今次book左位於木球會對面既《寿々乃》,位置幾方便,時代廣場行過少少已經到,室內環境清優,再配上一個室外小庭園,真係好似置身日本一樣。今次嚐試既係佢地既Dinner Set $1880/位(未連加一)首先個先付已經好深印象,擺盤好似一個秋天盤景,鮎魚一夜干配宮崎縣宅蟹仔脆脆的好香口;再配上黃色京都腐皮卷,秋意十足;水雲醋物少少酸酸微微非常開胃。全晚師傅都以”白蝦”貫穿全晚既舖排,白蝦刺身鮮甜、炸白蝦好脆口、炸白蝦丸子大大粒,好足料彈牙,同一款食材但以三種唔同既烹調手法,非常有創意驚喜。全晚既highlight係一條半個人高既八爪魚腳同吸盤,師傅調配了一個wasabi e漬物,配合吸盤爽辣的。全晚我好喜歡既菜式係”三文魚筋子”,不時不食當日係筋子當造既第二日,完全無平時食到只有咸味既醃製,新鮮既筋子真係好甜,打破左平時對三文魚子咸味既印象。壽司方面,鮎魚、伊豆既金目鯛作為頭兩件壽司非常新鮮;青森既帆立貝非常飽滿地包住壽司飯,好滿足;另一款好鍾意既菜式係北海道甘海老壽司,三隻甘海老放入口咀嚼後會好似蝦滑一樣起蝦漿;中拖亦都有出現,依然無令人失望,油脂十足,非常肥美;最後以一件北海道根室市馬糞海膽手卷,一啲腥味都無,海膽十分creamy入口即溶,止到我掛住北海道既旅行癮。甜品方面,係時令既富良野蜜瓜,甜度十足;十勝紅豆水羊羹,無印象中既死甜,淡淡既紅豆香配以一杯熱茶,非常滿足既一晚。…Read More

《杣 ‧YASHIMA》係九如坊對面,門口裝修已經好日式庭園,非常好認。入到店內樓底好高,無平時omakase店既焗促感,配上輕音樂及枯山水細竹,成個人都好放鬆。前菜係魚子醬松葉蟹肉蕃茄杯,對於平時唔食鮮茄既我有少少改觀,酸味赤水母配合得宜加上松葉蟹既一條條口感,好開胃;另外一道前菜係九條蔥煮日本鴨肉,鴨肉係omakase比較少見,見師傅用高湯慢慢焯熟鴨肉,肉質鮮嫩,而且鴨皮亦都唔會好肥。刺身方面,印象深刻既係炙燒鏗魚配上濃蛋汁、手磨wasabi 同柚子醬及蒜片,因為魚皮位用火燒左幾下,再配蛋汁口感好似食緊一舊好淋既牛肉好特別,而且因為有炙燒過再配上蒜片,好少會用香口來形容一片刺身。季節燒物係伊勢龍蝦配赤鯥魚及茄子味噌燒,伊勢龍蝦燒同赤鯥魚都燒得好香,茄子更加有油香,非常入味,好驚喜係粒栗子超級甜,係秋冬既氣色~油物係天婦羅炸物,有鮑魚、青椒同吉列松葉蟹配以銀杏串,松葉蟹經過油炸都唔會啖啖油,食到一疏疏既蟹肉好滿足,師傅好細心用上左cones吸油,又唔會影響整體賣相蒸物係A4和牛昆布湯,和牛又係用昆布湯過水焯熟,所以又係好嫩滑,入口即化壽司方面金目鯛燒一燒所有油香出哂泥、中拖羅同大拖羅都好肥美,唔會過肥大滿足、最後既海膽杯同左北海道海膽好鮮甜由於我對芋頭類過敏,所以無試到玉子燒甜品時間有甜到漏汁既北海道哈蜜瓜、秋天獨有既柿同繼續好甜既栗子,好滿足,亦都非常飽~…Read More

