每次去之前都book定檯因唔係咁多位. 坐位ok舒適, 兩人佢都盡量安排四人檯比你, 除非peak hour. bar檯亦好好坐唔迫.前菜係my favourite, 西芹, 粉葛,紅蘿蔔, 青爪, 椰菜(?)切條醮上隨海盬附上個隻啡色醬係好好好好味, 我成日想食多幾杯呢個前菜,要加多廿幾蚊. 但經常見鄰座客人完全唔食, 真係好嘥.每次去有幾樣串燒一定order.雞皮蝦卷-鮮甜海蝦用紙菜同燒到脆卜卜冇哂油既雞皮包住, 好味到不得了燒雞翼-燒得啱啱好, 皮夠脆, 但雞肉仍juicy, 係有時覺得唔夠味, 我就會加海盬露荀豬肉卷-用薄豬肉片包住露荀燒, 露荀好嫩又唔會燒到好乾, 亦未試過食到有渣其他推介 - 安格斯牛; 有時daily special有貴妃蚌, 墨魚咀, 柚子醬豬頸肉, 一定要試!宵夜時段 - 雞軟骨, 雞皮, 海蝦, 好抵食!由天后店開舖到而家, 水準都保持到, 記憶中冇乜失手既串燒, 諗起食串燒都一定係去呢度, 所以去到其他質素唔係咁得既日本串燒就覺得零舍差.…Read More

由細舖已經開始幫襯, 以前最鍾意食芒菓湯丸, 搬咗大舖後, 呢個甜品改咗個唔知乜名'阿旺芒菓湯丸'? 重要一星期得一日有賣,又好早賣哂. 有一次終於食到, 但係已經唔再好食, 所以放棄咗.之後就轉食芒菓二重奏西米露. 芒菓底西米露好足料, 係好杰芒菓茸打成底, 呢樣係一路都保持水準. 加鮮芒菓片, 芒菓每次食都好味新鮮, 只係有一次外賣番屋企點知個芒菓係澀味. 重有比其他甜品店芒菓西米露特別係加咗芒菓乾絲, 食落好有咬口 $26 價錢算ok, 好似由$24加到$26. 但個榴槤豆腐花就加價加得好犀利, 可能因為好賣. 由搬大舖後$26開始到而家$32.點解標題係musical chair? 搬咗大舖後, 去親都堂食, 唔駛好似以前咁買外賣, 但客人又多咗好多. 差唔多次次去都起碼調一次位, 有時兩次, 試過三次, 第三次個次我眞係食到發脾氣, 食個甜品要幾耐? 我每次最多只係坐15分鐘食完就走, 因為間舖雖然大, 但係位貼位, 背脊貼背脊, 冇椅背四方木櫈, 明顯想你食完即走唔好阻住佢做少幾轉strategy, 對我呢個客真係好work. 成日要d客調位, 好明顯係d員工安排入座有問題. 親眼見過老闆娘同個客鬧交, 因為個客唔肯調位, 個客人同兩位老人家一齊, 食緊豆腐花都食到一半, 個客都話好快食完, 但老闆娘堅持要人地調位, 好唔客氣咁話出面有客等緊丫嘛! 嘩, 咁都得! service真係扣哂分. …Read More

星期四晚八點鐘, 民聲條龍仍然晚晚都排到成條街咁長, 唯有又放棄. 行到街尾見到岬門口menu有海膽炒飯, 鐵板和牛就行左入去. (註: 門口寫鐵鍋和牛價錢$168都知佢吹水)入到去得一張檯, 再轉入一間房仔有兩張四人檯, 全店冇客, 都驚驚地.個waiter好好笑容好殷勤, 但好似唔太清楚間舖賣d咩牛肉, 鮑魚有冇入之類.點左兩隻oyster,$30/each, 我冇食, 所以唔知好唔食牛肉鍋$168-個牛肉鍋要用gas爐自己煮, 好似和民, 吉野家. 