店舖細細,但有家的感覺,店員成日溫馨提示我哋唔好比個蒸鍋燙到手。叫咗個$308一個人嘅蒸海鮮套餐(假期前夕要加多$20),一盤有龍蝦、大頭蝦、鮑魚、帶子、蟶子、青口、扇貝、生蠔(全部各一),花蟹就二人一隻,海鮮盤只限叫一次。龍蝦彈牙鮮味,不過蟶子就麻麻地,其他海鮮都可以,火鍋配料就任食,亦無限時,牛肉種類都多,有M5和牛,還可以啦。其餘就魚、丸類、蝦、蠔、大頭蝦可以任叫。如果呢個價錢嚟講,相當親民,唔算好好食,不過不失啦!勝在抵食!…Read More

來自台灣嘅高質燒牛肉,好食到飛起!

餐廳提供兩款套餐,最後我揀咗平啲嘅每個人$598和牛而立二人餐。1. 日本頂級A5和牛刺身,我本人對於牛肉刺身比較抗拒,但因為油花同紋理實在太靚,衝破心理關口試咗一塊,亦有油香,點埋watabi一點都不油膩,肉質好軟熟。2. 招牌極生牛肉佐帕瑪森芝士,多士上鋪滿生牛肉,配上pamersan cheese, 鮮肉味中帶點鹹香,好夾。3. 日本頂級A5和牛月見金磚,厚厚的肉身,蛋汁混和油脂,超級大滿足!4. 日本頂級A5和牛牛小排,一樣咁好味,但口感當然不夠和牛月見金磚咁正啦!但肉質味道不遑多讓!5. 美國厚切牛舌(另加$100),味道是濃郁的,如果可以再厚切會更滿足!6. 松阪豚都好好食,肉味好甜,唔會有朕雪藏味。7. 日本山藥(准山)、櫛瓜(翠玉瓜),從來對准山冇特別感覺,但呢個堅好食,爽脆清甜,帶有少少滑潺潺,正!8. 美國醬漬封門柳,可能之前幾道牛肉太好食,加上我對封門柳一般,呢個就普通咗啲9. 菲力牛排佐香蒜奶油,西式醬汁,蒜味不會太重又有奶油香,同件扒幾夾。10. 日本刺身帶子,由於係刺身,輕燒就可以食得出鮮味!11. 法式奶油生蠔,奶油甜味配上蠔嘅鮮味,好味!12. 真理丼(另加$140),內有三款矜貴食材,日本海膽、黑松露、黑魚子,同埋和牛粒同蛋黃撈埋一齊食,正到冇人有。不過我又係唔太鍾意食生肉,我就將啲牛肉粒燒咗先拌飯,啲牛脂滲入飯內,又香又正,不過就係漏咗啲。冰芒果沙冰真材真料,用咗大量芒果做一杯,不過個餐唔包㗎!如果唔計升級,$598/位呢個價位絕對可以接受,食物高質,服務優質,我同朋友成晚都食得開心又滿足呢!…Read More

今日同朋友嚟咗呢一間位於鰂魚涌間餐廳食飯,喺地鐵站附近好方便。餐廳好新淨,坐位主要以卡位為主,好闊落,坐得好舒服,而且食物價錢亦都唔係好貴。餐廳選擇都好多有好多唔同嘅套餐可以選擇,而且亦都有好多小食點。而我們二個人就點了兩份套餐同埋一個小食。隨心海南雞飯,海南雞肉質很嫩滑多汁,不會乾柴,油飯亦都香,有三個醬汁,而且配埋杞子雞湯,雞湯味都很濃郁 。另外一份係點左馬來西亞肉骨茶配白飯,肉骨茶大約有四大舊,炆得好淋,肉骨茶亦都好入味,而且仲有有冬菇,同埋其他配料最正係有埋油炸鬼!而我地亦都點咗一份小食,就係手打墨魚餅,有四大粒,外脆內嫩,而且真係好紮實充滿墨魚,食落好有口感 。飲品方面,我哋就點咗兩杯熱飲,一杯係熱紅棗茶,好滋潤。另外一杯就係熱生薑茶,有少少辣,又有少少甜,驅寒一流。性價比高,值得再光顧!…Read More

叁樓火鍋位置喺尖沙咀一幢商業大廈內,真係位處3樓呢!餐廳走中國風裝飾設計,頗有玩味。我係一個貪心嘅人,鍾意食火鍋,但又想食啲餐前小食,店員力推大澳蝦膏單骨雞翼($78),好多用蝦膏醃製嘅食材,普遍都重口味,但呢個雞翼一啲都唔會死鹹,炸得香脆可口,大愛😍湯底有九款($108-$368),我就揀咗麻辣鴨血粒粒蜆鍋併薑蔥清湯,個湯煲有兩個龍頭,口噴白煙,實在太太太霸氣喇!麻辣湯底香得嚟,辣度適中,香料足料熬製。湯內有鴨血、凍豆腐、大大粒嘅蜆,一啲都唔馬虎!主菜叁樓至尊牛拼盤($438),叫得做至尊,當然係集店內所有牛肉種類,包括手切本地牛、手切金錢展、頂級安格斯、霜降牛粒、牛舌、牛白肉。手切牛肉同霜降牛粒肉味濃郁,而且一啲都唔嚡口,好好味!安格斯牛肉就柔軟甘香,各有千秋!至於牛肉以外嘅部份,牛舌及牛白肉都有驚喜!牛舌有肉味得來又帶點𡁻口,而我好喜歡厚切嘅牛白肉,比起薄片,口感更滿足。牛肉配埋炸蒜油,絕配!即炸響鈴($48)即點即炸脆卜卜,唔放落湯仲好食!四色丸餃- 手打蝦丸、手打豬肉丸、韮菜豬肉餃、鮮蝦手餃:蝦滑新鮮,豬肉打得幼滑,手打果然出眾啲。餃類同樣出色,皮薄餡香,特別係水餃,內有大大粒蝦肉粒,爽口彈牙。最後緊係要食返啲蔬菜中和一下,蔬菜拼盤($88),色彩繽紛又包羅萬有。見到客房咁靚,好奇心推使下影咗張相,原來廂房有卡拉ok同麻雀耍樂,喺呢度同朋友gathering都幾好喎!…Read More
