一行五人為朋友慶生,她向我們推介這間的德國菜既正宗又好味,而且店內氣氛很好,既然當天下午仍能訂到位,我們便馬上confirm booking!店內環境很光鮮別緻,有很多帶木和彷石的架構,中間的水吧位置很吸晴,燈光折射在酒杯上,好像一盞另類的水晶燈。以我所知德國的國旗是由黑、紅、黃三色組成的,未知彩帶上的彩藍和白色到底是代表什麼呢? 反正這顏色配搭起來讓人感覺很有清新活力!抬頭一看,牆上亦有些另類的動物掛飾,配上些木和石的餐桌裝修,貫徹整體風格。我們五個女孩被安排坐到近表演台的位置,當晚兩位姐姐不間斷的載歌載舞,而且中間又有邀請一聚小朋友在台前大跳上公雞舞。撫心而說,這都真的非常吵耳,我甚至沒有辦法和對面的朋友正常聊天,一定要放大聲量嗌出來。最後我們點了4個菜,再另加了4杯飲品,雖然店內已經全滿,但不消一會便開始上菜。Spare Ribs $215上菜的時間朋友嚇了一跳,她指上次的份量大概是今次的雙倍。而切開時都能看到,燒骨的確烤得很乾,而且有的只是筋膜,只有一丁點肉,而旁邊的青椒黃椒烤的時間都不足,都是濕濕的,最難過的是表面灑上一小堆一小堆的鹽,鹹得根本吃不了,以這個價錢來說,真心失望喔!Sausage Sampler $280幾種肉腸的配搭,味道不過不失,我比較喜歡特別幼少那種,口味帶點辣, 挺過癮的!Dumplings With Meat Balls $140肉丸沒什麼味道,而且質感比較鬆散和不結實 。底層有芝士和奶的香濃,混合著些好像麵粉粒的東西,口感黏糯。Pork Knuckle $225豬手拿過的時候是完整的,給你看過一眼後便被帶到廚房切開,我們都想拍張照,可惜侍應都好像聽不到似的。豬手表皮非常香脆,可惜我和兩位朋友都一致認為肉質實在太鹹了!感覺像在生食中國的臘肉一樣,需要點很多很多的芥辣,去覆蓋著鹹味來欺騙自己的味蕾。:(我們平常吃到的德國豬手是皮脆肉嫩,而且帶有鹹香味,這款根本不是這回事…當晚由於食物都異常重口味,我們除了已點的飲品外,另有兩次要求店員加水都不獲理會,只兇兇地說了一聲“WAIT”,然後又絕塵而去,根本沒有回過來… 最後我回家後又灌了幾杯水,心想…這到底下了多少味精香料到食物去了呀?…Read More

茶木好像瘋魔了香港好一陣子,每次經過其分店門口總是廣排長龍,今天路經朗豪坊,恰巧見到旁邊有兩個空位子,在沒人排隊的情況下,便被吸進茶木了。店員很快便安排了我們就坐,餐桌排得密密麻麻,幾乎都碰到旁人的手踭,而且桌面黏黏的,似乎未有擦乾淨…最後我們點了兩杯飲品和一份甜品。黑糖胚芽奶茶 $34朋友點的,她說奶味比茶濃,甜度適中,但胚芽帶點苦。:)香芋奶茶 $34甜度過甜,簡直是非常甜!喝過三份一後已經有點受不了,曾要求侍應提供半杯炎熱水「自行化淡」,可惜不獲受理…芒果香草磚塊蜜糖吐司 $88頂層是一球芒果味雪糕,下面有忌廉,底層 是吐司,中間伴著些鮮芒果球,草莓…雪糕味道清新,半溶的雪糕搭著脆脆的吐司塊進食,效果不錯。價錢是否大眾化真的是見仁見智,但建議餐廳增聘一些兼職的人手,因為我多次目到客人招手後,等了好一會兒都沒有人理會,這餐廳往往都是全場爆滿的,幾個侍應根本忙不過來,這直接影響待客質素。…Read More