我order時問waiter係d咩牛肉, 純粹搞笑因為佢menu寫係和牛, 不過佢答得仲好笑, 佢話總之就靚啦 雖然佢最終都冇話我知d牛係邊部份同邊度黎, 但算啦, 百幾蚊, 入口又真係幾滑. 配菜有芋絲, 金菇, 好大塊冬菇, 2片紅羅白, 洋蔥絲. 個汁開始時幾ok, 但個鍋煮耐左,就算熄咗火, 之後變得太咸, 薑味亦太勁.扇貝$60/隻-原本order兩隻鮑魚仔, 後來先話今日冇, 問我地扇貝好唔好. $60/each. 上碟, 唔知個兩個係咪頭先oyster個shell,用番黎上隻雪藏帶子, 跟本唔係咩扇貝, 收$60隻比隻雪藏帶子真係超塭笨, 一隻連穀扇貝要幾錢丫. 個汁用千島醬加d粟米粒. 咸左d. 海膽炒飯 $158- 算係最ok, 海膽唔算多但起碼見到有幾舊. 好味&份量for兩人啱啱好.燒雞翼($?)- 燒得太乾, 冇乜味埋單$600, 唔知前菜碟豆收幾錢. 張單係手寫每個菜同$, 好創意. 其實如果唔係個扇貝咁搵笨, 我呢個食評係可以比笑臉, 但係比人咁揾笨, 我真係比唔到囉, 好彩你地都好好笑容, 但最好唔好不斷sell drinks, 我知drinks margin最高, 但我鍾意飲茶多d.…Read More

瑞士汁牛河今日去咗太平館食下午茶, 因為係weekday, 所以冇乜人, 個伯伯waiter比個卡位我坐, 寬敞又舒服, 冷氣又夠, 食嘢心情勁靚!個下午茶menu有好多樣嘢我都想食, 瑞士汁牛河, 瑞士汁雞翼,蝦多士... 因為都幾肚餓, 所以都係order最美味同飽肚嘅瑞士汁牛河, $50連凍飲, 加埋一都係$55. 抵到爛. 個河粉有好多瑞士汁, 牛肉又腍又入味, 超好味呀! 份量頗多, 當lunch食都夠飽.之後嗰兩日, 我都係去太平館食下午茶, 因為實在太想食瑞士汁雞翼同埋蝦多士.瑞士汁雞翼食瑞士汁雞翼嗰日, 我要拎個samsung電話去upgrade個firmware, 原本想食完先至去金朝陽中心samsung service centre. 點知落order時, 個伯伯waiter話雞翼要等起碼四五個字, 我猶豫叫唔叫d快d嘅嘢食, 咁早d去samsung 唔駛等咁耐, 但我又好想好想食瑞士汁雞翼, 所以都係叫咗. 我就利用等雞翼嘅時間去埋samsung. 我同伯伯waiter講轉頭嚟, 不如我擺低錢, 佢話唔駛啦唔駛啦, 我番嚟時見到雞翼已經嚟咗, 重用個蓋cup住. 可惜我個電話擺低咗响samsung, 影唔到嗰3隻瑞士汁雞翼(全翼)配薯仔(有得揀意粉). d雞翼非常入味同好腍, 但係因為係全翼, 所以好難控制, 除非用手食.蝦多士之後嗰日去攞番個電話前又去太平館, 食埋個蝦多士, 了埋個心願. 細個時好鐘意食蝦多士, 但係e家唔係好多地方有得食. 蝦多士嘅份量唔多, 大約半塊至1/3塊方包嘅size, 上面隻蝦都幾大隻, 橫誇塊麵包趴响上面, 塊飽炸得脆脆地, 如果冇咁燶會好d,. 伴碟仲有沙律, 估唔到好美味!好可惜未攞番電話, 又影唔到個蝦多士.食咁多次太平館(之前食過晚餐), 佢哋d食物都真係冇失手, 穩穩陣陣. 每次食晚餐都想叫佢哋嘅梳乎厘(又係唔係好多地方有得食), 但兩個人食, 份量好似太多, 食過嘅都知佢個梳乎厘係巨型嘅. 希望下次食到啦!…Read More

