之前有食開呢間韓國菜館都好幾年.一直覺得值哋買嘅梳子蟹真係有一手.第二間經常遇到中伏.少蟹膏.唔夠新鮮樣樣齊.但呢間一路都keep到.上兩星期想食.點知話裝修.等咗兩星期終於再來.發現多咗一个醬油蟹任食餐468一位.作為一個蟹精自然要試下!首先限時90分鐘.食剩食物罰100.但係就先局你食甚麼泡菜薄餅.炒年糕.辣蟹.炒粉絲.蟹湯.紫菜飯.塞飽你一半.第一碟四隻醬油蟹一般正正常常.但感覺上蟹比之前單點細咗兩個碼.蟹膏都比之前少咗少少.但都合格!收貨.第二round蟹就嚟料!首先再無蟹蓋!第二蟹膏極少.幾乎無!只能食蟹肉!追問店員.就話第二碟開始嘅蟹係咁咖喇!唔會再有蟹蓋.然後就自動行開!個人覺得有被騙感覺!咁就唔係放題任食啦!你開得個盆口係你哋醬油蟹任食.但竟然第一碟50分第二碟就得返10分!絕對唔合格!大佬埋單都$1107.唔算平.食自助餐都可以啦!做到咁少家就唔好話任食啦!…Read More

難以想像的低水平!

利申,曾經幫趁過杭州店,6年亦幫趁過此店,絕對無問題,於是早一星期已經訂位,一進入大門攞位,就有一個身穿西裝嘅男人用很不屑的語氣話帶他去2號枱,我們莫明其妙的,第一次見面,無得罪佢,唔明白為何有這種態度。食物水平十分之普通,如一般屋村酒樓,但卻收尖沙咀價錢!食套餐,花膠薄如紙,鮑魚算細隻,人參湯淡如水。焗蟹蓋無蟹肉,只有蟹柳絲,有一味紫紗白玉,豆腐無味,連豆味都無。蟹粉小籠包蟹味其淡。唯一可以一讚係甜品,椰子雪粑。(應該係買返嚟)最最最差係服務,侍應們像游魂,自己傾計傾個不停,要牙簽,攞左出嚟,不過隨手放咗落隔離枱。開始等左二十分鐘無嘢上,一上第一樣野之後同時嚟鲍魚同小籠包,咁自然先食鮑魚,要求侍應留低籠仔個蓋保溫。五分鐘後一個疑似經理操內地口音嘅女士,無釐頭走嚟打開蓋,我哋一齊望向佢,佢竟話睇吓你哋食咗未?如果食咗就收走。完全不合格的低水平啦!如果食咗就會打開蓋.等你收啦!PS 張枱相當大,完全無必要急於收碟。結論:一班完全唔合資格嘅樓面侍應,隨意地,胡亂地招呼,使食客啼笑皆非。個人就絕對唔會再幫趁!是見到facexxxxx 內廣告才決定一試,結果非常失望,徹底破壞咗一餐節日午飯!如果評分有負分,呢間應該係負五星!…Read More

難以接受的一餐

第二次黎,第一次OK,不錯。但相信不會有下次了!訂位7:00,早5分鐘到,不需要等。入座後立即點刺身併盤最貴的一種(不算寒酸吧?)西京燒銀雪魚,生啤兩杯。五分鐘後加多一個沙律。40分鐘後刺身併盤先到,問侍應為何沙律比刺身併盤遲?答案係:你地叫刺身先,所以黎先?(莫明其妙)銀雪魚都到,魚皮煎到“火農”曬呈現黑色,仲係有三分二無左魚皮,最不明白點解有汁?水汪汪?本人食過好多間,從未見過!叫侍應問,佢第一句即話,我換過碟比你,點知一出房隔住度門話,不如取消,我當然取消啦!講到咁。呢個時候沙律終於到,足足45分鐘以上!沙律水平一般,都係水汪汪!侍應態度莫明其妙的黑面,自問沒有得罪佢。…Read More
