冇寫食評好多年了,但係早幾日去完一間陶x飲茶,平均每人百幾二百蚊難食到飛起,尋晚再嚟三好,一比較之下真係要為呢間小店寫一寫食評🙏🏻小朋友喺呢個商場功課輔導,終於有間似樣啲嘅食店,等我可以接佢嘅時間食埋飯先返屋企啦👍🏻由於新開張,初初都唔敢亂推介,試咗多幾次先敢確保佢嘅穩定性👍🏻因為唔係每次都影相,所以有些推介係冇相的。環境:入到店舖,個場掛咗好多「好」字嘅標句,入到嚟毎句望吓讀吓加強正能量😝好配合佢個名👍🏻以呢類型嘅點心店嚟講都算坐得舒服了,木製傢俬,地方乾淨。服務:一開始嘅時候覺得佢啲夥計雖然好努力咁,但係有啲新手,經過好似差唔多兩個月之後,覺得佢哋上手咗好多,同埋都有禮貌,執枱都快手快腳。食物:我哋通常先叫一壺人蔘烏龍茶,因為好少地方有,再叫仔仔最鍾意嘅必食點心,之後先每次試啲其他點心,暫時仲未試齊咁多款。仔仔必點嘅有:1. 椰皇燉湯👍🏻(椰香味濃,味道應該冇味精),初初仲有其他湯,不過轉左餐牌之後只剩下椰皇燉湯。2. 炸鮮奶👍🏻(個皮鬆脆、入口即化,鮮奶部分甜度適中)。3. 大大隻鵪鶉蛋燒賣👍🏻(肉質剛剛好絕對不會是爛啤啤的)。4. 棗皇糕👍🏻(以往只覺得利x的棗皇糕好食,而家就多埋呢間三好,有日帶咗公公過嚟食,公公話好食過利x嘅棗皇糕,唔知遲啲過年嘅時間佢會唔會有得一底底咁買呢😋咁我就唔洗特登去利x訂了)。5. 好媽咪腸粉👍🏻(個皮滑過BB個面,我通常會先食一部分唔落豉油,食清楚個原味之後先加豉油,好重米香味一隻隻蝦肉好彈牙有蝦味,配搭埋叉燒啱啱好滿足到我哋呢啲咩都想食嘅人)。6. 蒸飯,每次試唔同嘅蒸飯,全部蒸飯粒還粒好靚👍🏻試過黃鱔飯(可能因為蒸,所以啲黃鱔較為腍,但本身唔食黃鱔嘅仔仔食完覺得好食)、酸菜牛肉飯(本身諗緊會唔會好古怪,但原來兩者夾到喎,如果牛肉多番少少會好啲)、菜脯醬鳳爪排骨飯(唔使加豉油撈埋啲飯味道剛剛好)、蟲草花雲耳蒸雞飯(有薑蓉味嘅雞飯)、梅菜肉餅飯(啲肉餅唔係爛啤啤嗰種,不過如果可以多多少少肉餅會仲好)。其他食物:1. 蝦餃、燒賣啲蝦好新鮮,靚過好多其他地方👍🏻2. 鮮竹卷一次好正,一次咸咗啲。3. 狀元餃,有啲似小籠包,好多肉汁,不過個皮比起小籠包厚身少少,有少少似蒸鍋貼。4. 黑松露野菌餃,好香啲菌味,個皮晶瑩通透,無論個皮定個餡都好食👍🏻5. 棉花雞,$30大大嚿魚肚,正👍🏻6. 流沙奶皇西多士/流沙奶皇包,入面個餡好香鹹蛋黃味,正👍🏻一開始係西多士,之前喺西環、天后周x食過味道口感差唔多,不過可能地區問題,周x貴啲,最近轉咗餐牌之後變成流沙奶皇包,餡一樣,不過要快少少食,如果凍咗個包皮會有少少乾,下次可能後加會好啲。7. 香蕉包,個包皮好軟熟,入面真係有香蕉,小朋友好鍾意食。8. 鴛鴦鮮蝦米網腸,有少少似春卷腸粉,但係個皮同春卷唔同,蝦肉好多👍🏻9. 鹹水角,未轉餐牌之前係青咖喱鹹水角,轉左之後係普通鹹水角,雖然都好食,但係我個人都係鍾意一開始嘅青咖喱鹹水角多啲,比較有特色,問應該係老闆定經理,佢話因為好多老人家問佢有冇原味鹹咸水角,所以轉咗,個人希望三好考慮整返青咖喱鹹水角啦😝10. 釀茄子,釀喺上面嗰層應該係加咗墨魚,厚厚的。11. 薑汁糕,公公鍾意食,甜度剛剛好,我自己鍾意再多啲薑,不過小朋友話而家已經啱,如果唔係會好辣,所以唔同人口味都各有不同。12. 千絲香芋酥,比較起炸鮮奶,我哋會鍾意後者多啲。13. 排骨春菜煲,試過有一次鹹得好犀利,向店員反映過之後後來味道剛剛好。我哋食到攬住個肚,每次都只係平均每人8、90蚊👍🏻一間咁有心嘅點心店,咁勇敢喺疫市開店,值得我抽空寫吓食評,希望香港能保留多啲呢類小店啦🙏🏻…Read More

