「 茶記」的服務, 令人失望的The One分店

食開上環的Basement,一直是心頭好。這天近近地在尖咀The One分店吃Brunch,如跟上環店比較的話,我會說: 大失所望, 服務有茶記feel, 很無禮貌。食物方面沒有提供上環店的麵包籃,:(也沒有上環店的蘑菇湯, 換來的是椰菜花湯…比較失色。在上環吃過讚不絶口的澳洲西冷雪花牛扒,同一菜式在尖咀店…令我想起大快活…老實說, 價錢不貴,故食物質素可能只是上環那邊太抵食,這邊跌watt我是可以理解的。只是,真正令我寫這篇食評的,是這店的服務。當日除了啡髮馬尾紅色眼鏡的女侍應外 (佢能做返中價餐廳的服務, 讚),其他一男一女侍應令我感覺置身「茶餐廳」。叫埋單後, 口罩女侍應拎住我地張信用卡去另一枱,當然被彈回頭。我地好心告知佢張單係我地0既,佢好大聲咁話:「吓!!??咁即係你地埋錯咗單囉!!!!!!」見我曾真心支持的餐廳,分店淪落至此,那一刻真的speechless了。…Read More

城中「無味精」的餐館寥寥可數,這天終於慕名到訪了。六點多我們在最後2張吉枱的其中一張坐下,點了豉油雞和蝦米銀魚蒸勝瓜,套餐包括了灼菜, 湯粉/飯, 和靚湯(蕃茄薯仔豬骨)湯忘了拍,是一碗充滿愛心的好湯,下了魚, 味鮮!有家的感覺。豉油雞說是新鮮雞,水準不過不失, 沒想像中的嫩滑。勝瓜跟蝦米銀魚的份量似乎掉轉了,現在纖維量不夠又浪費了吃不完的蝦米銀魚,另外如果勝瓜在下也就能吸收蝦米銀魚的味道。除了湯, 最讚的是清甜灼菜及湯河,河粉彈牙, 湯頭清甜有少許中藥味(不是難聞的, 只覺滋補及很有heart)埋單每人七十幾,太子無味精飽一飽幾好味, 呢個價去邊度揾!???p.s.1 同場加映食客怒罵阿姐睥住佢裝走個飯, 其實誰是誰非都好, 都唔洗大大聲用粗口鬧人0既, 點睇都係失禮自己啫~p.s.2 相比對街同樣以無味精作招徠的「銀杏館」, 「蘭苑饎館」價錢是其三份之一, 用料卻更見用心, 我會常來幫襯蘭苑饎館。…Read More
