲牛要弱,食落都未見其他層次同其他香料嘅辛味,反而鹹味有啲太重,可能嗌返正常辣度或以上會比較惹味🌶️▸ 黑松露醬炸單骨雞翼 | $28(5件)呢個價錢五大隻都叫有肉地,外皮炸得乾身脆口、肉質嫩滑又保留到肉汁,黑松露醬亦冇偷工減料,叫做對得住個價錢啦(唔…好在意嘅係食落真係好似平時喺氣炸鍋老是常出現嘅某牌單骨雞翼🧐)✦ 食物 3.5 / 5 ✦✦ 環境 4 / 5 ✦✦ 服務 4 / 5 ✦…Read More
