在2015年 小妹出第1個食評就是呢間沙田圍M3 ITALIAN 從溫當年既食評 回憶依舊有留意開佢地既FB知道餐廳已轉了dinner set 於是便在2019年初與老公黎試下 試下味道是否保持水準係食之前 除了從溫自己寫過既食評 當然都有睇其他人既食評 呢次我反係focus人地寫既劣評 見到1個劣評寫於2018年的平安夜 文字上看得出他對餐廳的不滿 加入來第1個食評就是寫這裡的劣食 先不討論筆者對食物既要求 因為口味人人不同我著眼既是佢寫。。。點解無鋪大腿既餐布提供。。。點解冇水揀 。。。還說已經唔用5-6千蚊既餐廳比較 2個人用了5百幾蚊食完還要懷疑人生這樣識食的筆者。。。從文字上似乎。。。露餡了果位食評家我好想認識下佢我呢d 家庭主婦見識少 真係未食過5-6千蚊既西餐 但人均消費過千元既西餐就食唔少 亦未必會有sparkling/mineral/still water提供 有都是要付費的 唔會要求d細店有得供應 講返食物 2個人叫左3個set當慶祝新一年既來臨 寓意三三不盡 生生不息嘛Carbonara 忌廉汁適中唔會太濃 意粉軟硬度剛好 羊架叫 medium 出品是做到5成效果 有肉質有肉汁啡菇意大利飯 本身我對意大利飯興趣不大 出trip時係德國食過 唔太接受到外國食果種口味但老公想食就唯有。。。叫埋囉 試左一啖仔入口 又岩我口味喎 我估餐廳為配合港人口味作改良 唔係我於德國食過果種半生熟口感 對我來講好有驚喜 我對呢間M3 ITALIAN係有感情分加上2019年初再來 味道依舊 下次再來的時候 必定加$50 upgrade 有餐湯 自選頭盤及甜品今次太飽 下次啦 下次啦…Read More
