Ordered pork ribs. Good pepper flavor but more on the heavy side. Meat is actually kinda stiff and not as tender as traditional American style ribs u have at Friday’s or Dan Ryan. After seeing so many positive reviews, I gave it my first try but found it mediocre instead. Let’s talk about food first. I was there with an intent to try out wagyu beef cheek after seeing so many 5 stars comments but was told they have replaced the dish with ox tail. Why don’t they change the menu then? So I ended up ordering pork neck. First dish was grilled oysters. They were not bad but only mediocre. I had to spit out either sand or tiny shell scraps after swallowing the oysters. The 2nd dish was the signature lobster bisque lova croissant. It looked yummy with high expectation but inside appeared cold and the cold soup ruined the taste. I didn’t taste any bit of lobster meat and the flavor was more on the salty side. The last dish pork neck was prob the best of the three dishes I had, but nothing out of ordinary. In term of service, I would prob only give 1 or 2 stars out if 5. Firstly I was prob the very first customer for dinner but they wanted me to sit at the table closest to the entrance. The waiter kept sending my dishes to the next table. With the ongoing pandemic having my dishes exposed to other customers with their masks already off worried me quite a bit. And when I was done and asked for my check, it took like more than 10min before they brought the bill and told me they don’t take credit card.
