仙跡岩係我讀書嗰陣同一班同學仔嘅回憶。印象中仙跡岩係第一間係香港賣珍珠奶茶既店舖,我哋放學後都會去飲嘢。最深刻係一杯叫「隨便」嘅飲品。每個人叫「隨便」都唔一樣。同一個人每次叫都係唔一樣。好特別!當然有人唔鍾意啦,因為有時唔知嗰杯係咩黎。今日放半day,過吓慢活生活,唔洗趕,放慢十倍速度,好舒服。經過佐敦見到仙跡岩,好耐無去過,上去坐吓hea吓。上到樓,可惜窗邊位置滿座,只好事但坐一張。下午茶時間食件cake,嘆杯珍珠奶茶都唔錯。其實食完lunch食唔落其他嘢,不過大家都話甜品係另一個胃,所以就咁決定。本來想食雲石蛋糕,缺貨轉食Tiramisu。味道麻麻,完全唔甜。後來先知係少鹽少糖食店。珍珠奶茶甜道就啱啱好,不過我都係少糖飲食嘅人。得閒黎食吓下午茶其實都幾舒服。希望下次有窗邊位啦! …Read More

米線係近呢十年最受歡迎嘅食店之一。我食過好多唔同舖頭既米線,最鍾意都係去呢間。唔係因為佢既食物特別出色,只係我覺得坐得最舒服。因為地點嘅關係,呢間雲桂香比起係大街既米線舖人流較少,似乎咩時候去都唔洗等位。我一個人想靜靜地hea吓,食吓嘢就會去呢間。呢度嘅阿姐招呼唔算熱情,不過唔會太差,都好有禮貌,而且上菜好快。有時都擔心佢地客太少好難維持到,希望佢地會KEEP住有客啦。今晚氣溫突然下降,食辣嘢就最啱。我平時一般食腩肉再加一款蔬菜嘅酸辣米線。今日就叫咗雞絲生菜。唔知係咪心理作用,我總係覺得呢間啲餸係多啲 (仲有配菜都多)。我食過其他米線舖,要辣又要加一蚊,啲餸又勁少。(不過可能係我先入為主) 或者大家可以睇相自己判斷吓。好多人都覺得食米線好油,呢個感覺一啲都無錯。因為米線本身既酸辣度係由調好既調味料份量決定,越辣的話辣油份量可能會好多,加再上好似我咁鍾意食腩肉就勁肥喇。咁既係減緊肥唔可以約朋友去米線舖?!咁又唔一定,大家可以叫清湯米線,配雞絲加一款蔬菜就最少卡路理,如果唔鍾意雞絲,丸類/魚腐都可以考慮。…Read More

朋友遠從外國回來,我請佢食飯,佢禮尚往來請我食Lady M千層蛋糕。其實沙田分店開幕已有一段時間,亦聽聞不少朋友都讚口不絕,有時經過都會睇見長長人龍。雖然想一試,但超級無耐性既我係唔會等位。今晚將近8點半,真係唔洗等位ORDER完蛋糕就即刻可以入座。埋白講我無咩期望,因為好多時排長龍店慕名多過欣賞食物品質。朋友話佢最近試過玫瑰千層蛋糕,所以今日試原味,我當然照跟,而且第一次食梗係食原味啦。店員好快端上兩碟千層蛋糕,單看外表同其他店舖既千層蛋糕分別不大,不過如果仔細一睇就會發現它的"千層"真係好"千層"。如果你想數吓幾多層,應該數好多次都數唔準,唔似其他千層蛋糕咁十隻手指數得到。當我食第一啖既時候。咦?! 真係幾好食喎。啲CREAM好滑而且啲蛋糕皮唔會好厚,感覺唔膩。呢點好重要,因為我啱啱同朋友食咗餐好飽,如果太多CREAM或太膩,真係會食唔落。不過,如果佢地整得唔好食,賣咁貴就唔值喇。呢個質素係值呢個價錢,不過真係有啲貴。關於千層蛋糕既卡路里就。。。有時都要食吓啲好食既嘢而暫時唔會計較卡路里。…Read More

