3. pizza:沙樂美腸,蕃茄with黑橄欖pizza這是朋友仔點的, 我本身不好沙樂美腸pizza的份量比預計多, 亦非薄如餅乾, 最後吃不完, 但是都好好味有頗多的芝士, 適量的橄欖切片, 好香口pizza的圍邊焗的香脆, 但攤涼後會變"un"4. soup: 辣海鮮蕃茄湯海鮮有不少:蝦,小青口,蜆,墨魚湯少得可憐, 如不是有海鮮在內, 其實可以兩口喝完初初喝覺得味道不錯, 海鮮和蕃茄味都夠怎知道再喝下去愈來愈咸, 可能還是太重味了點, 辣味就完全沒有5. panna cotta (意式奶凍)因為點的菜都濃味和油膩, 奶凍比其他甜品較清新一點伴有藍莓和莓醬以新鮮薄荷葉作飾, 擺佈挺有心機奶凍軟滑芳香, 吃後不太感驚喜, 可以接受最後二人埋單承惠$47x, 略貴但都算吃得盡興
原本對這店不抱很大期望, 因為食評雖好, 但量還不多~之前拉麵熱潮下試過幾家都不錯的, 怕這家只是一般水準會失望會來主要是因為朋友仔是麻婆豆腐+拉麵的超級fans, 有一次我發他一個品尚的食評, 正正提及麻婆豆腐拉麵他便嚷著要來和麻婆相會店不大, 檯不多~但位子夠寬, 胖如我的朋友仔也坐得舒適 XD (和豚王或者隱家那般逼夾是兩個世界)三號風球下, 晚上九時多了~並非爆滿但都keep住有客入店員 (老闆娘?? ) 感覺友善~煮麵的是一個後生仔, 整體的店面就給人乾淨討好的感覺我一心來試橫濱醬油拉麵, 招牌嘛~所以捨棄了例牌豬骨湯其實我對醬油味沒有好感, 這兒用上彎曲的拉麵更非我所喜好的, 我喜歡直身沒有"簡水"味的拉麵不過, 卻好好味~:)湯有醬油鮮味, 不會覺得只有咸味~彎曲的拉麵~偏硬身, 彈口的, 正~粗度合適~沒有"簡水"味可能是我吃過最喜歡的曲拉麵叉燒有兩片~好味, 不突出我覺得一風堂叉燒香啲~流心旦也是絕對合格的反而這裡的蔥花好香~好像蔥香味特別強烈朋友仔的麻婆豆腐牛肉拉麵有好輕的辣 (他說完全不辣)他的評價也是good的~如果是配上一碗白飯 (這裡真的有)他說麻婆豆腐比出面很多中菜館都做得好但因為拉麵有湯, 吃到後來麻婆味會被沖淡了~算是美中不足~小吃本來要試pizza春卷~但是見到自家制餃子名堂十分吸引吃拉麵配餃子是我們一向的習慣, 而且是龍虎榜上的第一喔果然出色~新鮮煎起有點燙咀, 皮超薄, 餡漲卜卜的~好香~5只才26蚊咋~相比起來. 一風堂那舊餡發育不健全的餃子完全不合格了~埋單才共$88, 在別家是一碗拉麵的價錢啦~佐敦不是常去的地方, 之前只為了amour cafe, 現在又多一個誘因嚕我想下次試下魚介湯拉麵…Read More
