But I don't understand why you didn't arrange it this way in the first place. Moreover, when I asked to change seats, I could clearly sense that your foreign female staff member was not very happy; I brought a bouquet for my friend's birthday. Your colleague helped me keep it in place when I arrived. Later, when she brought it back, there was a really ugly sticker on the front of the bouquet, white color with number 2 written on it. Your foreign female colleague didn't even remove the sticker until I asked why there was a sticker. She tear it away roughly but couldn't get it off and it left a mark. She completely ignored it and just turned around and left. I don't understand what this attitude is? The manager saw this situation and it took him 20 minutes to remove 90% of the sticker. The whole atmosphere has been ruined. When the staff came to introduce dish bla bla bla, they tried to smile, but you couldn't feel their sincerity at all.