原本我地係去深水埗另一間餐廳,點知星期四都限1.5小時用餐時間,所以組員建議黎「太子嗰度」。以為好難搵,其實係太子站D出口行唔洗兩分鐘就到,個門口都幾易認。去到既時候朋友們已經到咗,但只有我地一枱(當時已經七點鐘),心裡有啲擔心中伏。餐廳環境其實唔錯,坐得好舒服。後來才發現原來呢個餐廳係新開,可能未有太多人發現。我地走既時候都開始有幾枱客。等齊人之後,我地就叫嘢食。本來我地諗住叫PIZZA,點知老闆話:「今日BURGER同PIZZA都無供應,不如睇吓其他啦。」咁我地改為叫三文魚籽鱈魚南瓜醬意大利飯,點知。。。另一個人(我地估係老闆個仔,負責廚房)行出黎話:「對唔住,無三文魚籽。」我地又開始擔心。咁我地再叫貼係牆上既另一款菜式(已經唔記得係咩)。佢又話:「呢款都無,係午餐餐牌。」於是我地決定放棄自己揀,叫佢反建議。其實叫樣樣都無係幾失望,不過老闆同老闆仔態度非常殷勤親切,所以都OK。最後我地揀咗二人餐再加另外兩款野食。雖然成功叫咗嘢食,不過難免仍有啲擔心食物質素。首先上是日餐湯。一上枱即刻覺得成件事唔係想像之中咁差。淨係睇佢地碟湯都咁用心襯碟,就知佢地唔係hea做。係南瓜忌廉湯,濃淡度適中,味道鮮味,溫度微熱,剛好入口。(大家都知凍咗既忌廉湯唔多吸引架啦!)跟住上廚師精選頭盤沙律,最初唔知一粒粒係咩,食落先發現原來係元貝(即帶子類),好易嘴嚼。沙律菜則配意大利醋,好醒胃。食到呢度,大家既擔心全消。再上鹽燒大虎蝦伴帆立貝墨魚汁意大利飯,好味唔太膩。煙三文魚有機菠菜汁扁意粉,味道唔錯。好欣賞佢地每碟都會用心襯碟,即刻令果碟菜式唔同晒。有時食物好味都要靠色、香襯托。燒澳洲穀飼T骨牛扒,六成熟,我自己本人就覺得稍為遜色,但我見朋友都好鍾意食。我反而鍾意呢個慢烤西班牙黑毛豬背肋配原味BBQ醬。肉燒得剛剛好,唔會太乾,食落又唔韌,配埋BBQ醬,真係好好食。唔好以為啲薯條係配菜就係行貨。啲薯條係上枱後隔咗一陣我先食,點知咬落去外面唔會腍晒,裡面仲有煙出,一啲都唔會凍冰冰,即刻覺得啲薯條好好食。通常食到最後剩番都係配菜,但當日啲薯條一條都無剩。最後上是日甜品(係二人餐一部份)──火龍果。返黎睇到其他POST既甜品真係一般既甜品,我就有啲失望。不過算啦,我地四個人食切粒既火龍果比較容易啲share,而且賣相都唔差丫。返到屋企再睇清楚,佢地將燒澳洲穀飼T骨牛扒(價錢比較貴)計入二人餐,並無從中收多我地錢。呢間小店做生意做到咁老實,真係要多啲支持。比起連鎖餐廳,小店係會有比較多突發情況,無呢樣食材,無果樣食材,就係咁啲料先係新鮮,唔會擺好耐。我鍾意每間小店既獨特味道(包埋人情味,當然有時有機會中伏),但總好過千篇一律既商業味。…Read More

