即興食醉雞煲，今次一行四人！暖DD，食平D精神！好彩醒目嘅我地，九點幾就打定電話去留醉雞，如果唔係真係無得睇無得食！晚上十一點三到達，天氣得番五度，食飽番去覺覺豬就一流前菜：酸齋因為太肚餓嘅關係唔記得影相，不過依個係MUST HAVE ITEM店鋪入面的伙技個個都好nice，就連第一次來的男朋友都覺得D人好好人！果然係好有街坊味的地方主菜：醉雞煲一D都唔失色，個湯底用少許藥材製成，加入花雕，再加雞，每次加湯都係加少少水，再加花雕，個湯底食幾耐都係咁有酒味，一點也不濃！本人最愛叫「荳苗」來配湯食，餐廳的老闆話只可以放落去燙6秒，多過6秒就over左了，老左就唔好食了！果然配合黃金6秒，真係好juicy，好好食！多謝老闆的教導！果然係「掂」甜品：高力荳沙依個甜品好巧功夫，唔係到到都食到咁高水準的！但一叫就要叫一碟，一碟六個，我覺得多左D，但收費絕對平，男朋友原本好飽，但係佢一咬落個「高力荳沙」到就不停讚高水準，又係咁話好食，佢仲食左兩個添另外兩個fd當然都話未食過咁好食！同終於知道點解每次得兩、三個人食，我都嘈住話要嗌黎食啦，但之前因為太飽，食唔落放棄左！今次我醒目啦，就係食醉雞煲前叫黎食左先…Read More