本人對尚楊館於處理預約時的態度極之不滿,並就此向大家作出提醒:1. 長期沒人接聽,只可一直等回覆2 原本未說用圑購卷時說這星期五有位,但說後就即變已滿。再問其他日期都話已滿,回覆時態度巳極之差。我再問如果要星期五六日有邊日得,因啲卷係5月2日到期,但接聽個男人話"都已講咗滿哂咯,要食就9點後",回覆時亦極之不禮貌。我問有冇其他早啲時間,佢話"一係6:30,一係9:00",亦時極差及不禮貌之語氣,總之,整個電話他的回覆均是態度極差及不禮貌之語氣。咁我問7:00或7:30得唔得,佢話"唔得,分2段時間",,我話佢哋圑購上唔係咁寫,佢話"而家咪話你聽囉",咁我問如果要6:30有邊日,佢話"5月26日囉",但我話張飛5月2日到期喎,佢話"咪話俾你聽得囉",我話佢而家乜嘢態度呀,佢話"小姐,咪話你聽冇位囉,你仲係咁問",我話"你唔想做唔好拎出嚟賣囉",佢話"咁你咪退咗佢囉"。我本來諗住圑購咁平,不能要求太高,但真係冇諗過未食巳經咁差,唔知係咁啱回覆我嗰個先生咁冇品,定係成間餐廳都有問題呢?!總之,如果唔想做團購俾人,又或者根本做唔到咁多,佢哋可以唔賣歐或者限額賣,但一定唔可以用咁嘅度對人。亦希望圑購公司以後於選擇合作對象時可以留意一下。…Read More

cng2130 我在去年十一月訂了團購券2張送比親戚,但當她們想去食時,餐廳話改變形式所以两張優惠券不能去食,雖然可以退錢但覺得好麻煩,如果餐廳覺得蝕本,當初就唔好訂價咁低,攪得空歡喜一場.

