今日嚟到沙田行傢俬店,除咗店內半自助式西餐,同一個場仲有幾間食肆。日式定食選擇都多,仲有店舖限定嘅湯咖喱,記得好耐之前睇過套日劇以湯咖喱做主題,好想好想試,今日終於有機會$98,跟餐加$38有湯有沙津前菜同蟹卷,價錢合理蟹卷飯多咗D,可能本身都係食飯,覺得份量多咗,肚餓D會更好。湯咖哩內有豐富嘅雜菜,半熟蛋同主角嘅炸脾。湯上加各樣材料,好有食火鍋嘅感覺湯咖喱嘅精髓心係偏向湯汁嘅口感,撈飯食係湯飯咁俾平時咖喱汁撈飯更易入口,但味道唔會淡咗。另外最欣賞係茄子,食得出有先走油再放湯,茄子上以十字密集花,湯汁更加滲入,香口又入味,估唔到茄子除咗魚香,同curry一樣咁Match肉類擺到最後,雞脾都炸得香脆,又大大隻,十分抵食。食類單點都份量十足,除非肚餓到食得落大笨象,否則單點都夠食。…Read More

今日係隨機地嚟到北角,行過見到裝修特別嘅餐室門口有餐牌,下午茶都只係30幾蚊,非常良心價一入門口見到有裝潢走懷舊風,樓底好高,長長嘅吧枱入面有幾位侍應姐姐工作好快店員就打帶我哋坐低。牛油果係我近年至愛,平時買牛油果平均都要10蚊以上,哩到茶餐30幾就有多士 (仲要加隻蛋),真係唔食都對唔住自己。當然醬料唔多,檸汁同青紅椒加埋有點蓋過牛油果味,建議可提供加錢加牛油果嘅選項。總括地方坐得舒服,座位鬆動,食品性價比高,非常適合坐坐傾偈。…Read More

新開既食店,見菜式獨特,價錢都合理 (太平又怕低質,太貴又怕唔抵)六點晚市一開就嚟,即刻被安排入座旁邊梳化位。冰涼既拌菜,螺肉清爽彈牙,有青瓜同蟹籽點綴,好清新。略嫌沙律醬太多太甜,係味道上有點霸道。老闆娘送上麵後叫我地先趁熱飲咗個湯先,湯用鮮魚煲,淡淡奶白色。麵質唔太淋好好食,而龍躉約有6-7小片,魚肉爽口新鮮,非常喜歡。起初以為椒鹽會係乾身D,原來都有配菜同少少汁。雞亦炸得幾香口,整體好惹味。但8件單骨即係4件雞翼,而且當中有D較細隻,所以感覺偏貴。煎蛋角好家庭FEEL,蛋煎得香而內裡仲保留到少少半生熟,好好食,但蠔仔蠔味唔算突出,肉碎份量亦唔多,係肉眼見到而食唔出既肉碎,如果足料D會更好。最後老闆娘誠意推介既甜品,芒果屬清同椰汁一樣唔太甜,擺盤都好靚,將平時無乜美感既芒果糯米飯提升。味道、環境、服務都尚算滿意,菜色選擇係同區嚟講算好有特色,餐牌清楚分類,容易搵到啱食既菜式。唯獨係哩個價錢會期望用料/份量多少少,或者出二人餐/四人餐,可以一個更經濟既價錢去試更多菜式。…Read More

基於吃貨本人好想食生蠔同cold cut,今晚就嚟大解放(個銀包)今日秋風起,坐OUTDOOR十分舒適,被安排入座離LIVE BAND 第三張枱,望到BAND之餘又唔會太近。LIVE BAND女主音仲會友善地同客人打招呼,未叫嘢食都感覺良好。生蠔拼盤8隻4款,檸檬同醬汁都講究地放埋上冰面,咁樣可以令溫度同步,唔會影響鮮味。除咗檸檬同茄汁,我都好欣賞個COCKTAIL汁,因為有我最愛既生蒜味,係食到最後2款較濃味既生蠔用上咗,唔會搶到蠔鮮。順時針由淡到濃味,海水鹹加蠔鮮甜,係令人回味再回味既味道。非常豐富既拼盤,肉類有3款: 火腿同莎樂美X2、芝士、蜜瓜、無花果、薄脆、腰果、杏仁、橄欖、魚、火箭菜+沙律菜,種類十足。今次既火腿油脂唔算多,加埋甜甜蜜瓜,肉香即時突出。酸酸辣辣的秋葵,剛好清一清個口。雖然頭盤食咗生蠔,仍覺得哩個湯個蠔味好濃郁入面仲有大大隻蠔2個人食食下前菜都飽咗半,所以只係叫咗一個主菜,牛扒表面燒得焦香,望都覺得吸引男朋友唔想食咁生,叫咗七成熟,一切開係不得了既粉紅色,一切落去好似海綿咁滲出肉汁,食落去牛味好香好香,係今年食過最好既扒。雖然慢慢食個扒凍咗D,肉味依然滲滿成個口腔,每一啖都好似食咗隻牛既精華。哩間餐廳用環境氣氛,美食味道,細心服務,另人暫時忘記工作壓力,OUTDOOR更有如置身外地既餐廳,絕對係放鬆既好選擇。…Read More

