客人你好!我就係當日煮野食比你果位廚師! 首先我想同你講呢道菜叫“黑毛豬火腿,杏仁及杏桃芝士球” 唔係你文字中所表達既模仿鳥結糖!同埋Menu 都寫到明係杏仁同杏桃 唔知點解你會食到“花生”同埋“柿”?🤷♂️ 同埋客人你係邊間餐見到D一片片賣既ham會咁樣寫係個Menu度?如果有我都想去見識下 仲有跟雞翼果個醬係叫“南亞風味醬”係一個南亞版既水牛城醬!唔係泰式辣醬! 仲有就係個“海膽蟹肉闊蛋麵”D海膽我地特別用左加洲海膽去襯托成件事因為海膽味重D唔會好似加拿大膽得個甜字!最後就係個卡邦尼意粉我地都專程用慢煮蛋同手磨巴馬臣芝士去做!呢間舖每一道菜都係我地廚師嘅心血!希望客人唔好亂咁批評!