PHD 8週年除了正在推廣$8星級連環賞外,菜單更新增了幾款新口味,今天正好可以點餐一試,我點了一個W2的2-3人餐 $170,套餐包括手拉薄餅大批一個 (+$17升級成360度芝心批)、一客焗飯/意粉和雞翼8隻。每個套餐可以$8升級脆香雞上髀2次,我再另+$38追加了2件蒜香牛油蜜糖脆香雞,是次點餐共$241。千島海鮮薄餅大批有魷魚、青口、蟹柳、菠蘿、青椒和紅椒…再配上又滑又濃的千島醬汁,非常香濃味美。蜜糖BBQ味雞翼表皮烤得香香的,咬下去帶有微甜的蜜糖味,雞肉還是很嫰滑。脆香雞 VS 蒜香牛油蜜糖脆香雞 (新口味)兩者的雞皮都非常香脆而不油膩,雞皮下的脂肪都有連帶肉汁,而且雞肉還是很嫰滑,並沒有烤乾。新口味的表皮比傳統多了少許醬汁,有香濃的蒜香牛油味,再帶有微微的蜜糖甜味。肉醬意粉 VS 意式肉醬螺絲粉 (新口味)兩者的醬汁基本相同,但螺絲粉比意粉較吸醬汁,如果醬汁份量相同,每根意粉基本上都可以沾上肉醬,但螺絲粉那份吃到三份之二就明顯見到不足。…Read More

為拉麵狂熱的我今次要試的是位於大河道休憩公園旁的一家拉麵店,餐廳面積比較少,估計只可容納二十多人,到步的時候剛好高枱有兩個位置,不用排隊從吊燈上的玩具掛飾,到牆上的木製食物餐牌,都訴說著餐廳裝修走著地道的中本風,和傳統的拉麵店一樣,拉麵有些選項可供客人自選,我點了一個黑蒜油拉麵 $80,麵選了曲麵,硬度選了硬,勾選了青蒽加京蒽,豚肉選了腩肉,另加了一只溏心蛋 $10,不消一會拉麵便送到,先嚐一下湯底,確實有點少失望,味道比我想像中淡,黑蒜油的香濃感覺亦欠奉,再來試試拉麵,麵底份量適中,:)麵的硬度都可以,口感有點彈牙,豚腩肉有三片,肥瘦分明,脂肪部份甘香,瘦肉部份有肉汁,質量不錯,溏心蛋是滷蛋,帶有醬油的鹹味,蛋黃呈溏心,味道香濃,口感軟綿。加$16追加的炙燒芝士豚肉,送來的時候只有微溫,芝士都半涼了,拉不出絲,一整片的貼在一片豚肉上,芝士味道尚算香濃…另再加$28追加的餃子,一份有五只,吃完拉麵再追了兩次才上桌…:(餃子很燙,只能說餡肉不多,空氣感強,但勝在皮薄而香脆,可以一試。餐廳送出的儲集印花卡,光顧一碗可蓋一個章,蓋滿十二個可送指定拉麵一碗,這都不失為一種宣傳方法,既可增加顧客的忠誠度,又可加強顧客的歸屬感。…Read More

餐廳位於長沙灣道的一眾巴士站旁,一進門便見光潔的牆身,置頂伴以綠色的盆栽點綴,裝修走舒適休閒風,餐枱沿兩邊放置,大概可以容納四十多人,牆壁兩旁有一連串的品味掛畫:),配合餐桌上的牛津布,整體環境甚感舒適、放鬆。隨手翻翻餐牌,知道餐廳主打正宗的意大利薄餅,可惜今天只得一人獨奏,還是試試別的好了~侍應推介Main course +$38 可升級為套餐,有餐湯、甜品/飲品,是日餐湯是粟米湯,為粟米狂熱的我當然要試試。粟米湯金黃的粟米湯顏色吸引,味道清淡帶甜, 有不少粟米蓉,配上點點忌廉,口感更滑,並非如坊間的罐頭湯般加入大量麵粉和牛油。意式炸蠔 $68 一份有8件,表皮炸得金黃香脆,擺盤亦相當精緻,蚵仔雖然不如桶蠔般肥美,但每只咬落都外脆內軟,最驚喜的是竟然有啖啖蠔汁濺出! 而且炸醬香脆得來而又不油膩,放涼了也不會變軟,應該是用低溫炸熟生蠔,再拉高溫逼出炸油!配上沙律醬口感又可帶點清新,喜歡食蠔的朋友一定不可以錯過。 紐西蘭羊架配燒汁 $168主菜羊架出場,一份有四件羊架,單看配菜也知道份量絕不欺場,有炒香了的香菇、車厘茄、沙律菜和茄瓜等…羊架表面更灑上香脆的杏仁和燒汁,我點的是五成熟,表面微微烤香,切開後能見到嫩嫩的粉紅,肉質非常細嫩,綿綿的脂肪位多,肉汁飽滿,而且羊騷味不太重,相信適合大眾口味。 Cappuccino這杯cappuccino感覺比較少奶,咖啡味道很香濃,可能由於泡沫多的關係,第一口已經嚐到很幼滑,拉花與杯子的感覺也很搭。餐廳背景音樂環迴播著些經典的英文老歌,很多回憶片段一湧而上,我到達的時候大概六時許,街上擠滿熙來攘往的下班人潮,可我獨自坐在餐廳裏,聽著舊歌,品嚐美食,甚有與世隔絕的感覺。本衝著openrice提供的85折優惠券來試一下這家餐廳,可惜出示給侍應時才發現拿錯了別的文件,真是笨過界了……Read More

