朋友拉我去呢間餐廳試食,老闆娘非常有人情味,啲嘢食都ok。呢度好特別,土耳其同埋印度嘢食都有,兩隻都兼顧得來。 我哋今日食素,茄子薯仔masala(Aloo Baigan Masala, 55HKD) 配印度炒飯(biriyani,免費跟主食,無跟野飲)。 又叫咗芝士薄餅(Cheese naan, 28HKD),呢度比較特別,灑白芝麻上博餅。 加埋我最鍾意嘅印度芒果乳酪(mango lassi, 25HKD)就perfect喇。這間餐廳係比較深入,但勝在在地下,不用等lift上去,因為平時會排長龍。重慶大廈正門入到最篤,然後轉右行到差唔多最尾,一路望左邊就會見到㗎啦。會再返嚟食嘅。…Read More

K2Kitchen是觀塘工業大家樓上西餐廳,港人用心經營,當晚跟女性朋友飯聚,覺得他們的食物不錯,不是最正宗是有點帶有港式風味,但tune得個style不錯,是挺精緻的。我們點了兩個主菜upgrade成為dinner set, 大約200元一位,朋友最喜歡他們的海膽湯,味道鹹鮮又rich。我們各自點了牛柳和rib eye,7成熟,肉質和肉汁都發揮出水準,肉味都ok的。甜品很大碟挺rich,比較喜歡apple pie with icecream,很fulfilling,至於心太軟比較像朱古力蛋糕多一點。整體來講感覺是不錯看的。…Read More

I love shabu shabu and Japanese buffet, this is why I invited my parents here at Nabe One to celebrate mommy's birthday.It's also the first day of Nabe One Prince Edward to operate, same day as my mother's bday. So many people waiting for a table there, averaging a 20-3 min wait (I guess). Comparing another shabu shabu place right opposite which did not have a lot diners, that's an interesting contrast.Nice decor with quite a hotel style self catering space for you to get whatever you want to eat, including real fresh kale, cordyceps (usually for herbal soup, Chinese medicine doctors claim it is very beneficial effect on health) and nice melon yoghurt icecream, you can top it up with fresh popcorns as well. Suuuuuuuuuuuuper yum!My mother was happy with my arrangement. 剛去完harbour city shopping,再到格離的星光行誠品書店睇下有咩新書出,行行下見到書店入邊有間蛋糕店,好奇睇下有咩食,原來係一間專賣半熟蛋糕叫諾亞半熟蛋糕專門店的店,興之所至就買左2款回家試試。Strawberry blueberry panna cotta/milk pudding草莓雜苺奶凍(HKD$48)一開始就比此奶凍的特別包裝造型吸引住,佢係用一個密實玻璃瓶盛載,十分可愛得意。本人本身很喜歡食士多啤梨和苺類水果。這奶凍表面鋪上一層用原粒藍苺和切粒草莓,啱曬我口味。唊一啖雪白奶凍,奶味香郁且濃。個人比較喜歡將奶凍放在冰格雪一會兒,奶凍變硬像北海道牛乳雪榚般。另一吃法將奶凍解凍,奶凍頓時變成布丁般彈牙柔滑質感,再配上酸酸甜甜的草莓藍苺,立刻感受到夏日氣息,冰凍透心涼,消暑佳品,十分合我這些不喜愛太甜人士的口味。吃完玻璃瓶還可以循環再用,頗為環保。Chocolate Castella/lava cake朱古力半熟蛋糕(HKD$78)朱古力係不少人的死穴,流心朱古力更加是雙重邪惡。食這流心半熟蛋糕有兩法。1:凍食:在雪櫃取出,放約20-25分鐘即可食用。2:熱食:在雪櫃取出,無需解凍,加熱1分鐘即可食用。2種方法都可享用到朱古力漫漫流出的誘人滋味。七十幾元學生們買用回校替人慶祝生日都是不錯的選擇。順帶一提,如攜帶蛋糕路程有一定時間,問店員加點乾冰,為蛋糕保鮮;)…Read More

