[💛黃店系列💛] 一冰廳/土瓜灣從來都係數一數二藍😓嘅地區,今次去呢區都幾人氣嘅黃店茶餐廳,招牌菜係芝士咖哩日式蛋包飯🍳,第一次嚟就試試佢。-中午12:30,最繁忙嘅食飯時間,店舖入面早已滿座,十分擠迫,亦冇咩阻隔措施,喺疫情期間的確唔太衛生👾,好唔容易先搵到一個角落頭坐下。而店員都忙到踢哂腳🙇🏻‍♂️,唔太得閒招呼我,要自己畫紙點餐。/芝士咖喱日式蛋包飯 配烤雞 🍛 ($53)-賣相都幾唔錯,明顯有舖排過,一邊係芝士汁,另一邊係咖哩汁,中間就係蛋包飯🍚,兩邊顏色有個對比🌓,幾啱打卡用。初時以為芝士咖哩係一款汁嚟,原來係分開兩種汁,好似鴛鴦飯咁。炒蛋紋理分明,富有層次,蛋汁豐富,屬半熟狀態🤩,顏色鮮艷,極為吸睛。-咖哩汁帶有濃郁嘅咖哩香料味🥘,入口偏辣,非常惹味;帶微酸,格外開胃。佢同預期嘅日式咖哩有出入,冇帶甜味,亦冇薯仔同蘿蔔等配料,偏向似印度咖喱👳🏾‍♂️,食得辣嘅我,食到一半都要飲水。-芝士汁🧀比較似一般出面食到嘅白汁多啲,芝士味唔濃,味道較淡,用嚟中和香辣嘅咖哩汁就啱啱好。-炒蛋出奇地表現出色,最初以為繁忙嘅茶記冇閒情逸致炒個靚蛋,估唔到呢度可以食到。炒蛋質感嫰滑而軟綿,帶濃郁嘅蛋奶香味🥚,半熟狀態帶來豐富蛋汁,反映廚師火喉控制到位🔥,冇過熟情況。份量都好充足,用嚟送飯簡直完美。-烤雞🐥實則為煎炸雞扒,外皮略為乾硬,硬度接近中式燒肉皮,比較刮口。肉質亦較乾同嚡,口感煙韌,易攝牙縫,唔夠嫰滑,似炸得過龍。-呢間店強調白飯使用金象米🐘,質素的確比一般茶記嘅飯靚,都幾有誠意。/環境就麻麻地,大熱天時☀️,擠逼嘅座位帶點汗味💦,影響咗食慾,下次拎走食就最好。-50蚊左右可以嘆到高質蛋包飯,而且係真·半熟炒蛋,份量充足,飯底靚,CP值都幾高。…Read More

冇咩驚喜嘅石門Cafe

[💛黃色小店💛] Supine/夜晚嚟到充滿黃店嘅石門,去試下呢間有唔少好評嘅Cafe食西菜🍽。晚上7:45嚟到,入面Full哂,門外排咗6個人,有啲等緊位,有啲等緊外賣。店舖出面貼滿文宣🥽,亦有啲抗爭小卡牌🃏比客人拎。-好彩Book咗位,否則7:30後嚟都應該冇位。店舖空間細小,只容納十幾人,坐得擠迫👨‍👩‍👦‍👦,移動都唔太方便,而今次坐嘅枱只僅僅夠擺放食物。/烤牛肉漢堡套餐 🍔 ($90)等咗20分鐘左右,終於嚟到,外型非常架勢,色彩鮮明🌈好吸引,最適合打卡📸。漢堡堆砌得好高,用料豐富,麵包🥯、肥牛🥩、蕃茄🍅、生菜🥬嘅厚度平均,可以清楚呈現出每款材料。不過原本以為烤牛肉係指牛扒,點知係和風洋蔥肥牛,有啲估唔到,亦都冇辦法霸氣地一啖咬落去,只好用「解剖式」食法🍴。-麵包🥯質地較軟、偏濕💧,食落口有種薄嘅感覺,有啲空虛。溫度唔暖,丁點脆嘅質感都冇,繁忙時間下應該冇咩烘過。而味道就同普通麵包差唔多,冇特別調味或牛油味。-肥牛🥩就似出面和風牛肉飯嘅味道,但味道再淡啲,配合芝士🧀會有返啲味,但兩樣野夾埋就有啲Heavy感覺。肥牛唔算特別靚,脂肪比例較多,帶點筋,亦唔可以叫「烤」,因為呢種牛點睇都係煮出嚟,整體上覺得唔夾個Burger。-蕃茄🍅同生菜🥬都係正常水準,不過始終唔夾個肥牛,個人認為配搭牛扒/吉烈炸物會比較好,亦見到隔離食嘅吉烈蝦堡好似幾吸引。-薯條🍟呈長方條形,切得較薄,外皮有脆感,只簡單用鹽調味,味道正常,唯獨唔夠熱,唔似炸完即上。薯條配搭香草忌廉醬,醬汁味道正正就係「綠色曾俊華薯片」果種,味道都算濃郁好味,可以為淡淡嘅薯條加返啲味,亦帶有少少羅勒味。/美國牛柳配意粉套餐 🐂 ($90)前菜有白湯🥣同餐包🥖,白湯偏甜,冇帶忌廉味,得少少磨菇碎做配料,部分麵粉未溶化,質感為半糊狀,有種食緊甜麥皮嘅感覺🤔。餐包係室溫,呈扁狀,牛油只可以搽喺面,內裡鬆散似蛋糕,比平均水準低。-配菜🥬係生菜同白灼過嘅蔬菜,兩者都冇落調味,食落好淡帶苦澀味,輕輕食過就算,如果加返啲鹽或醋會好啲。-主角牛柳大大塊,外貌偏黑🐃,由於冇得揀熟度,初時諗係咪煎得過熟。切開之後有啲驚訝,一塊牛扒入面嘅唔同部分,竟然可以有齊3至9成熟🤨,由深紅色血水去到淺灰色嘅肉質都有😂,估計冇做好解凍,同因應厚薄度控制火喉。雖然$90都唔期望太多,但牛扒嘅筋腱偏多,有啲位用盡全力都未必切得開🔪或咬得開😬,咀嚼到一半要Lur返出嚟,成塊牛扒大概得一半係食到入肚,有啲無奈。-黑椒汁似黑椒混合燒汁,辣味適中,冇搶哂成個味,亦帶有微微酸味,十分開胃👀。由於牛扒本身牛味唔濃,配上呢個汁可以補救返啲味。-由於薯菜賣哂關係,轉咗做意粉🍝,意粉係幼身果隻,無論望落定入口,感覺只用咗茄汁輕輕炒過。味道偏甜冇酸味,蕃茄味都唔出;溫度係室溫🌀,應該擺咗一段時間;偏油,整體水平為普通茶記質素。/以晚市西餐嚟計,價錢都唔算貴,不過食落口嘅質素同想像中有啲出入,或者可能太繁忙嘅關係⏱,忙中有錯。-由於網上對呢間店嘅評價都係有讚冇彈👍🏻,本身以為今次嘅食評都係大讚為主。食完之後,有諗過係咪要求太高,但對食物冇咩要求嘅另一半都覺得麻麻地😕,或者咁啱呢兩樣嘢都唔係佢哋嘅強項啫,可能其他菜式表現好好呢。-總結今次嚟講,如果想用較平嘅價錢,去食高質嘅西餐🤩,又要材料正,又要味道好,呢度可能會同期望有落差。-但如果想支持下黃色小店💛🥽,要賣相靚🍔、份量大;打下卡📸、同朋友聚下,呢到都尚算滿意。…Read More

