I had a disappointing experience here. I ordered beef sukiyaki, but I was served pork sukiyaki instead. To be fair, the staff did ask me to confirm the order, and I admit I might not have been clear enough at that moment. However, what made the situation truly unpleasant was how the staff handled it afterward.Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they loudly complained about the situation to the kitchen staff in a tone that could be heard by other customers. This drew unnecessary attention and made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. Even if there was a misunderstanding, this kind of behavior is uncalled for and highly unprofessional.While the food was fine, the service left a lot to be desired.