啱啱前日先至响澳門返嚟,尋日再接再勵食葡餐作一次香港澳門之比較,哈…兩日內食3餐葡菜,而且,3餐都係為咗慶祝自己生日,真係儍咗呀!我諗下年嘅生日都應該記得今年生日食過D乜呀…第一次嚟Casa Lisboa,一上到,一塊塊嘅塼地加上塼砌嘅receiption,巳經覺得好有葡式feel…入到去仲見到成個廚窗有好多Portuguese sausages同hams…好吸引呀…望吓個menu,成個lunch set 連埋coffee / tea 共5個courses,每位$148加一,最好仲要係除咗個snack係complimentary之外,其他所有嘢都可以响個menu入面逐樣揀,真係有好多選擇呀…而對於我呢D心多嘅人就慘啦,最終決定咗選擇成枱人都冇揀嘅,然後就响每個人嗰份度試小小…咁就完完全全滿足到我嘅貪念啦…Yeah!!1.麵包、2款牛油、芝士、豬耳朵、Olives麵包竟然係切片French stick而唔係傳統用嘅豬仔包,French stick個皮有小小硬,內面唔係好夠軟,好彩嗰D豬耳朵又幾好味,不過7個人得2小碟好唔夠分,牛油同芝士都好淡,如果唔係有朋友睇過Openrice記得介紹過,真係唔知原來D 牛油有sundried tomato呀,我估可能因為得2小碟俾咁多人分,每人就住就住,所以唔夠味…D olives味道亦都好淡,感覺好似浸咗好耐水咁…有D失望呀…2.Seafood cream soup海鮮味唔錯,clams都好鮮味,如果多小小cream可能會仲好。3.Duck Rice入面有好多鴨肉,上面有2小片ham同2小片sausages,味道咸咸香香,唔太咸,剛剛好,D飯帶小小飯焦咁嘅口感,唔錯!唔錯!不過,真係好多油,有D似蠟鴨飯,一餐半餐,肥就肥啦,有佢啦!4.Roast suckling pig烤乳豬係葡菜必食嘅,一嚟到以為個皮好硬,點知原來都幾脆,即時加分呀;D肉望落應該唔夠林,但食落ok林嘅,不過真係做唔到澳門嗰種又林、又滑囉,而且肉醃得唔夠味,我講嘅唔係咸味,而係香味,咸味唔夠可以自己加鹽,但香味唔夠真係難攪…不過,以响HK嚟講,佢嘅水準都唔錯啦…5.Bacalhau with clam魚身每一片實得嚟又好滑,而且,好欣賞個lemon sauce,因為酸度剛剛好。本來用呢個sauce嚟吊起D海鮮嘅鮮味係一個好聰明嘅做法,但係唔知點解,成份馬介休竟然一D咸香味都無!我都知馬介休要整得有咸香得嚟又唔太咸其實係好難嘅,就算澳門而家都唔係間間得啦,通常一係就太咸,一係就好似呢度咁一D咸香味都無…如果當佢係其他魚咁食,咁呢碟魚就即時變成好高分啦!真,你唔知佢係馬介休嘅話,真係好好食,亦會俾Good佢囉。6.Pork loin steak同lamb chops份量好大,賣相亦唔錯,不過我就冇試到,朋友話都ok喎。Dessert 1: 木糠布甸好香滑,D質地同平時食嘅俘好唔同,比較似木糠加mousse咁,不過味道好香。Dessert 2: Pear with Porto wine容許我誇張D講句“好好味呀” !平時最怕係D砵洒味太濃,但係好彩呢度灌切其他dishes嘅作風 - 唔係好濃味,加埋片紫蘇葉一齊食仲正呀!Dessert 3: Portuguese Egg Pudding佢嘅egg pudding 竟然有濃厚嘅蛋味,好香,質地有少少實實地,有D似唐人個D水蒸蛋糕。總括嚟講,Casa Lisboa D 食物係較其他葡國餐淡,咸味淡完全讚成,健康D嘛,想咸D嘅可自行加鹽,但係我就唔係好讚成浸淡到連原有嘅天然香味都淡埋,甚至乎冇埋囉,希望佢可以改進啦……Read More