爸爸話最近發掘到一間平靚正茶樓,一於嚟試試。中午前有抵食孖寶,所以10點幾就嚟到,門外有唔少人等位,但流轉都算快,大約10分鐘就可以入座。枱與枱之間無乜空間,好在2個人都可以坐4人枱有兩款特價孖寶,都係$26/$28喜歡食腐皮既一定會喜歡鮮竹卷,入面好足料,仲有少少莞茜味,唔錯唔錯。菜苗餃都好料,但個皮造得太淋,一咬有少少GEL住D牙,但都可接受的。炒米粉本身清清地,有菜絲蘿蔔絲同火腿絲,加埋辣醬就好惹味我同爸爸都十分喜歡燒賣,平時週末飲茶都要差唔多30蚊一籠,今次雖然係孖寶,但估唔到都係大大粒,味道都係正常以上,所以覺得好抵食。食特價嘢之餘都試下貴嘢,百花既蝦膠都算彈牙,加上面頭的蟹籽脆卜卜好好味。食完晒準備liu牙果陣發現哩間酒家用既牙簽包裝拍得住中高檔既食肆,再望下d餐具,雖然係街坊茶樓,但都唔碗碟杯都好完整無崩,所以相信哩間酒樓都有係細節到用心。2人食咗6個點心都只係139,我覺得都選係良心,而且整體味道都ok,絕對係可以再返轉頭既選擇。…Read More

今日同友人出到銅鑼灣SHOPPING行到希慎既書店,順便上嚟覓食友人話未食過自己整既大阪燒入嚟玩下又食下....哩段日子週末晚飯時段都几乎唔駛等位,好快就被安排入座卡位卡位闊落舒服,2個人坐非常開心先係門外見到哩個餐,2個人食, 2個燒餅,再加沙律,燒肉海鮮同甜品,抵食又唔駛諗食物好快就上枱,開始燒了...之前試過食,認為由較易既御好燒開始燒會信心大D鐵板係中間同外邊較熱,可以煎熟食物而裡面溫度較低,可以將食物保溫係燒緊期間仲可以食住沙律友人非常欣賞哩度既沙律,其實係半日式既凱撒沙律,清爽開胃,菜又新鮮又清甜有說明書再加經驗,唔駛心急,跟足情序,唔會怕燒燶我地今次揀咗肉類雜錦味既燒烤,雞肉係出奇既嫰滑相信係蔬菜同粉漿既結合,包圍肉類係中間慢慢焗熟,有類似慢煮既效果,所以肉類唔會變韌同煮燶跟餐既煙肉,最好既食法係煎熟後放埋一邊慢慢灴乾,當油份被逼晒出嚟就會變成脆口再一次挑戰廣島燒,難度係在於佢唔係御好燒咁一層粉漿連材料,而係由一層薄粉漿開始,一層菜,一層肉,一層炒麵,最後仲有隻煎蛋去加埋一齊既合成物。今次再整算係幾成功,只少最後反完唔會散晒,輕輕堆返好個型就可以了。食完鐵板燒覺得熱氣,食埋個雪糕就可以中和返,哩個抹茶味雪糕好燶茶味,冷卻食道之餘仲可以解油膩。每人二百幾就可以又整又食,需要覺得有點忙,但都係個可以同朋友玩樂既體驗下次行過都會再試。…Read More

