一間沒法沒辦法俾正評的餐廳！朋友由澳洲返港歡天喜地安排到熊穴相聚用膳。出發前訂好枱亦按餐廳要求同意準時到達一人一套餐。一行人到達餐廳向餐廳表明多兩位成人及一位歲半小孩加入；餐廳亦冇提出異議並安排入座。因應小朋友用餐需要，入座後向餐廳提出落單預備食物上菜要求，但當中一位朋友因泊車未能同步到達，餐廳拒絕為已入座的六大一小先行安排食物。及後更強迫要求歲半小朋友按成人人頭計算套餐！！！更新後兩次趕客：「若不按餐廳要求落單，歡迎到別的餐廳用膳」作為餐飲服務業，除了提供優質食物之外，應該以客為先；從客人需要出發 … 熊穴完全沒有用心經營，安排欠缺彈性，更針對一位歲半小朋友提出無理要求及後趕客；此等服務態度，實在令人極度失望！是香港餐飲服務業之恥辱！！！…Read More

Nice view, good food but POOR service attitude! Staff rendering bad service attitude in particular one of the staff serving reception area seems also acting as security guard has wrongly identified me and my kid as trespassers from the shopping mall has stopped us entering into balcony sea view area by just dropping few words impolitely ‘this is our bar area’ without greetings, smiling and any explanation of reasons behind. After she aware that I was one of the restaurant customers she said further ‘I couldn’t recognise every customer’ without apology! Those senior persons handled my complaint without heart. The worst customer service I have never experience.With high expectations to celebrate mother’s day with great disappointment by walking out from this classy restaurant.