越做越差,浪費了一個咁特別嘅地方

曾經係“西龍纤味” 嘅捧場客,亦介紹不少朋友、同事到此。由佢剛開張, Openrice都未開始有其他食評,我就一直嚟,亦一直推介,原因就係個場嘅裝橫實在太特別啦,而且當初嘅食物亦做到平、靚、正三大原則…可惜…自從佢哋揾完雜誌影相、人客越來越多就巳經越來越差,身邊D朋友亦因為唔係响我推介時即刻去,到咗最近先至試,食完就向我投訴…真失威呀!!1.杯台 - 本來都估到D枱櫈會越來越殘舊,不過,真係無諗過D杯台會用到有黑色手指橅、有油、有蹟,都可以唔換!!!唔該可唔可以衛生D呀?容乜易飲水嗰陣個口點到個杯台?!如果咁唔乾淨,我寧願佢唔洗將個紙杯放上去個杯台度囉!!!2.座位 - 本來巳經迫啦,仲要3個人坐2人座位?!有無可能呀?!我次次都有book枱!仲唔係最忙嘅1點喎!去過食嘢嘅人都知係絕對無可能啦!其實好多人巳經因為迫得辛苦而唔去啦,我再繼續俾機會佢…可惜…另一次就…12點15分,明明當時只係得1枱客,亦係都要我哋撘枱,我終於忍無可忍然後話“唔食、走” ,個女人先至肯俾我哋自己一枱。嗰日大約食咗1個鐘,到我哋走嗰陣竟然都唔滿,唔通其他人同我一樣用行動表達不滿,以後唔去?3.食物 - 本來真係好食,啲炸雞翼個汁好特別帶小小甜、醉雞啲酒味好濃、啲素鵝啲料多外脆、等等…但係可惜而家…啲炸雞翼要隔硬响個碟底抹先致有啲汁、醉雞啲肉”high” 到不得了,最過份係竟然食到入面全部雪!!!做食市真係最緊要係保持水準,咁做法係留唔到D客!!!一間咁有特式嘅地方,真係唔應該越做越差…唉……Read More

以甜品同湯為主打嘅餐廳

一入到@Rex就可以見到排蛋糕樻,見到就開心啦...其實每次到@Rex都係貪佢啲set lunch可以揀coffee or cake,當然我就一定揀蛋糕啦…Soups - 如果鍾意較為gravy感嘅湯,咁@Rex通常都唔會令你失望,因為佢啲湯應該係用新鮮材料打磨而做... 我將曾經飲過嘅湯排咗名次:1.Mushroom soup - 係@Rex我最鍾意嘅湯,好rich、好heavy、好濃嘅蘑菇味,有好多一粒粒磨碎咗嘅新鮮蘑菇,但係我就有friend話太似糊仔好唔鍾意喎,各人口味唔同啦…2.White bean soup - 亦係較為rich同heavy嘅湯,好濃烈嘅豆味,鍾意豆嘅人應該會滿意,不過佢只係最多排第二。當然,亦係有人話太糊仔啦…3.Pumkin and cream soup – 都唔錯,好有pumkin味4.Celery and potato soup - 亦係較為rich,不過有D celeries 响度,所以就唔會太heavy…Main courses - 佢哋嘅main courses通常都係同一般意大利餐廳咁樣唔會差,但係就一定唔會有驚喜…(排名不分先後):1.Lamb chop - 真係平平無奇,唔會話好林/好滑,但係就唔會“High” ,肉味一般。反而,焗蕃茄就特別少少,個面係crispy crumbs。2.Prawns with angel hairs - 成碟angel hairs得幾隻蝦,而味道亦是一般cafe都有嘅味(即係olive oil + herb 如rosemary、parsley、etc)…Desserts:1.Raspberry white chocolate cake – 酸酸哋嘅cake,好smooth、好soft,分咗幾層,raspberry味好特出,white chocolate嘅味較淡,要分層食先食得出,雖然係咁,但係整體嚟講佢係一件好好味嘅蛋糕,所以我有時都會特登訂嚟做birthday cake。2.Lemon cheese cake – 質地同raspberry white chocolate cake好似,一D都唔溜,不過似Lemon mousse cake多D,因為真係食唔出有cheese cake味道,但係如果當佢係Lemon mousse cake嚟食咁就即刻高分咗好多啦!3.Apple crumble – 最唔喜愛嘅@Rex甜品,皮身林而無layer... 蘋果只係食到cinnamon...而本身我就比較鍾意D蘋果用syrup加cinnamon一齊整出嚟嘅味道,所以不好此道。:以價錢嚟講,有朋友覺得唔太值,因為感覺D品質係好平凡…不過,我就覺得以中環呢區,一個set lunch有湯、main course同甜品連埋加一約$130,附近有好多質素差唔多或者差過佢,但比起佢仲貴嘅就大有人在啦…但係如果我唔响呢頭返工,我就唔會特登嚟食囉… …Read More

