Came here put down my name for table of 4 at 6:30. They said it’s a 10 mins wait so I put down my name. It’s now 7:36pm and they have yet gave me a table. Still waiting. Each time I asked them (at least 4 times in the past hour) they said 10 mins. If they be honest they should tell me it’s more than an hour wait then I’ll go somewhere. They should let people reserve online or by phone instead of making big crowds wait outside in the heat. Also such a disturb to the shops next to their restaurant. Again no one force people to wait outside but at least be honest the wait time. 10 mins verses more than an hour wait is a bad insincere estimate. With this crowd they should allow people to make reservations. No one in HK likes this waiting scheme. Also making guest wait outside in the heat with poor ventilation because their kitchen exhaust fan is blowing to the people waiting outside. With motorcycles parking next to the crowded. 好有誠意的一個 Banh Mi. 用料非常足，豬手唔肥有咬口，homemade pate 好好味亦都好 generous. 配菜多得來又唔會爆瀉，老闆亦都好細心，將個包包放喺個盒入面，喺車度食都好方便，因為有抄牌，我哋要兜個圈返嚟，老闆仲細心到將我哋嘅包包放喺焗爐keep 住熱，仲攞埋上車俾我哋，super 加分! 打開食的時候個包包鬆脆又熱熱哋又唔會un，咖啡唔會太甜咖啡味啱啱好。見到廚房裏面都好乾淨企理。應該係我喺香港食嘅 Banh Mi 暫時最好味，值得專登揸車嚟買，會再嚟。…Read More