尖沙咀很多比較正宗的印度餐廳選擇,因為多印度人居住在那兒,可是旺角卻寥寥可數。大家或者會想到女人街那出名的Miss India,食物一般態度挺差但因為他們落力宣傳,所以我轉了去Spice Of India,貪那兒人比較少,採用更地道漂亮的印巴裝飾,食物也不賴。又跟我印度朋友同去,他們說原來印度人吃飯的時候是先點前菜,前菜來了才點主菜,之後才再點麵包的。我們跟了他們的方法進餐,又點選了他們推介的Samosa Chaat45HKD --- 是整爛了的印度咖喱角淋上薄荷沙拉醬,有平又好食物,很驚喜!他們沒有冷的印度奶茶(這有點怪),乳酸 35HKD 卻整得幾好喝,尤其是鹹味和玫瑰味的。這裡的牛油咖喱雞 75HKD 是完全不辣的,香濃奶油味,不錯看~吃了這裡的羊肉,叫Lamb Bhoona 98HKD, 大大份辣得起勁。這間餐廳是在女人街近家樂坊那邊,從家樂坊出發的話要靠女人街右邊行就會見到的了,橙色的墻壁,印巴畫家親手畫的大型傑作高高掛。…Read More

今晚同朋友向尖沙嘴聚舊,我們決定去間樓上居酒屋食日本放題。呢間居酒屋日本放題5係特別貴,$288任食2小時(任食所有刺身丶串燒丶炸物丶壽司丶手卷丶料理丶烏冬丶飯...等等(選擇性都幾高,大約有80款不同款色),任飲啤酒同汽水或熱菊花茶。食日本野點可以不食刺身,雖然我不是特別鐘意生東西,但都叫左八爪魚丶牡丹蝦丶甜蝦同呑拿魚。我個朋友就好鐘意,所有佢叫左好多,最後來左隻刺身船,賣相十分討好,刺身很新鮮,極力推介八爪魚,爽口彈牙,個人覺得甜蝦比較牡丹蝦好吃,鮮甜。呑拿魚一般般,魚味淡。呢道串燒和燒物十分惹味可口,由其是雞翼,雞皮燒到香脆乾身,令到我一再添食,一個人食了十隻左右。其次燒雞軟骨亦十分美味,外脆內軟,火候掌握燒得十分好,入邊仍然嫰滑多汁,不像其他地址燒得太久乾硬鞋口。燒冬菇亦一讚,冬菇上面的木魚碎有提鮮作用,豐富味道層次。這居酒屋必食係各類牛肉定食。我和朋友都食過番尋味,一再encore,因為這裡的各種牛肉平均比其他日本放題出色,質素不是頂級,但這價錢來說是物超所值。香蒜一口牛柳粒肉質軟燜,咬下去肉汁溢出,油分充足甘香芳郁,齒頰留香,激讚。烤汁一品牛扒調味適中,軟燜不韌,好味。個人亦十分推介這裡,十分惹味,蒜香燒汁味濃,佐酒一流。好味程度令本人叫了3次。另外好食推介還有日本芝士年糕,外脆內軟,入邊芝士軟心年糕煙煙韌韌,芝士控必食。我們亦叫了蒲燒鰻魚炒飯,十分可囗,雖然有點油膩,不過味道很好,鰻魚粒很嫰滑,份量十分大,可供3至6人。最後叫多過九洲豬骨湯烏冬,烏冬爽滑彈牙,奈何湯底胡椒味太重,給蒲燒鰻魚炒飯比下去。整體來說食物水準質素味道中上,牛肉串燒尤其出色,室內裝修一般,反而室外露台座位景觀比較開掦有睇頭,唯一不足是沒有任何甜品,如可添加就為一餐劃上完美句號。…Read More