令我聯想到廣告“唔通呢D係縮命”

啱啱講過Twyst,就一定要講吓Bonheur啦!唔知點解我硬係要將佢兩間比較呢…可能佢哋兩間都唔係做太正宗嘅法國餐,但係品質同環境都唔錯,消費又差不多啦…Heee.e…有啲似個感冒藥廣告咁講“唔通呢D係縮命” …先送上一份麵包(可以添),Bonheur嘅麵包係有少少洋蔥响入面,帶出少少嘅香味,但又唔會令唔食洋蔥嘅人反感,連份麵包都可以咁有自己特式,真係好嘢!再嚟個Appetizer – Beef Caprice先咋,薄薄嘅生牛肉,用少少Balsamic Vinegar同Salads帶出D牛肉味,入口即溶,但D肉味仍會留响個口度一陣,係甜品之外最令我回味嘅一道菜。Kurobuta Pork Chop - 平時好小食煎豬排因為驚un,但係响Bonheur我就無驚過,成塊豬排食哂,唔un不特止,仲帶少少爽脆,咸味剛剛好。朋友就食fish fillet,但係唔記得佢嗰件係乜嘢fish,朋友話魚身好滑,魚皮邊好脆喎。如果係咁,應該都唔會差啦…最後當然係coffee加dessert(extra$48)啦…响Bonheur我嘅必食甜品緊係Mango Mille-feuille啦!D custard又唔會太甜、啱啱好,D酥皮又脆,又夠多芒果,所以一D都唔覺太Heavy,而家諗起都想食呀…不過,最近件Mango Mille-feuille好似細咗D,同埋D custard好似小咗D,雖然仲係好好,但仍然希望佢哋可以加翻多D custard啦…講真呀,Mango Mille-feuille係令我嚟Bonheur最大嘅動力嚟,千褀唔好俾佢減分呀!!咦?點解每次有Bonheur就一定有Mango Mille-feuille?!哈哈…廣告又嚟啦…“唔通呢D係縮命” ……Read More

悟出人生道理的一餐

柏廷坊不嬲都係食lunch嘅好選擇,一來近公司,二來幾間都有翻咁上下水準,三來環境都ok唔會太嘈。而今日lunch就去咗Twyst食…一開始上咗麵包跟埋個番茄Dip,D麵包好軟身,同個Dip好配合…個Dip食落有少少似用fresh tomatoes加sun dried tomatoes 加olive oil嘅味道。 Appetizer揀咗mushroom crepe, tiger prawn with mango, smoked duck breast with asparagus。好鍾意個mushroom crepe,塊crepe真係好軟(呀,其實點樣可以做到咁薄、咁軟、又唔會穿嘅crepe呢???)…tiger prawn比相像中細隻…smoked duck breast就無乜驚喜…到個湯…Tomato Soup…我本人覺得太酸啦…Main course揀咗Lamb Chop,好林又唔太so,而且肉味好新鮮,可惜佢哋竟然無steak knife,所以骨嘅邊、中間、骨背都食唔到,直係浪費,因為通常D部位係好好食ga嘛…而伴碟D mashed potato好香牛油味,但就咸咗少到咗dessert啦…今日有西瓜、lemon mousse、coffee cheese cake…1. 西瓜 - 入貨唔錯、好甜 2. Lemon mousse - 我最鍾意帶D酸嘅甜品,所以呢個lemon mousse完全可以fulfill到我嘅口味呀。而且,我覺得佢哋整得好有誠意呀,點解?!因為佢哋唔係用一般嘅lemon rind嚟整,食得出佢係好似先製成蜜餞類再壓到好碎咁…真係值得俾個Good佢呀3. Coffee Cheese Cake - 就令我失望啦…我自己本身係任何cheese cake都鍾意嘅,但佢呢個Coffee Cheese Cake就一啲都食唔出有Cheese或者Coffee味,反而有好重嘅Rum味…其實Menu只係寫Daily Dessert,我係order嗰陣由個waiter介紹,所以曾經諗過係個waiter介紹錯咗,但係double check完都係話Coffee Cheese Cake…帶嚟咗少少缺憾…如果以甜品嚟講,我會選擇留下Bonheur,但係main course就Twyst好似多選擇同水準高啲,Appetizer就大家都差唔多水準。雖然有少少嘢係唔太啱我個人口味,但係總括嚟講,成餐Lunch都幾滿意,Service又唔錯,而且,個set連埋dessert同coffee即6 courses都係$168 + 10%…到咗埋單嗰陣最大驚喜係我個friend話因為我就嚟生日,所以今餐佢請,但佢無講定俾我聽喎…呢餐真係好似人生咁有喜亦有失望,而從來無expect嘅surprise係最開心ga…所以做人有時真係唔好奢求太多,有時希望越大,可能失望越大,始終都係順其自然就最開心啦!…Read More

