抵食鮮味午餐新選擇……壽司、刺身套餐

工作煩忙、又怕肥,有時午餐都想食好些,而日本菜正是既美味又天然。平日常在甘豐食新鮮刺身及壽司,喜歡這裡以半堂食及外帶型式經營,壽司全部是手握,不似一般外帶店的壽司飯以機壓制較死實,個人較欣賞傳統手藝手握壽司,師傅自行調教醋味、黏度,入口鬆而不散,這些才算是壽司嘛。在現今速食文化下,甘豐仍堅持這手握手藝值得加許。最近見到他們新出的午市套餐,3個人叫了以下三款壽司、刺身及丼丼飯套餐:。(1) 壽司套餐A $52-正常價錢。(三文魚壽司3件、主廚推介壽司3件,加州卷3件),平、靚、正之選。(2) 壽司、刺身套餐B $78-價錢似有點貴,不過包括刺身算合理,而且刺身非常鮮味。(三文魚壽司1件、主廚推介壽司2件,加州卷3件,三文魚2切、間八2切、有頭甜蝦1切刺身),間八刺身也是我至愛,一般出面其它套餐很少包括在內。(3) 三色丼丼飯套餐F$78 -價錢算合理,而且刺身也有6片、連海膽,也非常鮮味。(海膽1切、油甘魚3切、三文魚3切),可改進一點另四色丼包三文魚籽就好了,下次一定會叫店員加錢追加三文魚籽, 北海道海膽加三文魚籽配壽司飯真是無敵組合架。即使是套餐,但刺身和我平日食的一樣新鮮, 海膽、油甘魚、三文魚、間八、甜蝦等不加醬油食也非常鮮味; 而且價錢合理抵食,套餐B(6件壽司、5件刺身)都只是$78,所有套餐還加送味噌湯。整體份量剛剛好! 另外,三個人再share一份肥美三文魚腩刺身,腩位吾使講都知夠甘香、肥而不膩,不會太貴又超級滿足,幾個人、齊齊分、最開心:)。…Read More

賽旁蟹嘅蛋白炒得好香滑 ,口感非常豐富有瑤柱、帶子等, 而蛋白剛好包住食材,上面再鋪上黃金鹹蛋黃穃及蔥花,啱曬老人家及細路食。京菜必吃烤北京填鴨,由侍應生在餐車上先片鴨後上,見到周圍也有其他侍應忙過不停地為其他檯客人片鴨肉, 果然是名菜。烤鴨沒有焦黑、顏色金黃,沒有鴨羶味,鴨肉不太肥,配上京蔥及微暖薄餅,多吃幾片也不肥膩 。包填鴨用嘅薄餅皮做得極出色,極之柔軟充滿麵粉香味,淨食都好好味。小菜乾煸肉碎炒四季豆,四季豆新鮮,味道剛好,配合炒香的肉鬆,好味。小食煎鍋貼,肉餡很多夠曬大隻 ,全部㧻得幼細,每隻份量比平時吃的大,食落帶有肉汁而不乾, 餃子皮搓得柔韌十足,加埋醋一齊食,口感味道不錯。甜酸生炒骨,先用滾油炸過再加甜酸醬炒,肉質還算幼嫩,不會太粗身。喜歡京菜的必來試試。…Read More