無無聊聊嚟到Yoho,未係好肚餓就去Pepper Lunch 等下位先。相信會行街嘅香港人對Pepper Lunch 都唔會陌生,Food Court 版我食唔少,專門店體驗都係第一次。八點幾嚟到,攞飛後等大約20分鐘有位,店員指示枱號,行到最入嘅一張二人枱,枱面已被清理好並且擺放咗2本Menu 打開 menu簡直花多眼亂,想食牛,牛扒牛粒漢堡扒都好吸引,不過大熱天,食得太多牛怕會更燥底 (仲要係鐵板上) 所以兩拼三拼果D留返冬天食。出去排隊等叫時先見到有期間限定,一於試下意粉。返埋位後約十分鐘就有職員送餐,原來明太子醬係另上,仲有蛋黃醬掀起紫菜又見到有明太子,睇嚟都幾足料。醬汁拌勻,味道剛好唔算重口,意粉有點偏乾身,但都無損整體美味。同行嘅男朋友表示好肚餓,叫咗黑椒牛肉飯+芝士+蛋,仲加埋海鮮,值得一提係帆立貝5粒都只係加$15,算抵食了。仲加埋個焦糖味雪糕,上面又有可可脆脆,和諧又可以冷卻下口腔嘅熱氣,好美滿…Read More

因為睇咗唔同既餐廳推介網,就嚟試試。星期日中午,見到有2名少女係門口等緊位,我同朋友都乖乖排隊。等咗大約十分鐘,姐姐安排入座,4個人坐張細細卡位,真係身型再豐滿D 都坐唔到。沙爹牛麵賣相係吸引既,個湯係濃既,不過個公仔麵就真係有點強差人意,就有麵粉味,牛肉份量足,不過質感一般。火腿奄列火腿好足料,蛋味無特別。朋友叫嘅煎蛋好靚,外脆內流心。菠蘿油係最令人失望,從未食過一個無焗熱既菠蘿油,而且咬落去個包好似漏咗氣,菠蘿皮唔脆,個包仲有DD水氣,不致於食唔到,但就算有緣再嚟,都應該唔會叫。而+3蚊多塊鮮油夾係中間,即使唔加都有送pat牛油係碟邊,基於包無被整熱,哩個牛油真心無必要加。見到隔嚟枱位太太問店員有冇得加熱被拒絕,起初仲以為係個包擺低太耐而凍咗,店員拒絕再次加熱,但個包一嚟就已經係凍,仲差過屋邨麵包舖買到果D。奶茶係加分位,茶味令人舒服,奶既份量剛好,見到凍奶茶係雪凍既應該算係少有既有誠意做法。我同朋友都應為哩間食店有點名過於實,若非咁啱行經都真係唔建議專誠嚟食。…Read More

今日熱辣辣,但難得朋友話想食辣嘢,當然我都會陪佢火辣辣一下哩間食店有好多年歷史(我細細個就已經見佢係到啦) 所以食物質素都穩定。萵芛係我最愛既蔬菜之一,切成絲同麻辣涼拌真係非常刺激又開胃。見好多人都食涼粉,我地反而覺得涼粉好難入味,所以叫咗個涼麵,麵比涼粉更幼身,而且麵粉更容易吸味,麻味辣味都更深層,食慣涼粉既不妨轉下口味。同行朋友話之前食過哩個配搭,都係想食辣但又唔想食酸辣,於是叫麻辣,仲話個湯底有水煮既效果,可惜寫菜既姐姐較生手,加上麻辣湯底並唔係餐牌裡面既選項,要溝通一輪先肯定佢幫我地落單係麻辣,結果第一次嚟到係較淺色既湯,要叫店員換。味道係淡淡既麻辣,餃子有點過熟,用匙羹一"匹"個皮就散,所以無驚喜。串燒牛舌除咗好重孜然味,就係牛騷味,厚度適中,好味涼拌鵝唇,鹹鹹帶少少麻辣,雖然問咗店員都唔係好解釋到鵝唇即係邊部份,因為真心唔覺得我有咁大條咀唇,但爽脆口感,非常值得一試!…Read More