嗰日有個同事準備飛去東京旅行,同佢我不停咁講D日本食物,攪到我即時好想食燒和牛…其實,燒和牛都應該好難唔好食啦,只不過要响HK食到好似响日本食嗰D就較為難咗D啦(**),所以只要佢D雪花夠多又夠新鮮,做到入口即容,我都巳經好滿意啦,而盛八就一向都做到呢個水準,而且價錢又唔太貴。除此之外,我最鍾意就係佢嘅厚切牛舌。好多人唔鍾意厚切牛舌,話so,同埋質地好怪,但係我就係鍾意個質地。如果燒得啱啱好,佢其實係有少少脆口,唔會太林。其實,一條牛舌可以做到厚切嘅係唔多,所以唔係咁多間有得食咋,呢個亦係我嚟盛八嘅其中一個原因。不過,其他啲嘢香草和牛石頭碢飯、同理黑豚肉就好一般啦…嗰晚好似係每人$350-$400左右。(**寫呢扁食評嘅時候巳經發生咗日本大地震…嗚…一個咁好嘅地方攪成咁真係好慘呀,原來自己真係好幸運啦,好在我一向都好珍惜食物咋…祝願日本所有人平平安安)…Read More

一直都好想寫食評,但實在太懶啦,襯住呢排成日食生日飯局一次過寫翻多幾遍先…一路都覺得香港有好多餐廳都稱自己為法國餐廳係不名不實,直到試咗Chez Patrick之後,我諗我嘅要求會更加高,因為不論食物嘅水準、特式、同埋食物嘅擺設加上伴碟嘅精致真係令又無法唔愛上…而大廚更親自介紹食品添,好親切呵一開始上咗麵包,再上一份好似mousse咁有小小herbs加lime嘅味道(唔記得叫乜…送嘅) 不論就咁食定係送麵包都覺得有種好fresh嘅感覺。1. Warm five cheese and prunes cookies: 賣相已經唔錯啦,係我最深刻嘅一道菜,每一粒發放出嚟嘅芝士香味,到於一個極度鍾意由芝士做食材嘅我嚟講,真係未食都口水流…一咬落口... 嘩!掂呀!!!質地有D似Brownie,外脆、內軟得嚟有D煙UN,芝士味又夠濃,好好味呀!!!不過,唔鍾意食芝士嘅人就真係唔好試啦,特別係Blue Cheese。2. Warm Crispy Brie Cheese in Crust with Apple and Walnut:又係一道致愛Cheese,不過就無第1道咁濃,而且我唔太鍾意Walnut。其實,如果唔係先入為主,呢道菜都幾有特式,我個friend唔係芝士愛好者,所以佢就較為鍾意呢種清清哋嘅芝士味。3. Pan fried sea bass fillet: 賣相真係好有心思,個sauce係water cress做,成份魚就多咗份青香嘅草園味。4. Roast leg of lamb:好淋,唔so,但好有肉味,連旁邊嘅baked white sauce potato都好好昧好香。唯一覺得失敗嘅係我同朋友竟然係响一個極短暫嘅Lunch Hour嚟,而唔可以慢慢享受一餐咁好嘅meal…而且最終仲要cancel個dessert…真失敗……Read More
