終於試了聞名以久"奶茶皇奶茶",我平常其實唔係好飲奶茶,但今次試完,真系要改一改。我飲過其他奶茶,唔覺得有幾特別。但呢個真的唔同,真係做到茶香奶滑,未飲巳經聞到好香茶味,入口甘香絲滑帶點甜,味道唔同但又好夾,應該同外面用的奶有唔同,不過我又唔識到我最喜歡的鮮牛肉旦治,我本新鐘意牛肉,不過大部份茶餐廳牛肉都用很多食粉嗱過,無牛味無咬口。我杯茶就唔同,牛肉有牛味口感好,應該是用足料靚牛做。而家提供良心食材又收平民價的食肆都無幾多囉唯一要提一下就係無太多位坐,不過咁抵價錢加上今時今日租金咁高,呢個情況都了解。好食就企係到都無計啦…Read More

第一次試這間店 (其實它應該開了業不久),是賣湘菜的,平時不吃辣的,但這裏新開張,最緊要是有元碲 (媽媽喜歡)及近屋企人。我們 3 人叫了元碲 (預定$2xx), 炒豆角(正宗湖南菜)及鐵板水晶粉,共$5xx。太好味,忘記影相 今次寫這個食評主要是讚一讚這家餐廳的用料,我媽媽是一個對食材要求很高的人,有時去貴的餐廳食飯(每人$5xx以上)她都會投訴肉有雪味,用化學品“拿”過,等等。但今次媽媽竟然讚這家店用料一流良心經營,所以一定要來這裏讚一讚。好啦,講一講味道。因為食材好,所以很好味。湘菜本身味濃,但沒有蓋過本身食物的鮮味。元碲:雖然好多辣椒,但只是一級辣,喜歡辣相信要加辣。肉嫩味鮮皮滑。如果要多點味道,碟上的汁是比較濃味。我個人喜歡原汁原味,但上多點汁也很好,多點湘菜味道。炒豆角:二級辣,再辣點,我應該食唔到。雖然辣到要喝水,但好野味,豆角火喉剛好,唔會太淋,還是脆脆的,好食:)水晶粉:上菜時在鐵板上,熱騰騰,應該剛炒好。這個味道也很好,軟軟的比較滑身,因我原本以為是硬身一點(好像韓個粉絲),所以有點失望。本身味道沒有問題,是期望問題姐。環境干淨清潔(新店基本都是沒有大問題),也不會坐的太迫,好舒服;服務也很好,可能還未係太多人。本來不太食辣,打算試一次就算。但食完之後,三個人都認為一定要 encore,由其我的高要求麻煩媽媽。…Read More
