早一晚喺openrice book左檯,可以remarks埋慶祝生日,同埋寫上字句。去到比預期中少人,幾圍客人,已預留咗梳化位置既枱,枱上面已放Happy Birthday牌💕。一坐低窩心的職員應該見到我有咗,所以拎個cushion幫我放喺背脊靠住😊另一位職員落order時我點了牛扒,問我要幾成熟,我答佢"well done"原本佢話一般7成左右如果太熟怕un, 但我同佢講因為有咗BB唔食得太生及有血,佢了解左都話ok幫我同廚師講聲。前菜我叫了的有鱸魚(刺身醃製)及沙律菜,上菜時職員話廚師話魚生怕唔啱我食,問我需唔需要另外再整熟的畀我,我話唔需要ok了,後來都有送咗一份煎魚比我,廚師真係好細心~仲整得好好食呀!魚皮煎得好香,只落咗少少鹽調味,好啱我口味😊👍主菜的牛扒雖然點了係全熟,但係一啲都唔un,好軟好味~薯條亦炸得夠脆~lunch set甜品係自助形式任食,不是太多選擇但大部分都好好食,尤其係朱古力蛋糕,唔算太甜又好濃嘅可可味,有不同層次口感!餐飲點了Latte和熱朱古力,Latte超大杯,反而朱古力係勁細杯上面仲有好多cream,係超級勁濃可可😝上餐飲後,一位職員推左部好壞舊西式"大音樂盒"機出黎,用手搞出生日歌,再送上生日蛋糕仔出黎,氣氛好好吖~老公都好開心☺呢part係free的,所以如果黎食飯慶祝生日、週年紀念真係唔錯既選擇😁…Read More

Wingwingmak 牛扒點well done有點怪,如果怕生,為何生鱸魚又唔怕😂各有喜好,不過自相矛盾🤣

坦白講係因為即興早一晚約朋友飯局,太子區打邊爐都唔少選擇,但見到呢間有得openrice book到位所以先決定試下😝環境茶餐廳feel, 有小菜同火鍋選擇,一坐低叫左"椒鹽魷魚鬚"先因為想食左好耐,而且食評相好似幾吸引甘!不過都等左廿幾分鐘以上先到…幾脆幾好食~唯一係勁勁勁咸!(唔知係咪師傅落鹽重手左😅下次可能叫之前要單聲少一鹽LOL)然後再叫咗"花膠雞煲"例牌 (走辣) 花膠唔多,味道香濃,雞尚可,$268性價比唔高因為食完雞煲都唔想用番個汁底加湯打邊爐,所以再叫另一清清地既"冬瓜瑤柱湯底"($90),之後再叫配料:手切肥牛、手打墨丸、鮮淮山、炸嚮鈴(不是即炸,應該係包裝)、唐生菜、仲叫左幾枝啤酒本身4位女性朋友食量唔多,所以份量剛好,整體一般,冇太大期望,但下次未必會再黎了😜。PS.檯面本身有電磁爐但係話壞咗唔用得,所以我見隔離檯客人都係用gas爐。…Read More
