聽說尖沙咀海港城都有omakase,今日突登相約朋友來試一試。Omakase今天有兩款餐牌,一款是串燒,另一款是手握壽司😍喜愛食壽司的我當然是選擇壽司啦😚🍣套餐會包括前菜,壽司,手卷,湯,甜品🍨首先來的是前菜,納豆番茄加海鹽並配有味噌浸釀的米😌味道很清新特別,加上少少味噌,幾開胃。壽司方面總共有13款,味道非常新鮮!😋厚厚的海膽鋪再飯上,加上紫菜一起吃。超級美味,海膽非常新鮮 !值得推介🤩壽司種類當中包括大拖羅壽司,池魚壽司,海膽壽司!😍😍另外也會有一個手卷。相信每次來的壽司種類也有可能不同,視乎當天新鮮的魚類。13件壽司份量也不少,一個女仔來講已經非常飽了😂蜆肉味噌湯,湯裏面也有不少蜆肉,湯不會太鹹,味道鮮甜。最後送上甜品,今天的味道是抹茶雪糕,味道濃郁不會太甜,每天的味道也可能不一樣呀😆這個晚餐我們差不多由5:30吃到8點,環境舒適,和朋友吃晚餐,邊吃邊談心氣氛很好。…Read More

香港想食日本野周圍都有,但要搵一間有日本風既居酒屋就唔算多,溏串小町係其中一間。餐廳地方寬敞,環境舒適,枱與枱之間有足夠距離,值得一讚除了刺身、壽司、炸物、主食、沙律等食物外,串燒算是餐廳的皇牌。我同朋友叫左串燒雞中翼和燒墨魚試下。串燒即叫即燒,調味料非常入味,幾好食,做送酒小食一流。 後尾我地忍唔住都再叫多左幾串朋友叫左6件壽司share食,魚生好新鮮,厚切啖啖肉,大大件好抵食朋友叫左個鰻魚飯。鰻魚份量都算多,差唔多覆蓋晒成個便當。肉身夠厚,食落肉肥味香,質素不錯我自己就好鍾意食吞拿魚,今次叫左個吞拿魚肉飯,份量合理,魚生一樣好新鮮。最後我發現呢間餐廳越夜越多人,可能係食完晚飯再過黎食串燒飲野而且餐廳前有大量咪錶位,泊車也很方便。…Read More

服務一流~高質日式鐵板燒

觀塘區近期不斷翻新,四周圍都開左好多間高級既餐廳。雖然有啲開左係工業區附近,但可能租金平啲所以成本可以放返落食物度。前晚約左朋友係佢公司附近食飯,搵左呢間叫【板神】既日本餐廳。門口望落去間餐廳感覺好高檔,行埋去睇下個餐牌價錢又okay喎,於是就入左去餐廳既裝修100%日式料理風格,簡樸整潔,沒有多餘既裝飾,俾人一種井井有條、一塵不染既感覺。餐廳分兩款座位:鐵板燒房、壽司Bar枱。朋友想食鐵板燒,一坐低侍應已經幫我地將大褸掛在旁邊的企身衣架上,避免沾到油煙,十分貼心鐵板燒既食物選擇有很多,套餐有平有貴。比較抵食既有2人套餐$800~$900左右,平均每人唔洗$500。以呢個級數既餐廳,有齊專人廚師同侍應招待,一啲都唔算貴。我同朋友就揀左個貴少少既活龍蝦A5和牛套餐點好餐後侍應好快就上左個前菜同沙律。沙律酸酸地十分開胃。食到差唔多既時候今晚既主角就黎啦~有請【活龍蝦】當廚師拎隻龍蝦海鮮盤上黎果下好震撼,隻龍蝦好大隻,仲要超生猛~廚師放隻龍蝦上鐵板度煎果陣隻龍蝦仲郁緊好快成間房都充滿著煎海鮮既香味。廚師將龍蝦膏煎香後淋在龍蝦肉上面,睇到我地流晒口水龍蝦肉質彈牙結實。廚師冇落太多的調味料烹調,保留了龍蝦原有的鮮味,除左好香濃既龍蝦膏味之外仲有淡淡的海水味。另一道主菜係香煎銀鱈魚。廚師對火候控制得非常好,熟度剛好,魚肉鮮味十足,肉質嫩滑有層次,絕非普通雪藏魚級數,舊魚其實都唔細,但我仲想食多幾舊跟住跟食A5宮崎和牛燒薄卷。和牛肉質和脂肪比例適中,雪花分布均衡。廚師先煎香蔥花和蒜片後,再用和牛片卷起,口感非常特別。食到呢度其實我已經有七八成飽。跟著廚師開始煮和牛炒飯。望住每粒飯係鐵板上彈下彈下,加上青蔥、雞蛋、和牛粒、紅椒等配料,再用上珍珠米炒,賣相一流。炒飯好香口,而且飯粒分明,鹹度適中,唔覺唔覺就食晒成碗話就食緊炒飯果陣侍應突然送上龍蝦頭湯,原來佢地將頭先隻龍蝦頭餚湯,物盡其用將咁大個龍蝦頭餚成一碗咁細既湯,可想而知碗湯會有幾鮮味~最後廚師私人整左塊好好食既焦糖烘麵包俾我地試,餐牌冇既。唔好睇少塊麵包好似好普通,但係要整到脆卜卜又唔燶,其實係一件好花心機既事。由我地食炒飯廚師開始烘,到我地食完差唔多要十幾分鐘先烘好。最後最後食埋餐牌上既雪糕甜品結尾,非常滿足值得一讚既係廚師同侍應既服務態度非常好,真係俾到食客一種被專人服侍既感覺下次會約屋企人再encore!…Read More