Lab Eat 呢間餐廳的兩個managers都係品酒師,所以呢到餐廳的wine list 比一般西餐廳多好多variety,不下於好多酒吧, 而且所有酒都經過佢地兩位的專業知識嚴格挑選。牌子都係比較大路為人熟識經典品牌,囗味比較切合港人囗味。餐廳仲會定期更換wine list ,例如到春夏季,佢地會因炎熱天氣和菜色更換一些比較fresh同light的酒。同埋呢到的環境氣氛十分chic,非常適合chill out.Macallan 18 years in ice ball($168)(one shot)呢杯麥加侖非常香醇,因為釀製的時間都有番禁上下,所以D sharpness 同edges soften 左好多,幾mellow.建議飲18 yr,其他年份young 左D 。BreadCod fish risotto($398)呢道dish係我個人覺得成晚最滿意的一道,塊鱈魚煮得5錯,時間火侯掌握得剛剛好,個廚seal得幾好,所有塊皮好脆,而魚肉幾moist,冇overdone or undercook 。至於個risotto就好creamy,味道亦十分豐富。雜菌增加左個飯的層次感,令到個risotto除左因為芝士同忌廉的creamyness 同silky和添多一分彈牙感。3pcs oysters($150)呢到D蠔都ok新鮮,可以。Black truffle beef carpaccio ($198)類似牛肉他他,不過呢種係生牛肉片,上面曬有黑松露片同芝士片。果presentation 好靚。個人5係禁鐘意食生野,不過朋友鐘意,即管試下。個人覺得比牛肉他他易入口,芝士片原意想吊起左生牛肉片的咸香,不過D牛肉片比較淡,味道較賣相遜色。M5 waygu rib eye 8oz($398)味道不俗,甘香肉味濃,seal得都幾靚,外面有burned charred grill marks,入邊pink.和牛portion都ok大份,2個女仔share都ok.建議order medium rare or even rare.ensure not overcook,和牛會更加juice同好味,是次order左medium rare ,個人覺得煮少D時間會更加好,有少少tough.整體餐廳來説環境不俗優雅,酒種類繁多,服務尚可,唯定價較貴。…Read More

我本人好鐘意食韓燒,所以間中就會試不同的韓燒餐廳.我今次就去左連鎖炑八其中一間太子分店.我去的時間係下午茶時間,炑八2-5pm做tea time set lunch.$48 就有一個main dish 加一個side dish好抵食。我想食燒烤,所以我同我朋友一人叫左一個tea set lunch 同兩個人share 一個春日套餐(包括4款牛,3款海鮮同一個韓國海鮮煎蔥餅。店員一開始端上四款前菜,分別是昆布,芝麻醃菜,醃蘿蔔同泡菜。四款前菜整體調味合到好處,個人覺得昆布和醃蘿蔔尤其出色,醃蘿蔔的酸酸甜甜十分強烈,很開胃。春日套餐($520)本來我想淨叫2款牛肉同2款,不過店員就推介春日套餐。叫呢個套餐好處係用平D價錢,試多幾款燒烤肉類,滿足到幾個朋友大家鐘意食5同肉類或有選擇困難症的朋友。呢果套餐的賣相十分討好,二層鐵盤盛住不同肉類,未食已經令人食指大動。味道亦不負所望,好-好-味!!!極力推介👍🏻1.特級牛肋骨向眾多肉類中, 個人覺得特級牛肋骨最好味。呢隻牛肉牛味很濃,十分tender,香甜,極力推介!!!2.LA骨呢種肉比特級牛肋骨遜色,比較大塊,肉比較韌,肉味比較淡,建議用不同醬汁帶出鮮味。3.牛臉肉牛臉肉很薄,很嫰,燒一二分鐘已經食得。4.牛胸肉呢種肉個人覺得醃料比較重味,用甜醬油吊味就剛剛好。5.大蝦十分新鮮,所以肉質彈牙不會霉。6.多春魚(我個人鐘意八爪魚,所以叫店員多春魚轉八爪魚)原隻八爪魚上,醃得好入味,好好味7.芝士生蠔有4隻,好新鮮8.炑八特級海鮮煎蔥餅超級好味,個餅放入不同海鮮,如魷魚。還有不同蔬菜,令個餅口質層次豐富,十分鮮味,推介!!!店員還建議可以嘗試學韓國流行食法,用泡菜包著燒好的肉,別有一番滋味。我們2人分別叫了tea time set 石頭牛肉飯配炑八沙津。另一人就叫左炑八芝士豬串燒配迷你煎餅。所有tea set 均$48,配一款小食,分量十分大,+$6 就可以所有特飲無限添加!!!性價比很高,十分抵!!!石頭牛肉飯配炑八沙津牛肉飯和炑八沙津分量十分大!!!就算食量大一定夠飽,細食女仔2個人share一個飯都會夠飽,沙津十分新鮮,蔬菜爽甜清新,亦可中和油膩飽感,健康人士必選。如在外買一盒這樣的沙津已經要四十幾五十元,依家$50有找已經有飯有沙津,下午茶搵食不妨一試。炑八芝士豬串燒配迷你煎餅5洗老遠去到韓國禁遠食芝士燒排骨,呢個炑八芝士豬串燒D芝士好好味,芝士控必選!!我仲用淨左的芝士去撈飯,guilty pleasure!!!個迷你煎餅話就話迷你,但係其實好大。差不多有pizzahut普通批禁上下大,2人share都夠。煎餅有辣泡菜,蛋等食材混入煎,香脆可口,十分惹味。聽聞炑八是全香港唯一一間直接入囗韓牛的餐廳,所以比其他經代理購入韓牛的餐廳定價較低,鐘意食韓牛的朋友就可以來炑八試下又平又正的韓牛.…Read More

