We ordered different dishes. most of them are okay but there are two dishes were not up to standard. the 'braised tofu with brown sauce' (紅燒豆腐) is terrible and very disappointing... the tofu is not fried (in fact its the first non fried 紅燒豆腐 we've ever seen in HK!) and we could see the mark ' 百福 ' clearly when it was served ... the inside of the tofu is not hot at all. i guess the chef just poured the so called 'brown sauce' over the ' 百福 ' tofu, which was taken out from the fridge. The other dish that was far from satisfactory was the chinese pickled cucumber( 手拍黃瓜 ). it was the worst pickled cucumber I've ever tried. the cucumber is not fresh at all. the worst part is ... it is neither marinated nor tossed. why do we need to order a plain cucumber and Pak Fook tofu in a restaurant? honestly speaking, the staff was very helpful and their friendly attitude is heart warming. however the chef should work harder on preparing the dishes. …查看更多