近來喜歡找一些小店吃晚餐,上星期經過石門發現原來有很多本地小店,所以今日便帶媽媽來試試🤪今天選擇了吃這間兄弟工房的西餐廳,門口放置了很有特色的桌椅😚原來他們有二人晚餐,$338有湯,沙律,2個主菜,飲品,價錢合理。今次我們決定散叫,並加了一個套餐🤩餐湯是椰菜花湯,都幾好味。我最鍾意食蜜糖雞翼,加少少檸檬汁上去,再加上雞翼非常脆口👍再叫了西班牙黑毛豬,超級超級的大件😳還有不少配菜,有薯仔,烤蔬菜,也有沙律菜!兩個人吃份量也非常足夠。雖然黑毛豬厚身,但是吃下去很Juicy!感覺熟到剛剛好😋😋另外意粉叫了明太子軟殼蟹意粉,軟殼蟹非常之大件,而且肉厚!再配上意粉,真的非常飽了😂最後喝一杯檸檬茶作為總結,這間餐廳環保意識也很強,是走飲管的,值得一讚。👏…Read More

平時比較少係紅磡覓食,最近有網友介紹話呢間隱世餐廳啲牛好掂環境又夠浪漫,於是約左個friend黎食好野。 餐廳位於紅磡嘉里酒店平台上面,黃埔地鐵站行過黎要差唔多十五分鐘。不過都好值得,因為餐廳對正紅磡碼頭,有個無敵大海景view,加上餐廳裝修同服務都屬於酒店級,book枱慶祝生日/特別日子最適合兩個人叫左一份熟成牛Dinner Set。Sweet Pumpkin Cream Soup首先上左個又熱又香濃既南瓜湯。除左南瓜蓉外,仲加左少少忌廉,頭盤 Sous-vide Chicken Salad是日主角 Dry Aged Sirloin Steak 牛肉味比一般牛扒更濃郁,肉質軟熟多汁,五成熟岩岩好鐘意食牛既朋友值得黎試。Tomato Pasta無諗過咁重芝士味,水準okay 另外單點左 Crab Meat Cheese Truffle Linguine因為點餐果陣唔知道tomato pasta都有芝士,所以重覆左叫,好彩朋友都鐘意食芝士蟹肉都算多,不過比芝士味同黑松露味蓋過左。味道算唔錯。整體食物水準之上,環境優雅寬敞,如果想食高級少少可以黎呢度。…Read More

