話明Encall Encall, 當然要嚟安哥食館啦。每次嚟老闆都會好熱情咁招待我哋, 今次亦不例外。先嚟個魚翅花膠湯, 非常夠味, 每人起碼飲左2-3碗, 聽老闆講, 哩個湯煲左6個鐘以上, 真係美味非常。龍躉肉抄西蘭花, D龍躉肉非常大舊, 啖啖肉, 正@@@@蒜蓉粉絲蒸聖子, 又係大大條聖子肉, 真係食到津津有味。唔記得哩隻叫咩雞, 淨係知隻雞D肉好滑, 好好味。食到中場, 主角出場, 鹽焗奄仔蟹, 真係不得了, 好味到爆, 隻隻都超多膏, 食到停唔口呀。哩碟係老闆話新菜色, 黃金蠔, 非常好食, 推介推介推介推介推介推介!!!!!!鮑魚雞粉炒飯, 又係值得推介之一, 正!!!最後當然要整碟招牌甜品 - 反沙芋, keep到水準, 好好味!!!!…Read More

舊同事聚會@安哥食館

又係舊同事聚會食飯時間到喇...今次繼續去番老地方"安哥食館" , 原因係咩?? 當然係D 嘢夠好食啦, 食過番尋味。今日放左工, 約埋成班同事就一齊飛的去喇, 因為約舊同事7點半, 不過都好彩, 準時到達, 去到即時坐抵先, 好客的老闆已經馬上叫伙記拎碟"魿魚球"做前菜俾我哋試試 , 魿魚球好夠魚味, 不過要留肚食之後D主菜, 哈哈!!!!好喇, 接著就先嚟煲靚湯---杏汁炖豬肺湯 , 超級夠味, 好正!!! 聽老闆講哩煲湯煲左起碼4 個鐘以上, 仲有D豬肺超淋, 總之好味到要狂飲幾碗。凍鎮芥蘭尤魚頭,老闆新創的菜式, 第一次食, 好好味, 好新鮮。繼續食...下碟餸係"豉油皇花竹蝦" , 哩碟真係要讚 , 不論係蝦肉或蝦殼都好夠味, 真係超推介,好味到我連殼都食埋呀。~~ 油泡龍躉球, 味道OK, 不過不失。主角終於到了....登登登鄧...鹽焗A奄仔蟹, 哩隻蟹係我食過最好食的蟹, D膏多到呢, 簡直係爆膏...哩隻蟹足足食左起碼20分鐘先搞掂。鮑魚扣鵝掌 , 隻鮑魚超淋, 超入味, 哩碟餸煮左應該有2-3個鐘..再嚟....砵酒桶蠔...出晒煙,D蠔大大隻, 好好味...又一推介食品。大漠風沙雞...又係第一次試新菜,D雞肉好滑,但我覺得最好味係上面果D白飯魚同蝦米...超級好味道!!!!最後老闆話俾我地試下全店唯一一味甜品----"反沙芋", 潮州食品, 真係唔係度度都有得食, 哩度食真係正到無得頂。最後,安哥哩個招牌餸 --- 招牌咕嚕肉, 上次食過, 今次過食, 一樣咁好食, 推介之選。…Read More