My friend recommended me to Teawood Central for a business chat, delightful. The staff here told us to relax as this new branch is their first one won't have time limit for customers, so they can sit, chat and enjoy for a longer time. The 270 degree escalator scene behind the French window is such a delightful scene. The benches are decorated with belts to look as if they are classic leather luggages. The lobster Taiwanese style spaghetti is super nice (around 140HKD), I should say epic, the cream is better than other places. The Taiwanese style deep fried porkchop with minced pork sauce on top of rice as well as the shrimp salad are up to standard. As always I wish they have more veggie options, or even they can refill veggie base of the salad free of charge. You know, veggies do not cost much. Drinks: Roselle and rose tea and camomile tea are great, tell them you can put sugar yourself as they might overdo it. Milk tea also. For oreo and purple potato shake, it's okay, like drinking iced and moist oreo crumbs in milk. That's an interesting new try for me. They are all 30~40HKD each. 朋友推介來這裡吃放題,整體質素ok,比200零蚊,生日全單88折,食物花款有其他地方比較少見的生蠔,松葉蟹,法國紅酒,印度薄餅(有煉奶/朱古力可以選擇),豆腐花,港式茶餐廳的黑椒醬牛排(叫了有3次,很juicy好食,簡簡單單的一道菜但整得好吃)。梅酒都有。雞翅朋友說不錯,但我覺得一般般。三文魚和其他刺身還是好吃,幾新鮮,生蠔大份creamy,口感一流,但味幾淡。朋友可能吃不慣回家有點肚子痛,現在沒事了。朋友說火鍋配料比上次來的時候份量少了,本來沒有所謂,但連菜的份量也太少。。。來放題就是因為吃太多肉才需要吃點菜,所以建議他們加番火鍋菜配料的份量少少。麵條肉類配菜可以細份沒所謂。就算少來這一區的朋友來此餐廳也是容易到爆炸,一出地鐵A出口不用一分鐘就到。見到爭鮮外賣店望左邊電梯一上就係。…Read More

