香港人,就好鐘意打邊爐,一路刷一路傾。今日介紹間食材唔錯,位於寶林村商場的火煱店,雖然好少海鮮,但啲肉類,都幾高質下。98元任食: 要有3人才可開爐,主力係牛肉任食,但就唔可以叫其它肉類。128元任食: 只有豬肉,雞肉,魚肉,但就無牛肉。158元任食: 就係可以食到以上4種肉。以我個人來講,一定食牛,所以就儲定3個朋友,一齊會一會佢。其實呢間嘢,非肉類的邊爐料都幾齊,由其是豆品類,重要幾好食,午餐肉都唔錯。甜品~雪糕,就唔係禁得,啲味重有啲假,但有維記雪米糍,都幾好食。飲品~感覺係偏少,建議入多幾種,另外要飲啤酒,要加18元,唔太化算。飯~鹹肉飯來,偏鹹的肉碎,同用唔好食的米。如果用珍珠米,肉碎減鹹。用個心煮啲肉碎啦,唔係,就好浪費食物。總結,我建議係食128元任食,除非你,一定要食牛,那就叫齊3人,去食個98元任食,由於呢間嘢係收加一,所以要注意。另外湯底~除豬骨,芫茜唔加錢,其它都要。完…Read More