同日本魚生、壽司分手後,改為戀上韓國飯卷、泡菜湯、石鍋拌飯。但近年韓國料理價錢不斷上升,簡簡單單一個拌飯動輒都五、六十蚊,所以自從發現抵食既韓國料理之後,總會心思思去食。今日我就食咗石鍋拌飯。好多人都覺得拌飯將啲材料放晒上啲飯度咁簡單唔會好好食,但就係簡單材料要新鮮,飯要煮得靚先至好食。食過咁多間,呢間算高水準。我唔鍾意啲飯太濕太爛,一定要見到一粒粒飯粒,如果唔係好難「拌」到。呢個拌飯就做得到。除咗靚飯,仲有其他材料包括牛肉(也有豬肉、雞肉可以揀)、芽菜、生菜絲、紅蘿蔔絲、菠菜、冬菇、紫菜;上面仲加埋一隻生雞蛋添。牛肉上枱既時候係切絲同埋係生既,不過唔洗擔心,因為石鍋夠熱。拌勻之後石鍋既熱度會令牛肉絲完全熟透而又唔會過韌。由於相機先食既緣故,白飯係石鍋裡變成脆脆既飯焦。吱埋苦椒醬落啲飯度,然後將所有材料撈埋,就變成好好食既拌飯喇。我好鍾意食辣,所以我會吱多少少醬。食開拌飯既人都知道一般舖頭都會放成支醬係度,就係等客人一邊食一邊加醬。不過,除咗材料要新鮮之外,食物既溫度都係決定好唔好食既重要因素,所以拌飯我一定食石鍋。呢個午餐仲會送三款前菜,當然唔少得泡菜啦!仲有一碗例湯同一杯飲品。雖然叫例湯,但材料十足,有片片白蘿蔔同洋葱,清清地唔太咸,啱晒我!(大家知道太重口味[太咸]好容易會水腫) 以50蚊唔洗既價錢可以食到石鍋拌飯,真係唔係度度都搵到。…Read More

減緊肥既你有無發現無論你點努力,放工未返到屋企食晚飯之前呢段時間最難捱呢?我通常放工搭車返屋企大概要成個鐘,有時個肚咕嚕咕嚕咁叫,真係好難忍!所以我以前經過車站都會食番一、兩份魚蛋、魚肉燒賣或者腸粉,咪睇呢啲嘢好似份量唔多唔會肥得去邊,其實分分鐘鐘啲卡路里就等如一碗飯。之前睇過一啲報導,混醬豬腸粉可以高達400-600卡。如果每日食一餐,五日就會重一磅;而5粒魚肉燒賣就等如一碗飯(即大約300卡)。(吓?!我一食就食10粒.....咁咪等如兩碗飯?!) 所以宜家我都係放工前飲一杯清水先離開,一來可以補充係冷氣房流失既水份,二來又可以頂肚餓。不過如果真係想食啲嘢,三角飯團可以係一個好選擇,因為一個都只係164卡路里。大圍鐵路站內早前開咗一間華御結,售賣好多款三角飯糰。我今日就試咗和風燒牛肉口味。其實我最初都唔抱任任期望,因為我以前試過便利店果啲,一係啲飯雪到硬繃繃,一係啲餡就變壞咗。但係估唔到呢個和風燒牛肉飯糰啲飯一啲都唔硬,入面仲有塊有日式醬汁既牛肉(都唔細塊架);而且紫菜食先拆開,所以唔會腍晒。(講到拆開個包裝,雖然包裝紙有教點拆開,但我次次都整爛塊紫菜,今次終於成功喇!)最重要係食耐感覺啲食材新鮮,唔會係擺咗好耐無人買果啲。好多人都會以為食飯會肥,但如果食啲唔頂得肚餓又勁肥既嘢,我就寧願食啲飽肚啲既食物。如果你下次兩餐之間想食少少嘢頂肚飯,不妨試一試三角飯糰啦,又好味,又低卡。…Read More