赫德道有時都會去下,酒吧選擇幾多,但樓上酒吧都是第一次去。因為少上樓上的關係,我們去錯另一邊:赫德道2號是標誌著赫德道1~3號的斜對面,有點誤導。這酒吧其實很適合包場,因為是樓上吧比較便宜亦都比較大,有露臺讓你由上而下飽覽赫德道和讓你吸煙,裡面就有一個很專業的葡萄酒窖。這裡可以借撲克牌(終於和朋友玩了德州撲克),甚至在包場的時候可以唱歌。這裡唱歌音響未必最好,但有個很大的螢幕,唱的時候會更投入。 喝了澳洲的THE BOSS Merlot 和 Shiraz,因為我們都是女孩的關係吧,覺得THE BOSS Merlot 很fruity and juicy,有點像喝果汁,其實不是一般house red,我們喝了都覺得大開眼界。THE BOSS Merlot非常值得推薦。 包場9000元,星期5/6 包就250女/350男,我應該無記錯價錢。其實都ok既,地方夠accomodoate30個人倒。…Read More

Seoul House今日同朋友行銅記,天氣有少少凍,晚飯決定去朋友介紹的一間韓國人開餐廳食韓燒. 一開始侍應就遞上5款開胃前菜小食,分別是韓式魚腐,昆布,芽菜,醃薯仔同泡菜.5款小食都好好味,好鮮味同調味得恰到好處.5係果D食一兩塊就5想食擺埋一邊果D.韓式魚腐同昆布好野味.芽菜好清新.醃薯仔好特別,甜甜地.泡菜5係勁辣.5係好食得辣都可以一試. 除左果5款前菜小食,一開頭仲有爐蒸蛋.呢個爐蒸蛋比爐邊蛋嫩滑,可以根據自己喜好選擇生熟程度, 加熱程度,你亦可以由侍應幫你煮,佢地控制火候時間得好好,掌握時間剛剛好,好嫩好滑. 我地兩個都係牛魔王,所以我地清一式牛.另類叫多碟海鮮大蝦.燒烤叫左二款牛肉同一諜海鮮大蝦.1.醃牛肋骨肉($158)呢隻牛肉好tender,有D像肉眼,好入味同濃味,不需要加任何醬料已經好好味.建議包生菜做成生菜包,牛肉肉汁為生菜調味,生菜可緩和肉的肥膩,倍感清新.生菜爽脆令層次囗感更豐富. 2.醃LA牛肋骨($138)呢種牛肉比較肥美,醃醬料比醃牛肋骨肉較淡和較為有質感和咬囗,因為有骨同大塊,所以最好剪成小件淨食. 3.海鮮大蝦($138)D蝦都幾大隻,不過比較難熟,所以最好一開始就放落去燒.不過5係好新鮮.所以肉質有D腍. 最後叫左個鮮牛肉鍋麵($280) 初頭以為個鍋好像日本果D一人鍋禁上下size,點知一來到原來好大個,起碼大一人鍋兩倍,好足料,有醃牛肉,各種蔬菜,菇菌.如韓國金菇,翠玉瓜,冬瓜,蘿蔔等等.分量頗大可供3至4人食用.店員會幫你加上湯落去煮.D材料吸收上湯精華,提鮮清甜.之後當上湯滾時放埋兩個韓國拉麵落去,滾一震就食得,D麵好爽好滑.大件扺食,推介.我地一人一杯飲品,分別叫左熱韓式梅子茶($22)同熱韓式蜂蜜柚子茶($22).兩杯都好好飲,梅子茶酸酸甜甜.蜂蜜柚子茶清甜潤喉.兩款飲品都可中和燒烤肉的肥膩感,清熱氣.推薦!! 當日去食都有5少韓國人去食.原來老闆和老闆娘都係韓國人,而且廚師和大部分店員都係韓國廚技學院的學生由韓國過來,可以同佢地用英文或韓文溝通,有D都識少少普通話.可以同佢地傾下計學下韓文了解下韓國文化. …Read More