平時lunch hour都會去K-11附近睇下有咩新餐廳,有一日經過見到新開左一間omakase店,見到個價錢尚算合理就即刻約埋朋友去booking試下晚餐。地方唔算大,但由於位置不多,所以坐得都幾舒服,當晚師傅係香港人,但對於食材既處理同知識好豐富,溝通上更加方便。我地揀左「神石」ISHI OMAKASE $1680套餐(未連加一)先附擺盤已經滿滿藝術感,當中香魚炸到脆脆好香口;而赤水母酸酸既好開胃之後去到刺身部分:. 薄切真鯛好特別,師傅加上紫蘇花令到鯛魚帶有淡淡既花香味,中和左鼔油既咸味~.岩手縣既海膽超級creamy,一定都唔腥,非常新鮮;伴碗一啲都唔馬虎,選用左富山縣迷你白蝦,同師傅傾計得知每隻都係人手剝殼,非常考功夫轉眼間去到燒物揚物既部分,師傅好神秘地拎左一個蒸籠出來,打開入眼簾既第一眼係好大個毛蟹蟹蓋吸引住,原來將要上菜既係毛蟹燒賣配上俄羅斯魚子醬,咬開燒賣眼肉可見一疏疏蟹肉超級爽~去到壽司既部分.太刀魚:非常清甜,師傅用火槍輕輕燒出皮下脂肪既油份.希靈魚: 顛覆左我對希靈魚既印象,有少少似沙甸魚既油香;中間配以梅醬中和油份但又唔會好搶味,洽到好處.北海道紫海膽: 果然係海膽既季節,一晚竟然可以試到兩款唔同既海膽,紫海膽偏向比較細滑配以淡淡既甜味,屬於一款比較溫柔既海膽.右口魚邊: 極級肥美香濃,油份被火槍燒到滲入醋飯中,成件壽司入口即溶,一件絕對唔夠喉呀甜品方面係和歌山蘋果配栗米雪糕,以金字塔既造型展示既蘋果酥非常香脆,配以唔會好甜既栗米雪糕,一脆一軟,玩味感十足,亦為全晚劃上左一個完美句號。…Read More

上次經過大角咀見到有間泰菜裝修超級泰國風,今次終於約到朋友去試下啲野食係咪都係咁泰正先~當晚大概7點去到已經見到有人係門口等位,我地好好彩等左15分鐘左右就可以入座啦店舖裝修比起外面睇更精緻,部分卡位仲係以嘟嘟車做主題,怪唔之得間舖叫泰嘟嘟啦Menu 選擇有好多,我地兩個人好貪心咩都想試下,所以就揀左二人套餐$248 (可以選三款).炭燒豬頸肉真係有個炭爐一邊食一邊燒住,而且唔會因為係套餐,份量會減少,份豬頸肉超大份,而且口感爽軟,唔會燒到好柴,再配上泰國酸汁,真係100%還完泰國既味道呀.泰式小食拼盤(小)有泰式春卷、蝦餅同串燒再配以泰式辣醬同沙嗲汁,對於咩都想食又唔識選擇朋友係必叫之選,上枱時春卷係酥脆,明顯係新鮮炸起唔係一早整定,非常加分呀.鮮蝦炒金邊粉上枱時已經聞到好香,加上金邊粉炒得好乾身唔會係碟底已經見到成pat油,魚露唔會太咸,大蝦都好多,加上伴碟既花生粒食落多左一重味道之外仲有咬口,好正.芒果椰汁糯米飯$58無論正餐食得幾飽,都一定要以一個糯米飯作為全餐既結尾,今次都唔例外。雖然唔係芒果既季節,但芒果都唔會酸酸的(唔係浸糖水果種甜),椰汁比得好慷慨,所有糯米飯都有汁可以撈到,而且椰奶好香。整體成餐飯都食得好滿足,真係好似身處泰國一樣,而且價錢平,CP值高呀見到每枱都有order泰式經典明爐烏頭,下次都要試下先!!…Read More

天天海南雞我細細個就聽過哩個名,之前去新加坡好熱既天氣見到條長長既人龍最終放棄左,成為叼旅程既遺憾之一。行開銅鑼灣唔知食咩好就決定去填補一下我地遺憾。餐廳有份室內外位,空外每枱都有暖爐同電視,就算冬天去唔會太凍;空內既裝修一入眼係大大個天天海南雞既招牌,好有新加坡熟食市場既風味。.鮮大蝦冬陰公(2隻蝦) $89大蝦係真係新鮮大蝦,店員會用gas 爐滾到個湯熱先再放大蝦同配料落去煮,所以大蝦真係好火喉岩岩好,好爽口彈牙;個湯好足料,但唔會太酸太辣剛剛好,份量多到就算我地叫細份應該可以分到5個人飲.天天海南雞(例牌) $189+ 雞油飯(細窩) $39同店員查詢左天天海南雞同正宗海南雞既分別主要係烹調同有無骨,由於想用海南雞拌飯食,所以揀左無骨既天天海南雞再加選細窩雞油飯,師傅好用心地去哂所有雞既肥膏,變左雞皮都可以食埋,雞身好滑切成細細舊好易送飯;另外油飯係用石鍋連蓋,食到最後啲飯都仲保溫,而且細窩都可以同4個人分。.新加坡麥片大蝦 $189本身想叫黑椒炒蝦,但見到有麥片蝦即刻唔洗諗,麥片蝦好大隻,每隻都均勻沾上奶粉同麥片同埋師傅係蝦背已經界開,所以好入味甜甜咸咸好好食,而且每隻蝦除左好大隻之外,仲隻隻都好多蝦膏,絕對有驚喜呀.芒果三色糯米椰漿甜飯 $89芒果當造所以好甜,三色飯包括紅色火龍果、白色原味同綠色斑蘭味,椰香濃用甜品畫上一個完美既句號.恐龍美綠(凍) $26份量超大杯,果然食星馬菜最適合既一定係美綠~…Read More

