有幸成功預約到大班樓lunch time食個團年飯, 新年仲有蔡瀾先生題字嘅揮春, 非常醒神👏🏻菜單形都係以套餐形式, 用餐前幾日會收到email, 可以揀3道頭盤、3道主菜 (1海鮮2肉類)、1蔬菜、1飯/麵,  可以另外加錢追加菜式, 不過套餐份量已經好夠食, 基本上附近食客都會打包 🤭茘甫鴨盒 - 入口香脆, 芋頭夠香加埋鴨肉鴨油非常滋味龍井菊花煙乳鴿 - 煙燻味十足, 乳鴿都鮮嫩, 唯獨係未感到龍井同菊花香氣, 而且食得比較邐迤炭火厚切叉燒 - 肉味極濃, 炭火焦香, 肥瘦剛好, 略為柱侯醬味重蟛蜞膏豆仁炒琵琶蝦 - 蟛蜞係淡水小型蟹類, 其蟹膏非常鮮美, 炒上鮮甜琵琶蝦, 每啖都係鮮味大班樓酸辣甜蒜牛四味 - 牛肋骨、肥牛、牛筋及金錢肚, 酸辣甜蒜惹味但唔會過火 菠蘿咕嚕豬尾 - 有D似咕嚕肉, 但外層更加酥脆, 內裡豬尾肉軟, 味道層次更勝咕嚕肉豬皮櫻花蝦燉時菜 - 3款不同口感嘅食材出奇地夾蟹肉鮮蝦蝦乾蝦醬炒飯 - 食到呢到已經非常滿足, 每人一小碗之後已經打包, 蟹肉、鮮蝦、蝦乾、蝦醬堆疊出嚟極鮮, 個人偏口炒飯可以再乾身D甜品三味 - 杞子雪糕、紅棗糕、杏仁茶不得不讚店員服務用心, 密密換碟, 而且解答到食客疑問, 每次用餐都有愉快經歷🤙🏻…Read More

朋友長期介紹呢間係銅鑼灣嘅Teppan-yaki, 經網上訂座提早5分鐘到, 店員就示意要門外等, 過咗十分鐘好奇問下仲要等幾耐, 然後反問我地做乜唔入去, 未食先體驗打折扣, 好彩食物質素真係好好燒羊奶芝士 - 見到黑板有就試試佢, 外層非常香脆, 加埋蜜糖中和鹹味, 非常好食牛胸腹肉 - 非常濃郁牛味, 肉質軟腍好juicy, 加埋蛋黃汁更滑白子 - 都係限定時令菜式, 表面帶少少焦香內裡軟綿creamy, 惹味冇魚腥鹽燒牛腸 / 牛舌 - 不得不讚師傅對火候同調味既掌握, 呢碟牛腸唔會過鹹唔會韌, 體現到功力日式奄列炒麵 - 加咗魷魚更加有咬口, 蛋香包實炒麵, 加埋醬汁食到停唔到口豚肉大阪燒 - 鬆軟有厚度, 夾雜蛋香麵粉香, 非常高質都只係68蚊, 難怪每枱必叫 要鬧既仲有啤酒杯洗得唔乾淨🙈係仲有好多空枱, 店員不停有意冇意催我地交枱, 夾起最後一舊就立即收碟, 入座同餐牌都冇提過2小時用餐, 服務體驗呢部分好扣分, 浪費師傅用心烹飪既成果…Read More

今次係地膽帶路, 雖然話係大坑但鄰近天后站, 平時由天后站行入大坑會經過, 除咗門外燈籠, 入面裝修都好舊式日本居酒屋木調, 入座每枱都會有一小碗青瓜、蘿蔔、椰菜螢光魷魚 - 少少鹹滑捋捋嘅下酒小菜和風蕃茄沙津 - 大部分串燒都係肉類, 另加清新沙律間場燒鱈魚乾 - 烤得香口唔乾加沙律醬, 又一道下酒菜多春魚 / 雞中翼 / 白鱔 / 黑豚肉大蔥 / 帆立貝串燒 - 幾款都燒得有水準, 外層香脆內裡肉汁緊鎖; 唯獨係上菜會放返係我地既碟, 不過我地隻碟都比較多醬汁, 有少少影響啦燒三文魚魚鮫 - 燒得非常香同juicy濃魚味, 喜歡魚鮫唔可以錯過芝士年糕 - 冇乜飯癮就要咗芝士年糕埋齋, 海苔香口、年糕煙韌、芝士流心, 出色西柚梳打燒酌 - 呢杯就麻麻地, 好藥水好怪味, 叫返清酒或啤酒可能好D小店7點已經接近滿座, 想食要提早訂位, 而且得2個小時用餐, 香港想搵間坐耐少少嘅居酒屋都唔容易…Read More
