今天心思思想食炸蝦餅同三色冰,剛又身處旺角,梗係走上來泰屋.剛好是中午時段,便叫了兩份午餐,再加個春卷拼炸蝦餅.先來兩碗泰式例湯(冬陰功),酸味可以,再辣些就更好了.春卷內全時蔬菜,吃時非常清爽,炸蝦餅是我和友人的之愛,啖啖蝦肉味,再點些泰式甜辣醬食,另有一番滋味.馬拉盞豬頸肉炒米粉,豬頸肉都不少,而裏面亦有不少青椒及椰菜,友人喜愛豬頸肉,而本人喜愛椰菜,各有喜好唔駛爭,份量不少、幾惹味,再辣些就更好了.蝦醬炒飯配蛋絲,很香的蝦醬味,飯炒得夠乾身,飯內加入不少豆角及臘腸粒,豆角的爽脆,又有臘腸粒油香煙韌,飯粒又夠乾身,令口感更有層次,滋味無窮.友人的青檸梳打,正常水準,酸甜適中.至愛的三色冰,那些外層煙韌,咬落清爽的馬蹄,再配椰奶一起飲,食泰國食品點可以無佢.水吧正播着太極的“紅色的跑車”,憶起第一次到泰國旅遊,在一間有現場Band的餐廳食飯,他們正唱着Sting的“Englishmen in New York ”,兩首都是非常喜愛的歌曲,不知為何有在同一時空的感覺,憶起了那時的記憶.…Read More

難得小成員返半日學,已有一段時間沒有和小成員過海了,一於同佢過海覓食.早前朋友介紹過這裏的食物非常美味,到了港島便由Google map 帶領到此.外面實在太熱,一坐下梗係先點一些凍飲,小成員最愛朱古力飲品,雪糕朱古力味非常濃郁,而脆筒再浸少少摩卡令小成員又有得飲又有得食,而Cold Brew 是我在夏日必然之選,如果是好啡之仕,此啡不會令你失望.再到食物上桌.雞翼炸得外脆內嫩,外表灑上些海鹽黑椒,再配沙律菜一起食,又惹味又清爽,但食時小心那些肉汁熨親個嘴.意粉同温泉蛋撩混,蛋汁與白汁混合後香氣四溢,意粉煮得剛剛好有咬口,如果煙肉可以多些就更好了.漢堡窩夫那條煙肉非常香脆,和牛漢堡肉汁滿滿,而内容亦非常豐富,有酸瓜、蕃茄、生菜、芝士,那個窩夫外表鬆脆和以上食材一起放入口,再飲啖周打蜆湯,滋味無窮.最後甚少得甜品,這個提拉米的忌廉芝士打非常幼滑,而手指餅亦浸滿咖啡酒,但又不會過淋,配上新鮮的藍莓及士多啤梨,甜酸滑香,如果不是太飽,可以再叫一份.吃完和小成員,行去搭叮叮,再轉乘渡輪回九龍家去.…Read More

同小成員到旺角睇完牙仔,梗係要揾好嘢食,老婆是好辣之人,二話不說便選擇泰國菜,身在旺角又記起有朋友介紹過“泰屋”,啱晒.入座時顧客不多(18:00),老婆及小成員最愛椰青,她們喝了即時透心涼,老婆必選~青木瓜沙律,她說夠辣、夠酸.食泰國菜點少得香口嘢,蒜蓉包、春卷、串燒、蝦及魚餅必選.有蒜蓉包,點可以無咖喱,那個青咖喱鴨配蒜蓉包~~無嘢講,要再叫多一份蒜蓉包.小成員不好辣,最緊要有肉肉最啱佢,串燒、牛肉粉、蝦及魚餅,無走雞,但她對此魚餅不感興趣,因泰式魚餅內加入了泰式香料,她還不識欣賞,但我每次嘗到此味道的魚餅,便讓我憶起好友的母親(她是泰國華橋),她煮得一手好泰國菜,在她家作食客時,如有此菜,我便會由心而喜~,但現在只能留在心裏.晚飯怎能少了米氣,先嘗幾口香葉肉碎炒飯,不油不膩,飯粒分明~掂,再加少許青咖喱汁一起吃~再掂,再來牛肉粉,河粉彈牙,不會過淋,自我炮製乾撈青咖喱河~掂.食完離開時,全店滿座,能在這幢食廈及在此區有此情境,不無道理.…Read More

今天老婆想食翅,便同外母三人到來.時日有人擺喜酒,所以沒有太多菜式選擇,但這是美心的一向作風.在緊有的菜式中選了,玻璃明蝦球,瑟琶豆腐,炸鮮奶拼軟殼蟹,還有一鍋上湯翅及一瓶西瓜汁.玻璃明蝦球先上,蝦球表面算是明亮,但一咬落口,覺得是用水汋熟的.瑟琶豆腐味道唔錯,但欠彈牙的口感.魚翅同上湯分開上,侍應將翅鋪在芽菜上盛在碗中再淋上上湯,份量都有四碗滿,本人對鮑參翅肚興趣不大,只吃了一少碗,翅身算係粗過支牙籤,但D翅完全吸收唔倒D上湯味,D湯夠味但D翅無麥味,唔知出菜前有無用上湯渨下D翅先呢?最後炸鮮奶拼軟殼蟹,呢碟是四碟中最好味的,炸鮮奶外脆內裏有淡淡奶香,而軟殼蟹亦外脆內裏不會太乾.一向都有幫襯美心集團的食肆,但呢一次算係最差的一次.P.S.因有信用咭優惠,所以價錢比較偏低.…Read More