無辣不歡既朋友今次搵到一間有100萬倍辣辣椒餐廳想試下傳說中既變態辣,佢好醒目咁樣訂左位同預留左店家出名既《皇牌烤爆汁雞》,睇片就睇得多人試變態辣,親身試上陣都真係第一次呀~餐廳位於大角咀但好近奧運站,大貓銀行花園平台樓梯對面就到,位置好方便;餐廳係以酒吧形式,但吸引我既除左係佢型格既門面,仲有係門口當眼位風乾櫃入面轉轉下既雞,同店員八卦得知原來每隻雞要風乾2-3小時再搬去烤爐塗上滿滿既蜜芽糖烤上30分鐘先可以出爐,怪唔之得要預訂啦!!.皇牌烤爆汁雞 $288 (需預訂)原隻雞以支架站立支撐,除左打卡一流之外,更可以流出部分油分;除左雞係主角之外,仲有一盤調味料都係重點之一,亦係我朋友今次既目標。一碟以輪盤造型既辣粉,分別係-  100萬倍辣辣椒油(博士級數) : 唔好講笑,自問平時都算食得辣點少少已經可以令條脷麻同標汗,完全滿足我試一試既心態~-  20萬倍辣椒粉 (碩士級數):  唔知係咪因為粉同油既關係,20萬倍的確麻度輕微少少(但依然係變態辣級數),總之都係好麻好麻既一種辣粉~-  蒜味辣粉 (大學year 2): 比起上面兩樣款算係再溫和少少(只係少少),係辣味中間都食到蒜味-  海鮮味辣粉(大學畢業生) : 以為再過一格辣度會更輕微少少,果年少年就係太年輕,顏色同位置唔代表一切呀~-  煙燻辣椒海鹽 (準備考DSE): 係辣粉果5格入面最鐘意既,少少辣味配以少少鹽,兩者比例平均,同烤雞肉好夾-  水牛城醬(小一級數) : 唔會太酸唔會太辣,係一個會不斷點既醬汁-  蜜糖芥末醬 : 對比起其他醬顯得有少少普通,但如果唔食辣既朋友,就會多一個選擇-  甜酸醬(幼稚園級數) : 酸酸辣辣,非常開胃-  薑蓉蛋黃醬: 好新既配搭,真係好似平時燒味店切雞飯果種味道,朋友推推-  煙燻茄汁醬 : BBQ醬,配烤雞非常適合,我既個人推推~不得不提既係餐廳選用既辣粉係香港製造既X1493品牌辣椒粉,我都係第一次知道香港都有自家製變態辣椒粉~講返隻雞先,隻雞size大,但火喉控制係真係啱啱好,因為皮脆肉嫩超juice~皮脆既程度係好似燒鵝一樣嗦嗦聲,烤得非常香口;肉身滑嫩多汁,連雞胸雞柳都唔係柴既,而且餐廳好貼心咁準備左手套同較剪方便支解成隻雞,加分加分~有個有趣位係調味盤上面有隻轉轉雞公仔,方便一大班朋友飲酒食飯既時候可以玩啲小遊戲,大懲罰當然就係100萬倍辣油啦~.魔鬼魚塊 $88係一碟炸魚球既菜式,魚肉細滑,而且無骨,方便唔識食魚既我;個醬非常開胃,係甜酸醬+柑桔味,保留左南亞風味加配上柑柑中和左辣味,入口食到少少酸到後期先會感受到辣,係一個神奇既醬汁.香辣豬軟骨煲 $78小小一煲,但分量十足,豬軟骨煲到好淋,花椒紅油汁一齊煮,每一粒豬軟骨都好入味,值得一提既係配料既洋蔥好煮到好好食~.甜甜蕃薯條 $68新鮮橙芯蕃薯切成條炸,脆脆外皮配上黑松露沙律醬係一個無得輸既酒吧必點之選.Bloody Mary 生蠔(配Tabacco) $168小小一shot bloody mary加入大大隻生蠔一口飲落去好滿足,生蠔肥美新鮮一啲怪味都無,bloody mary 蕃茄味較重,就好似平時食生蠔加少少茄汁一樣,所以味道上超夾呀~.New Jack $58 Order 左一杯mocktail 叫New Jack 係菠蘿汁+可樂,大大一杯菠蘿味突出但唔係糖水既死甜成為左我全晚既救命水呀~…Read More