今日同一班同係潮洲人既朋友食晚飯,好耐冇食家鄉美食,格外興奮水瓜烙 ($98)- 烙係潮州食品既特色之一,有D似平時酒樓食到既煎薄罉,木薯粉+蛋漿做餅底,加上潮洲本身屬食材豐富既地方,會加入蠔或水瓜等食材做主體,再加上蔥、菜甫等香料,有煙韌既粉層、香料既口味襯托,同主食材水瓜本身既淡淡清香,係個好好既餐前薄餅,配搭魚露,鹹鹹鮮鮮更惹味牛丸紫菜湯 (忘記價錢)- 友人極力推介必食之選的確係必食中既必食,牛丸一咬之下有爆漿,牛肉味同爆漿既衝擊下,定格咗半秒,牛肉味非常特出,而且粒丸好彈牙,係我食過最好食既牛丸!鵝片拼鵝腸 - 鵝片OK,鵝腸肥美,滷水入味,有"口趙"口而唔會太韌,滷水味同鵝油脂既香混合出一種難以形容既人間美味豉油蔥花煎普寧豆腐 - 都係第一次食咁簡單口味既餸,果然豆味係香蔥豉油下更突出。檸檬蒸烏頭 - 潮洲人喜歡食魚,甚至可以用魚代替飯,將魚蒸熟再攤凍,除咗方便,凍食反而更鮮甜同食到魚香。雖然今次既烏頭鮮甜度一般,但配埋普寧豆醬+辣醬,都別有另一風味酥炸蝦棗 - 潮州餸中原汁原味既蝦丸,用真·蝦肉+爽口既馬蹄打成丸,外層沾粉炸成金黃色脆皮,即炸即食係最好食糖醋麵 - 將幼麵煎成餅底形狀,食既時候沾上醋同沙糖,喜歡甜酸口味既人一定LIKE成枱夾埋百幾歲潮洲人,都係第一次聽到有蠔爽哩味餸,好奇之下叫嚟試試,上枱後可能大家都食得七七八八,加上調味都係普通既薑蔥蒜椒,而鑊氣唔算好強,並無驚喜,味度有點似一般酒樓食到既薑蔥蠔,分別係哩個蠔爽細細粒,容易食。要湊米氣既朋友最後都係要叫個最馳名既蠔仔粥,有方魚有蠔仔,好豐富既飯食。難得大家開大個胃口,一定要食埋經典既潮食甜品福果芋泥  - 用芋頭、豬油混和而成既邪惡美味,就連白果都係糖水浸既,鍾意食甜既,又唔怕漏既一定唔可以錯過薑薯係個潮州特產,口感似淮山既澱粉類食品,而煮熟後令糖水有獨特既黏黏口感﹔而清心丸綠豆爽係粒粒綠頭同少少啫喱既組合,兩碗糖水味道係淡淡既甜味,清清地而口感唔同,可以話係平分秋色。成餐飯好滿意,店員熱情,朋友反而覺得佢太過熱情,下次一定要再返嚟食牛丸同鵝腸。…Read More

豐富滿漢麵

又係一個人晚飯既時間,行過見到有間店內裝飾好老台灣既店就入去食個牛肉麵先。店內座位係全設係左右兩側,牆邊都有梳化,幾乎每台都有舒服既梳化坐,店既中間留有足夠位置既通道,店員上菜同客人出入都方便。一心諗住食牛肉麵,望到餐牌既牛肉麵系列仲有其他配搭,搞到吃貨既我都心大心細。既然多心,就試個大包圍既滿漢牛肉麵。同時有白、紅蘿蔔,2者都好甜又冇渣,慶幸佢兩樣都有,仲有青菜,感覺好均衡。愛牛者多數都喜歡牛筋,見到佢大大塊真係忍唔住,一啖食落去,係適中既淋度,味道類似帶甜既滷水汁味,口味唔會過重,非常咁喜歡。牛腩係相對比較失色既一環,雖然份量好足有三舊牛,但唔算特別肥美,好似係隻牛生前做過SIT UP 減肥咁。其餘的金錢展、花枝丸同貢丸都各有一件,正常做到佢地既角色。跟餐揀咗杯熱既香芋奶茶,因為坐落就發現店內冷氣好大,(其實中途都有食客要求店員教細D冷氣,見到店員好似教咗,但其實我冇覺得暖咗,不過有湯麵食其間唔覺太凍)而食店大多對飲品唔太講究,一般香芋都係用粉開,就好似茶餐廳叫好立克咁,應該穩陣,點知就出事....香芋味好淡,而且無!茶!味!就好似飲咗溝水既熱香芋奶昔,唯一可取既係溫度夠,食晒個麵先開始飲都仲係出緊煙。以要加$12既前題下,本人就覺得唔係咁底,唔知凍飲會唔會好D,但如果你想要熱飲的話,應該可以慳返。…Read More
