1. Greetings- none, waitress straight to the point - “ what do you want” I let go of that, was in hurry so reminded myself to go with it, and I am aware English literacy is not exactly a criterion at many of these restaurants, cheaper workforce is. But for the employee’s future- why not training them with better compensation?2. Order- tomato soup with sea food and Egg, croissant with ‘lotus Biscoff’ — now don’t get fooled as I was- explaining below…. And also orders some coffee and drinks3. Served- quite fast, appreciated thata. Coffee drinks were was ok, drinks are tin drinks, was expecting fresh apple extract, but that was not discussed so no feedback there, except try to scrap those processed drinks for better outcome.b. Soup was looking good when served- when tasted it was nothing but watery and processed tomato paste mixed hot drink, no taste and no salt. The clams are not washed and cleaned and quite full of sands. I ate the egg and the 3 shrimps inside the soup.c. Coming from point 2 above- croissant was not freshly made, it appeared to be warmed and quite thick like breads—completely disregarding the idea of croissants… the ham I was expecting was a shock- it’s about 1 broken biscuit named “lotus biscoff’ in a sugary crème.Payment- when I found nobody around to settle bill at the table- got off and went to the cashier and handed over the bill—- no word so far— I paid the due and while I turned around to catch the door, lady there asked if I need a receipt…. Not exactly sure the meaning of that question, do I not need to see what I was charged or will I be able to save some paper if I say no? Like the invoice will not be printed at all if I decline!! Anyway I said thank you and got out.To the owner-While you serve all processed food, try to minimise the harm in our health, revamp your menu and start offering whole foods and natural ingredients. Please find the employees who can bring customers back, kindly train these people you have as it is still human business, both who are serving and who are visiting. Thanks.…Read More

:(:(:(Today was a perfect winter day for a city-walk. arrived at Lee tung avenue- Passion, ordered my coffee and pastry, got them fast! had the pastry and it was not bad; if only it were slightly warm! Anyway, then I had my thoughtful sip of the coffee that I was waiting for the whole afternoon.Every time we order coffee these days, it is crucial that we beg for an extra hot one unless you want to be heartbroken, and it is not an imprecise expression- coffee does break your heart, doesn’t it? especially when the shop or the server might be too stone cold to facilitate that heartbreak without any twitch on their face!I regretted finishing the pastry first after my first sip and found the cuppa just very mildly warm, took another sip to finish it quickly. Thought of letting it go, told myself that it’s just a coffee, but then got up and informed the server that the coffee was really cold for a winter afternoon, I need another very hot cup; now this is the point where I decided to write this review… to my amazement she showed me the road to the courthouse and said I should have taken one sip, left the rest of the coffee untouched and presented to them; and that could have made me eligible for the 2nd cup for free and gave me the alibi for my case! I did not know what to say to that! Everyday I learn and I grow. From a ‘commercial’ point of view, she was absolutely to the point.I ordered the 2nd cup and had a few more sip, I remember that again I did not ask them for coconut or almond milk in the midst of the awe I was in, blended in surprise and ….Anyhow, the 2nd cup was very much full of milk and weird, did not find the strength of the roast at all; I left the shop. This is for ‘to whom it concerns’—- for 42 dollar, do offer a bigger cup guys! And for a cup of cappuccino please use dark roasted coffee to prep the espresso; please offer cinnamon or chocolate if not nutmeg too for the topping; please offer non dairy options for the coffee and please offer some smile into the price as well… it is a worthwhile expense for some of your customers, I believe they are from the minority that are still alive; and are passionate about their day and their coffee.Season’s greetings guys!…Read More