香港想食到最正宗既燒鵝大家一定會諗到深井燒鵝。但因為交通唔方便所以都好多年冇入過黎。前日去黃金海岸游完水,朋友建議揸車落深井食燒鵝,我當然舉腳贊成啦10分鐘左右就到深井,見到附近周圍都開左幾間燒鵝店。朋友話呢間係老字號,食過幾okay,所以就食返呢間。可能係星期五,食客比較多,全場爆滿除左馳名深井燒鵝皇外,仲有好多海鮮同中式小菜。燒鵝可以叫全隻、半隻或者例牌。仲有燒鵝海鮮套餐,或者散叫小菜,選擇好多而且價錢唔貴。我地叫左個套餐A,有半隻燒鵝、蒸海斑同埋白灼蝦。不愧係燒鵝皇,好大隻啲皮燒得好脆,肉質好香口同多汁,點小小開胃既酸梅醬,真係好好好呢種味道出面好難食到~套餐既蒸海斑一條,火候岩岩好,有大酒樓水準白灼海中蝦,幾大隻同新鮮另外再叫左3隻蒜蓉粉絲蒸大帶子蒜蓉炒小白菜啲餸都幾大碟,我地都食到好飽伙記仲話晚市有糖水送,今晚係蕃薯糖水呢餐真係食返好多年都冇食過既正宗燒鵝味道。除左好食之外,值得一提的是呢間餐廳有免費泊車,非常適合有揸車既人士。…Read More

今天難得到港島區逛街,朋友知道我很喜歡吃台灣菜,便推介了這一間小店😃名字立即令人想起台灣很出名的地方-九份🤭店舖位於轉彎位,我們來的時候很早,只是六點鐘,所以還未有人等位,但裏面卻已經坐了一半的人在吃晚餐。坐下後店員遞上一張紙,自行畫上想吃的東西。大概台灣出名的菜式這裏也有,見到網上推介滷肉飯,豬手飯也一定要吃。還有台式飲品,甜品等等。店舖的裝修也很有台灣特色。首先來的是滷肉飯,我們叫了大的。滷肉脂肪的比例也很均勻。再來叫了一個檸檬多多以及是酥炸魷魚。酥炸魷魚是新鮮炸出來的,所以非常熱。這個蛋卷有驚喜,是我比較喜歡的。裏面有芝士,粟米非常香口。蚵仔煎是台灣店必叫的,裏面有不少的蚵仔,上面鋪上一些蚵仔煎專用的醬汁。很快便吃完整個。我叫了一杯黑糖珍珠奶茶,因為叫了少甜的關係,黑糖味不太重,但是甜到剛剛好。這個豬手飯是朋友最喜歡的,豬手吃下去有很重的果皮味😃蛋黃芋丸,我們是被名字吸引的。其實是一些芋頭肉包着蛋黃,但是芋頭的質地很特別,像QQ的。有興趣的朋友可以叫來試試。最後當然是甜品了,叫了九份芋圓,我們叫了熱的,裏面有三種顏色的芋圓及一些豆腐花及涼粉,味道就像在九份吃的一樣。…Read More

質素高的鐵板燒♥️

在香港可以吃到好的鐵板燒地方不多,上網搜尋一下,看見D2 place 開了一間叫做”繼”的日本鐵板燒。門口的設計非常有私隱度,打開門後看見裏面的環境,燈光舒適,而且人客也不少。好彩我一早訂了位✌🏻打開餐牌有一人套餐,或二人套餐,也有一些散叫的。選擇也不少。今天決定要吃好一點,所以叫了一個龍蝦二人套餐🤩🤩座位已set好,及有一杯熱綠茶!店員遞上濕毛巾,好像在日本的餐廳一樣。🙂首先來的是前菜,有螺肉及沙律。然後廚師便在廚房裏拿出了海鮮。煮前還給我們拍照,好識做,最岩我用黎打卡😂拍照時龍蝦還在動呢,真的非常新鮮!!🤩首先第一度菜是帆立貝,煮好後會放上一個小爐上!還建議我們湯也可以喝😍超級鮮甜!之後來的是很特別的,店員推薦我們吃的!他說可以連魚鱗一起吃,看見這麼特別我們便點了🤪上菜時魚鱗炸得非常脆!真的可以跟魚肉吃在一起,這個菜色非常特別。👍再來是縲片,像用酒煮過,肉很爽口。到了主角龍蝦😻😻😻,膏非常的多!廚師很細心,把膏弄出來,與肉炒在一起!朋友都讚不絕口!大家一定要點來吃!中途廚師也做了一個蜜糖包給我們試食,外脆內軟!再來的A5和牛,size也不細,相信價錢也不便宜,叫套餐幾抵😌我地叫左7成熟,咬下去牛的汁也滲了出來!最後是炒飯和炒雜菜。炒飯每粒分明,加上魚湯是很完美的結束🥳吃完雪糕後和朋友聊天一會才走,店員也沒有趕我們,超讚👍…Read More