上星期係團購見到呢個石板燒 2 人晚餐,見個餐配搭幾新鮮,主菜又係威靈頓牛柳,所以即刻CALL齊為食女團既團員一齊去試吓。去到間舖都幾大幾寛敞,可能係星期一晚既緣故,又落住微微雨,而且個商場又唔係大街(其實黃大仙地鐵站一出行唔洗5分鐘已經到,好方便),席上客唔多。咁就啱晒我地為食女團既團員可以盡情傾計,唔怕俾人催交枱。雖然客人少,但經理同waiter/waitress既服務都算唔錯,起碼唔會叫都唔應。個經理仲好殷勤,成日問我地啲嘢啱唔啱食,希望佢呢種服務態度會為佢地帶黎多啲熟客仔啦。我諗大家都有遇過啲舖,嘢都未食就已經一肚氣。講番個團購,其實睇介紹都已經估計份量唔會少。去到食既時候,真係食唔晒。睇吓個餐牌,個餐原價要差唔多四百蚊,所以今次係好抵食。前菜係沙律,每人一份,有三款可以揀:蟹籽沙律、胡麻玉米沙律、廣島蠔沙律。團員包括我全部揀廣島蠔沙律。沙律係青瓜絲同紅蘿蔔絲,軟硬適中,味道唔錯。不過最好味都係隻炸蠔,外脆內軟。湯亦都有三款揀,我地團員就揀咗南瓜忌廉湯同蘑菇忌廉湯。我係飲南瓜湯,味道唔錯,唔似罐頭,湯料也算豐富。最特別既係呢幾款湯係用杯飲,經理話無須湯匙,咁我地唯有乾咗佢!個餐仲有幾款小食可以揀,因為預計會好飽,所以揀咗香草薯蓉焗田螺同埋白酒忌廉煮藍青口,點知‧‧‧好咸! 其實賣相同味道唔差,不過真係太咸。連我地最重口味既團員1號都話咸,結果薯蓉田螺我地勉強食晒,青口就剩晒係度......我地都有同經理反映,希望佢地以為會有改善啦!終於到主菜,一睇就知份量不少。大大件的威靈頓牛柳,切看一睇約五、六成熟,食落都算腍。我最鍾意果層酥皮,包住牛柳一齊食,好好味。石板燒同時配上蛋包飯,蛋包飯一向係我至愛,所以急不及待要試一試。其實賣相唔差,裡面係茄汁炒飯,味道雖無驚喜,也不過不失。但朋友就話唔好食。口味真係個個人都唔同。除威靈頓牛柳同蛋包飯之外,仲有一件加州卷,一小碟生果及一件馬卡龍,味道都好好,尤其果件馬卡龍,甜度適中(我自己都整過馬卡龍,落得太多糖,就太甜唔想食;落得太少,就焗唔到群邊,所以呢件馬卡龍真係唔錯)。食到呢個時候,其實全部團員都已經十成飽,不過正如團員2號所講,甜品係另一個胃的,所以我地又期待宇治金時雪糕。侍應話有幾款口味:士多啤梨、牛奶、芒果同綠茶。其他團員全部揀士多啤梨,我就揀咗綠茶。睇落都唔差,不過我嫌綠茶糖漿太苦,可能綠茶粉太多。總結,呢餐係好抵食,雖然有啲食物味道需要改善,但總算可以搵個藉口俾為食女團全團集隊,又可以食得豐富,又可以傾餐飽,係開心既一晚!…Read More

夏天已經迫近,相信不少「絲打」已經開始keep fit,以便換上夏季新裝靚靚示人。唔知大家有無試過忍唔到口呢?甜品控既我有時真係好難忍口。上星期五同朋友食完lunch返屋企途中,正當我左諗右諗究竟食唔食多個甜品好既時候,諗起最近IKEA美食站有款「期間限定」既「乳酪雪糕伴焦糖爆谷」,二話不說就去咗IKEA。買到手先知份量比我預期中少,但對我呢個完全無節制既人反而令我可以唔好食太多。份量唔多,但乳酪雪糕加埋焦糖糖漿,味道酸酸甜甜,好清新。雖然我好甜,但甜度要適中先會好食。呢個乳酪雪糕既甜度就啱啱好,再加埋剛爆好的爆谷係上面個層,脆卜卜之中有軟滑、有酸甜既味道,好有層次感。以$8的價錢黎講,算係驚喜。食完之後都覺得好滿足。有時食嘢又唔一定要食得好貴或份量好多先滿足既。係供應期結束前都想encore!…Read More