今天到深井旁的豪景花園商場內晚膳,餐廳主打中菜,地方寬敞雅致,裝修揉合中西風格。卡坐旁邊是整幅的落地玻璃窗,可遠眺海景,玻璃窗外有個小花園,可供食客散步。唯卡坐的坐位與餐桌距離過寬,用膳時甚為不便,大半個身子都要往前靠。:(見旁邊兩枱食客都不約而同地點了片皮鴨,我看著也心動,侍應有提醒一食或兩食都是收取同樣價錢,那我們就點一份了北京填鴨兩食(北京片皮鴨+支竹涼瓜炆鴨件) $288經理會在我們面前「片鴨」,用小刀把鴨皮削成小片,剩餘的鴨架會被帶到廚房炮製成支竹涼瓜炆鴨件。鴨皮烤得色澤紅潤,肉質比較瘦,所以不會覺得太肥膩,再配以蔥絲、青瓜絲和甜醬,用餅皮包裹來食用。不過在我而言,經理把鴨肉「片」得過厚,肉之比例竟比皮多,既感受不到鴨肉臊香,餅皮亦較厚,吃過三,四件後已有飽滯感。支竹涼瓜炆鴨件鴨件用豉椒、涼瓜和支竹爆炒,味道惹味,尚算不錯。我們還點了個薑蔥焗美國桶蠔 $158桶蠔可選擇薑蔥焗或酥炸,我們選擇了薑蔥焗,雖然一份只得五隻,但每隻都圓潤飽滿,內裏香綿而多汁,蠔味十足,裙邊也香口脆身,值得一讚!店員服務態度不錯,打包片皮鴨時還教導 我們怎樣處置,最後還送了我們甜品綠豆沙,結賬時又會主動問客人有否駕車,可提供泊車優惠,下次可以再來試試其他小菜。…Read More

第一次聽百多元的放題也有生蠔任食,訂坐電話打了多次也沒人接,最後要在其面書留言才能成功訂坐。餐廳在葵芳地鐵站A出口旁,沿左手面的扶手電梯直上便會見到,我們準時七點到達,由於平常去慣了尖沙咀地區的放題,見門口無人排隊竟有點錯愕!餐廳坐位倒算寬敞,我們二人被安排坐四人的卡位,現場入坐率不到半滿,晚市黃金時段(19:00~20:30)為$178/位,另加$78/位即可升級任食生蠔和松葉蟹腳。生蠔質素比我想像中高,本以為會只有半隻拇指般大小,但事實大部份都有2-3吋長,而且不算太瘦,雖然蠔味比較啖,我甚至感覺唔到有海水味,但勝在爽身,入口有少少甜味,相信會適合大部份人口味。另外餐廳有提供剪刀來食用蟹腳,蟹腳肉質雖不太柔軟,但富有彈性,入口彈牙多汁,味道鮮甜有蟹味。坦白說,除了生蠔和蟹腳外,其他食物實在強差人意,尤其剌身相當冰凍,而且無味道,選擇也少,當晚只有三文魚、吞拿魚、八爪魚、墨魚、甜蝦這些中下價剌身。兩小時任食之旅連加一索價 $281.6/位,這個價錢在九龍區有相當多選擇呢!…Read More