鴨脷洲街坊小店 嘆好食碗仔魚肉

[🍡街頭小食🍡] 食記餐店/一間位於南區鴨脷洲嘅街邊小食店,開正喺大馬路旁🚕,店舖係開放式,冇冷氣🔥,座位少,空間較窄,有部分座位要擺喺街邊,有種傳統大排檔嘅感覺。有人覺得坐得好唔舒服,環境污糟💨;亦有人覺得咁先係特色,係街邊食野有別一番風味。不過快快食完小食嘅我,當然唔介意呢種環境啦🤷🏻‍♀️!/生菜魚肉 🥬 ($20)碗仔翅魚肉 🐟 ($20)-首先會講下魚肉,呢間店舖嘅魚肉做法係全港獨一無二,一般街舖嘅做法係用鯪魚肉切條,一係帶腥,一係有陳皮味,拎嚟煮粉/做餸就OK,做小食入面嘅主食就唔太吸引☹️。 而呢到嘅魚肉,係用咗鮮魚溝入麵粉,搞拌後再切條而成,然後放入熱湯煮熟。望落晶凝通透,口感軟滑、爽口、彈牙🦷,非常有趣味。而且麵粉比例得宜,食落唔會太漿或太粉。另外,鴨脷洲本身係漁民區🎣,要拎到鮮魚做原料其實唔難,所以呢種魚肉食落帶鮮甜味,冇半點腥味,成個Package係出面複製唔到。而魚肉份量好多,堆滿成隻碗,做下午茶就啱啱好,但對於細食嘅人可以做正餐。要注意魚肉入面撈咗少許蔥粒,唔食蔥嘅朋友就未必鐘意食呢個。-魚肉的確令人耳目一新,但不得不讚嘅係生菜魚肉個湯底🍲。湯底用咗魚湯,雖有加味精,但暖暖哋飲落亦好清甜,唔係淡而無味果種。配合魚肉係出奇地夾,加入少少麻油同胡椒粉,更帶出味道,寧舍開胃,好味到會忍唔住飲埋佢。而生菜選用西生菜🥬鋪底,湯底熱度適中,冇整淋哂啲生菜,做到「玻璃」效果,食落清甜爽脆,亦襯托返魚肉。-至於碗仔翅味道就同出面大同小異,甜咸適中,加入麻油更香但帶膩,建議加返醋好啲。色水深淺度都滿意,落咗唔少瘦肉絲同蛋花🥚,有嘢嚼下,唔會淨飲太悶。但係魚肉同碗仔翅本身都係飽肚食物,兩者混合埋,食到一半會有些少厭同濟嘅感覺,所以我會鐘意生菜魚肉多啲🤔。/煎腸粉 🌀($14)一嚟到就望到落咗好多豉油同甜醬,明顯重手咗,食落偏咸,就算有唔少甜醬,都中和唔返🤢。而且望落都充滿油光,可想而知入口係非常油膩。腸粉始終係外來貨,口感偏粉同實,有部分位置甚至乾硬,應該係有啲煎過咗龍,唔太推薦。/對於南區街坊,呢間開咗好多年嘅小店應該都唔會陌生,佢仲有唔少炸物都好賣得,有炸雞翼🐓、雲吞、燒賣、魚蛋、麥樂雞,甚至連蕃薯🍠都有。-每一次推介朋友嚟,都唔會失望,品嗜到「鴨脷洲原味道⛵️」。不過呢間家族小店,多年嚟累積咗唔少人氣,所以開門日子都好唔穩定,大遠水路嚟拜訪嘅朋友,就要睇運氣喇🌟!…Read More