我哋經常去浣紗街食晚飯嘅, 小甜谷亦去過幾次. 今晚六點九去民聲食飯, 咁早係因為怕冇位有排等. 食完民聲去食小甜谷嘅芒果奶凍. 大約七點九去到冇乜人, 就坐橫街開大門嗰張枱, 但係好鬼熱, 就轉張埋邊嘅枱. 雖然當時冇乜人, 但係黏住雪櫃同近水吧嘅六人枱(兩張四人枱黏埋)都有一個同兩個客坐緊, 咁我哋就轉去走廊口嗰張四人枱, 當時有個職員响張枱上面擺咗好多甜品杯預備倒D甜品(好勁咖啡味)落去完後拎去雪. 個着白恤衫黑褲嘅男士(經理啩)叫我哋坐番去開大門口張枱. 我話因為好熱所以啱啱先响嗰張枱轉過嚟. 而且我哋兩杯甜品唔會阻你好多位, 當時又冇其他枱可以坐. 個倒緊甜品嗰位女職員重同我哋講唔好意思. 但嗰個所謂經理就不斷叫我哋轉枱, 隔離枱pair couple啱啱食完, 即刻起身走讓張枱比我哋. 我哋開頭以為個經理咁堅持我哋轉枱, 係驚我哋會汚染倒佢哋入緊杯嘅甜品. 如果係, 點解個經理唔叫佢個職員响雪櫃隔離張六人枱倒甜品呢? 因為當時張六人枱有一邊黏住個雪櫃, 我哋坐唔倒埋去, 六人枱嘅另一邊坐咗人. 但係既然我哋隔離枱走咗, 加上我哋以為佢哋咁講究衛生, 就算啦, 唔係我就會起身走人.點知當個職員倒完D甜品落杯, 預備將一叠放响櫈上面嘅杯蓋cup落D杯嗰陣, 有半叠杯蓋跌咗落地下, 我見佢執番, 完後照cup落d杯度. 唔知經理睇唔睇到, 但咁啱佢行去個職員度, 個職員又繼績將d跌過落地下嘅杯蓋cup落D甜品度. 真係大開眼界.雖然知道好多食肆都好汚糟, 但污糟得咁揚都係第一次見. 有好多侍應見有人望到都會換過D杯蓋, 當然如果冇人見到的話, 個侍應可能會執番嚟用, 但起碼d客見唔到, 冇咁嘔心.我幫襯過好多次, 但經過今日, 我都應該唔會再去, 因為e家有好多地方有好好食嘅甜品. 又唔駛比人order坐邊張枱, 又唔駛用d可能跌過落地下嘅食具. 或者小甜谷亦唔稀旱嗰$54蚊生意.講番個奶凍, 芒果少咗D, 得面個1/4層有. 個布甸嘅質地軟軟哋, 突顯到滑滑嘅感覺, 可以硬番ddddd咁多就perfect, 但都算係我食咁多次之中嘅好食之一. 有一次食荔枝奶凍, 就實得滯, 好硬咁.再有一次買奶凍番屋企, 十分鐘車程, 加埋上落, 最多十五分鐘, 返到去開嚟食, 溶嘅. 如果個布甸雪好咗, 擺响枱面十個鐘都冇理由溶啦, 最多係暖咗,變咗, 或冇咁好食. 溶嘅原因係佢哋根本D布甸未雪好就賣, 重衰到係將未雪好嘅比D外賣, 因為堂食會即刻叫佢換, 外賣嘅返到屋企都未必會返去叫佢換, 真係返去咪換比你講句唔好意思囉. soho食家 差..我聽好多人話佢差左好多,因太多人幫襯,生意做唔切,所以唔在乎走客本來我都會去小甜谷同唐伯府排下隊,但太多人叫我唔好試
